Great stay, although the bathrooms do need updating! We enjoyed the easy access to/from the parking garage and the easy to follow overhead signs to provide direction upon arriving. This was our first stay at this hotel, but not our first in Atlantic City. I might suggest some type of Anniversary stay promotion on the weekends. We found the Hotel to provide exceptional value compared to other hotels we have stayed at on the Boardwalk. We'll certainly keep this Hotel in mind for future stays.

The phone was not working. They kept saying they will fix the phone and never did. I had to go to downstairs so many times to talk to the front desk. There were 2 women from valet parking in the front desk. There were not very friendly. I was not the only one complaining. No sign for do not disturb for the door. The tub had a big bubble. OMG the ceiling were so disgusting had alot of brown spots. My whole family were very disappointing. I was not happy at this hotel. I was looking forward this hotel, but I was not too happy about everything.

The room was beautiful - corner room, ocean front. We were upgraded to this from the cheapest standard room without asking ! I requested late check out and it was granted to 1pm with no problem. Buffet was closed and so were other restaurants and stores.All employees were helpful and polite. We ate at Gallagher's Burger Bar and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. The casino and restaurants were not crowded and everything was clean and well kept. We would definitely come back.

I thought the room was decent for the price. The casino and hotel staff were helpful and courteous. I have stayed at other hotels in the area that were much more expensive and found Resorts to be equally accommodating for half the price. Didn't wait too long for drinks while playing the machines and all waitresses were very polite. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was outstanding. I don't really have a bad thing to say about my stay except I didn't have any luck in the casino!!

Resorts is a beautiful hotel.
We would definitely stay there again. The restaurant we ate in was great. The beach was beautiful. I like the natural environment of the beach. The businesses along the boardwalk could use some help. The rooms in the hotel were very nice and larger than the usual hotel rooms. Overall, Atlantic City has come a long way, but some of it is still very tacky. I have been coming there since I was a child. Thank You!

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the pier for the children that I was traveling with and it had a indoor/outdoor pool. I also stayed there because it had a good price. I was thoroughly disappointed in the pool. The first day we got there we found that the pool was only open unit 6:00pm. Most of the other hotels had pools open until 10pm. This was a huge disappointment to my children. There were never any clean towels at the pool and the deck was extremely dirty with food and debris. We called for extra towels to our room 3 times in one evening b/c there weren't any towels at the pool and never received 1 extra towel or a response. The next day we went to the desk to complain and still never received a towel...of course we went to the pool, and low and behold, no towels.
I also tried to find out about the internet service that you can purchase for your room, and never could find anyone who knew anything about it. I finally talked to a manager, (too late of course) and was told about the service. The answer I got from the manager was "The keyboard is in the drawer under your TV" Well, I tried to use the keyboard in the drawer under the TV for the "easy" in room checkout to type in my email address for a receipt and there were no batteries in the keyboard. I went to the room of the other guest that we were traveling with to use their keyboard, but there keyboard also didn't have batteries. I called the desk to get some, and of course no one ever responded.
The rooms were beautiful, the casino was nice, but the customer service was terrible. You can have the nicest place in the world, but if you are treated poorly, you will not return. We stayed at a small motel on the way in to Atlantic City in Lancaster that was not anything but a room with beds, but the customer service was wonderful and the people made us feel so welcome that we will definitely stay there again and I recommended this place to several people. Customer service makes a nice stay spectacular.
Lastly, I think that all of your rules on this survey, is discouraging. So, I have to be a well educated, computer savvy, long winded, Harvard grad to write any comment to you, what about the average person....they don't get to respond. It's an "annoyance" to hear from them I guess.

This was the perfect place for a long weekend. I treated my husband to a couple of days there for his birthday.Once we got past check-in, everything went smoothly. We were given a room in the Rendezvous Towers. The room was large and looked and smelled quite clean. My husband and I were quite impressed. We enjoyed the casino and the different shops inside of the hotel. The buffet was good but it could use more of a selection.Walking the boardwalk and visiting all of the different shops and other casinos was so much fun. We would definitely stay here again. We would only suggest that they get it together at check-in. And it wouldn't hurt to smile a little:)

They need to have WI-FI for free. This hotel is not Handicap friendly. Rude desk help on one visit. No Food after hours. The room service is too expensive. After 12:00 the restaurants are closed. The buffet is awful for the price. They advertise like crazy but when you get there is very little choice. Cold or burnt food. Floor was very sticky. Why charge people so much for nothing? I even got charged .75 for local calls. I felt I wasn't wanted.

We had a nice clean older room. I would stay again. The casino was nice and the food was really great. I would recommend this to my friends. The staff was friendly and the hotel was big but not so large that you got lost in it. The rooms were big and it was clean with older fixtures but still in good shape. It was aging but had been kept very well. We had a very pleasant stay and would come back again. Thank you.

The hotel was wonderful, it was roomy and spacious and exactly what I wanted. I only planned for a vacation for a day but my stay was wonderful and I ended up staying for two. The casino was wonderful and the hotel attendants were very helpful. When I go to Atlantic City again I will definitely plan to stay here again and book through the same service. On the scale of one to ten I would give my stay a rating of 9 only because the room could have been a bit more cleaner but other than that, everything was just wonderful.

Every year I take my granddaughter to AC for her birthday. The location to the Steel Pier and its rides are super. Plenty to do on the boardwalk for kids. Resorts could use another restaurant for breakfast...too bad they closed the Beach Ball Cafe. Staff is very friendly and they try to accommodate all requests. Rooms in the older building need to be refurbished. Worn carpet and stained wallpaper..however it is definitely well worth the money if you want to give your grandkids a treat!

The hotel room was more than I expected! We had a king size bed which was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge and very clean. I would definitely stay at Resorts again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for value as well as a great room. The only thing I didn't like was that the casino area smells like smoke. I am a non-smoker and even the non-smoking area smells like smoke. I will be truly happy when all casinos are smoke free.

I found Resorts to be very old and it needs lots of updating. My room door was left open all day after it was cleaned in the morning. I wasn't too happy with that. The rugs, walls and doors all need replacing. The casino was average, but clean. Didn't like choice of restaurants and shops and disappointed there was no buffet breakfast. Valet parking was a great deal - only $5.00 for entire stay. Stayed at Resorts 4 years ago, but not sure I would stay here again.

Hotel rooms are roomy and very clean. Hotel is close to the ocean and the Boardwalk. Several outlets are nearby for a day of shopping. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. We could see the ocean from our window! There is a refrigerator in the room which was great to store soda, candy, yogurt, etc. There are two comfy chairs in the room, two sinks in the bathroom and several mirrors. The casino was large and had a nice variety of slots for the casual player to the serious wagerer. Great place to stay!!!
