The room was great. We stayed in a deluxe room and were very suprised when we had two bathrooms. It was perfect for my friends and I to get ready to Rock the Casbah! The only thing that bothered us were the few dirt stains we found on our pillows. Instead of causing a fuss we just simply flipped them over and went to sleep. The amount of space in our room was amazing. None of us were expecting it to be so big.Everything was enjoyable! No complaints. The next time we go to Atlantic City we will be staying at the Resorts.

The line to check in was long and only 2 people were helping the non-elite guests. Travelers who had checked in earlier to find their rooms not ready were encouraged to cut the line thus making the line stand still for new check-ins. After waiting 45 minutes to check in, I was told that I could not have the room with 2 double beds that I had requested and they would not give me another room. I walked into my room to find a carpet stained in numerous areas and peeling paint. The ceiling tiles were stained brown from leaks and there was peeling paint and mold in the vent. I immediately called this website for assistance. My service representative was wonderful and called the front desk in the hopes of cancelling my reservation and moving me to another hotel. Resorts refused but moved me to a somewhat cleaner room. This room still had stickers on the furniture from the last family who visited and peeling paint. There were fewer carpet stains but it was still disgusting. I will not visit this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Resorts. It exceeded all expections. The only thing that I didn't like was the extremely long lines. I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. I had to wait very long to eat. We had breakfast twice at Breadsticks and waited over 30 minutes both mornings. In addition, the wait at Breadsticks for lunch was over 45 minutes. The wait at the Casino card counter was close to an hour. Most of the "talk" on these lines was the wait! Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and was very pleased at the ease of using this website to book my trip.

We both liked the casino and the 25 Hour Bar. Also Gallaghers Restuarant was very good (expensive) and I also enjoyed the spa for a facial. As far as the rooms go, we stayed in the Ocean Tower which was just okay. For the price, I expected much more. It was very outdated and average. The breakfast Buffet was terrible. We had two bites and left. I would stay there again (mostly for the casino), but would request the Rendevous Tower. I have heard that is much nicer. It was very convenient to go across the skywalk to the Taj Majal for a concert we were attending.
Overall, the stay was okay.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the hotel and casino. It was easy to get there and parking was no problem as well. The room was spacious and clean. We had a good view of the Boardwalk and the ocean. I was suprised at the great value we found. Even though it was very cold outside and we were not able to walk the boardwalk, we still found plenty of things to do to keep us busy. My wife was very impressed that the casino had a no smoking section that was isolated from the rest of the casino.

myself and my wife were very leary about booking our hotel room at atlantic city online. as we had never done this before .when we checked in at about two pm we had a short wait at front desk as other guests were checking in at this time. we then went over to valet to have our guest pass stamped this also went very smoothly. when we went up to our room we were both amazed at how large our room was especially the bath room which was great. even when we checked out the valet parking fee was extremley reasonable . we both cant wait to go back.

It was far from the nice part of the boardwalk. I asked for a non smoking room which is supposivly was but it smelled like stale ciggarettes. Our view from our room was of the room top and tons of birds who woke us up in the morning. The casino smelled like cagarettes naturally because people are allowed but my friend has asthma so we had played slots in the non smoking are where the securty was extremely nice but we didnt enjoy ourselves in there. Then we went into the larger area and didnt get any service for drinnks. The food in the hotel was great but extremely pricey. There was no one our age there.

Overall Okay. The bathroom was a little dirty, but the casino itself was fun and the dealers were nice. Better service would be nice in slot area for drinks. Sometimes waited over 30 minutes for a drink. The dealers were friendly, the room was nice and fairly clean. Great variety of slot machines! Buffet was very expensive for lunch on a monday, and the food was okay. Service was not good at the buffet... waited a long time to receive drinks and drink refils. Overall I would stay here again, but would not eat here. Food was very overpriced and not worth the money.

I thought the hotel was vert clean, quiet, and the front desk was really nice. However I didnt stay in the hotel much besides to sleep in the night because i felt the hotel was best for older people not for younger people looking for a romantic weekend or to have an exciting crazy time. I didnt find the hotel to have an exciting club feature for the younger crowd. I also thought that the hotel seemed a little outdated because the rugs in the hallways were multi colored. I think maybe its time for some change. But I would recommend the hotel to the older crowd who are looking for a relaxing stay.

Overall a good value for the money, however the rooms were very bare, I asked for an oceanside room on check in and they said sure...I went in the room and I had a great view of the air-conditioning system without even an edge of ocean in site. The casino was not too bad, except for the wait to sit at a table was sometimes a bit too long. It's a great location as you are right on the boardwalk, there are many new shops and stores recently built in last few years and supposedly there are many more to come in near future. This place is almost trying to bring Vegas East. I had not been to AC in about three years and I have to say there is a dramatic improvement since then. Much more to do if gambing is not your number one priority!! Great place, lots of fun.

We stayed in the old tower and boy, does it need a makeover. The room was big and very clean for being so old. It also had some great blackout curtains. The carpet was plaid, the bedspread was Brady bunch and the bathroom had old baby blue tile. I would not have taken a bath in the tub. It looked very used. The bathroom also was missing any counter space just a sink and the towels were old and thin.

The location was great and the staff very helpful. If I was to stay here again, I would pay the extra $$$ for the new tower. Weekday rates seem to be much more bang for the buck.

I was very disappointed in the service, staff attitude, cleanliness, room amenities.
The hotel was more suitable for back packers than family travel. The staff had a hard time smiling, the room was not properly equipped, the bathroom was dirty, noise from next room kept us up half the night and most of the facilities were not operational. The pool was not ready, the business center was closed and the buffet restaurant was closed. The casino was ok, nothing special. The location was great and that is what really sold me on this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I thought the hotel was great. The room was huge and clean. Check in was fast and easy. The casino was large. The only thing about the casino was that there was no poker room...well no active poker room. Since i visit Atlantic City for poker i was forced to travel next door to the Taj Mahal to play poker which wasnt a big deal since it was right next door. I did play a little blackjack at the Resorts casino on my way out. Overall i was very pleased with my stay and the room accomodations. I would recommend to others!

I took my cousin for a 60th birthday celebration.Too big a deal to stay home. The hotel was lovely. I have been there before. I asked for an upgrade and was given a suite with sitting area and two bathrooms!! The non-smoking room I was given smelled of smoke. I was given an equally nice room the was clean. However, I did have to go to the desk, the front desk phone line went to a message.I did not get to use the pool or the spa but the restaurants on the upper floors, Gallaghers was superb. The waitress even brought my cousin a cheesecake with a candle. I so enjoyed my stay and my dealings wtih you.

I wasnt happy with my stay because the person that checked me in wasnt friendly,the people on the floor wasnt friendly,they looked like darn i have to be here..The window in my room made noise all night cause it was loose...Asked for a room when i reserved it and got the opposite...will be down for the races but will stay at another casino..and the house keepers was hooverin around the room waitin to clean it an askin if we was checkin out yet when i had pleanty of time left before i had to check out...
