I had absolutely no problem with the hotel but on 3 separate occasions desk services would not answer the phone for questions I had. Also, pool was closed twice during a 4 day trip due to what I will call environmental accidents. Important,"I was panhandled 3 times while sitting at a blackjack table", and 1 of those times I watched a pit boss walk away after seeing what was happening. Therefore I will note a lack of professionalism and customer support for this reason, I specifically looked for the pit boss for help to rid myself of the annoyance. I watched him see, then turn and walk away and oddly didn't want to be unprofessional myself by yelling out. This could be a reason in the future why I may go to another casino, if no one saw it, then okay, but not this time!

Hotel was great and the staff was wonderful. We will definitely keep it in mind for our next visit. Atlantic City is not a bad place, as some make it out to be. We have been coming down every couple of years and it keeps getting cleaner, better and more secure. I would feel good about taking anyone there ranging from young children to older adults. Resorts has a good location on the boardwalk. It is near the amusement pier, and is within walking distance of two other casinos. On the negative side, the casino did not interest me. I didn't find games I wanted to play. Food choices are too limited. I often found myself leaving AC to eat. Also, the tap water at this casino has a strange, unpleasant odor. Value wise, however, I stayed beach-front with an ocean view at a very reasonable price.

I booked one night at this hotel for my mother to celebrate her 75th birthday to attend a concert.After calling your customer service line, I was told to list her as a guest and she would have no problem as long as she had the confirmation number. I paid with my credit card and booked her as a guest. Management at Resorts insisted this was a non transferal arrangement and would not allow her to check in. She had to wait in line for 4 hours, after I called to get the reservation changed to her name. The Resorts hotel was not accommodating to a paid guest and I was embarrassed that she had such a hassle. Will not book with you again.

First time we have stayed here and would recommend to everyone. The Bell staff were wonderful as my husband is in a wheelchair and needs assistance. We also had a lovely handicapped accessible room. Casino was good to us as well. Bread Sticks restaurant was a great place to have a casual meal. Would like to see free wi-fi as a room benefit. We have been to Atlantic City many times before but never tried Resorts. It's a keeper.

I was given a room in the Ocean Tower. This section of the hotel should be condemned. The room was filthy. The carpeting was had huge dirty stains, the walls were damaged, the bathroom had black mold throughout, the vents were filthy. I returned to the front desk and explained my dissatisfaction and demanded him to accompany me to the room. He came and took pictures of the filth. I did not sleep in room Friday because of the unkempt conditions.

Have never used AtlanticCity.com before or stayed at Resorts and will use both again in the future! Very good experience with the site and the hotel was a pleasant surprise for being one of the older venues. the room was huge, clean although a bit worn but that is to be expected. The location and rate more than made up for it.
We saw the show Divas and loved it! Also went down the hall to Prohibition and had a great time!

The check-in service was excellent and the front desk employees were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the housekeeping employees were extremely nice. My husband and I came to Atlantic City for a concert and some alone time. Our experience was wonderful and we are already planning a return trip. The buffet is a must. The food was absolutely wonderful and the service was good. The only complaint I have was about the casino. I think it is important for the dealers to have positive attitudes. I witnessed a dealer with a poor attitude originally not give a gentleman his winning even though several of us were standing there and saw that he won. Consequently the issue was resolved and the dealer was removed. Otherwise that was the only complaint I had about my experience.

The club Boogie nights was great although I think they should offer some kind of discount to guests staying in the hotel. Also took some of the great slots away need more games like goldfish, and wheel of fortune. Cocktail service was not great waited along time for our drinks when a server finally did come around and ask. Overall we had a nice time, also maybe another quick bite place to eat would be good like with just bar food.

Our room was very clean, close to the elevator and very convenient to everything. From the valet parking to the front desk and beyond, everyone went above & beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasurable. I would recommend Resorts to anyone interested in staying in Atlantic City. We enjoyed the casino and loved walking the Boardwalk in spite of the inclement weather. Visiting before the height of the season allowed us to drop in to all the casinos along the Boardwalk. Great time!

The atmosphere here is too dark ! People very rude , the dealers doesn't know how to express ! I felt very depress here. Took me 11/2 for my food to be delivered into my room besides that my food came cold .... For a casino I suggest the management to view this complain ! For the amount of revenue circulating in this place would be wisely to do some change ...I been in many casinos and I know how a casino suppose to be and the girls a no professional at all!

This hotel was recommended but I wish I would have went with my first feeling and went to the Trump. The main problem was that I felt that we could have gotten a nicer room for the price we had to pay. Maybe it was because we were on the ocean side instead of the tower. Anyhow, the hotel room was on the 5th floor with just a view of sides of other buildings, Which the downstairs clerk told me that we had a view of the ocean (in his hotel fancy voice), and our hotel room looked like a cheap motel. The colors were awful!!! .

The hotel room was better than I expected for the price. We stayed at Caesars last year and paid a lot more for basically the same room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a great time and I hope to stay here again sometime in the future. It is a bit of a walk to some of the other casinos but if the weather is nice its not bad at all.

The hotel is beautiful. The lobby and casino were very nice and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Initially the room was not acceptable but fortunately got upgraded to a great jacuzzi suite with any amazing view of the ocean. I recommend the hotel for its location and luxurious suite and view. I loved the art deco theme running throughout the hotel and the location on the boardwalk. Just steps from the beach, you can really enjoy Atlantic city's shopping and sightseeing.

This was my first time staying in The Resorts & in Atlantic City also. It was a good experience for me & my family. I think room service should be more reasonable. The pool was great but I think the hours should be extended an hour or two more. We are planning on returning soon and a few times this spring & summer. Check-in & Check-out was a fast process. The housekeeper was great! I rate her a 10 on a scale of 1-5.
