All of the casinos were shut down at the time of my stay. Half of the resturants, the pool, the spa, etc were closed for my 3 day stay. I could not get "comp"ed because I booked with your company. When I asked about what the hotel could do for me due to the current situation, they were going to give me a room for more nights and some meals, but then they realized that I didn't book through them. The value was totally disappointing and your response from my first comments back in July leave me with a bad taste about doing future business with you. Make it up to me and we'll see if you can change my mind.

What a fantastic place to stay! The entire staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The Hotel itself was beautiful, and looks as if it's getting better(thier adding new stores)
The room was AMAZING!Clean, fresh and inviting.The price was even better! RESORTS has everything you need, right there on the premisses.
I called on Friday...and had an ocean-front room on Saturday. The beach was equally as nice.
Our yearly family trips to the beach will never be the same again, unless we stay at RESORTS!
Thank You RESORTS for a great family week-end getaway!

The Spa is the best -- it's better than the Spa at the TAj Mahal! The could use a few more cardio machines in the fitness room. When I visited the last time there were fresh crisp red delicious apples and complimentary little bottles of poland spring water -- both were missing this time. I really missed the fresh fruit.

Oranges or banana would have been a nice touch as well. the spa was very clean and well kept. the sauna could be a little hotter for my tastes and the hours the spa is open could be extended to 8am to 8pm.

The accomadations were good. The only problem was a lengthy check-in-45 minutes which they said was due to slow computers.The hotel was centrally located to other casinos and events. Besides casino activities we enjoyed bicycle riding on the Boardwalk,walking on the Boardwalk and a trip to the Absecon Lighthouse. We walked to the top-226 steps. We also made a trip to Brigantine New Jersey which was also enjoyable.
Other than the lengthy check in I would recommend Resorts Atlantic City to anyone travelling to Atlantic City. The trip was in celebration of my husband's birthday and he enjoyed the trip very much.

I was there for the hairshow. So, it was business , but at the same time I was there with my friends so it was fun. The room was beautiful. I couldn't get over the size of the bathroom. I was very impressed with how clean everything was and it seemed to be updated often. I would deffinately recommend satying there. It was in a good location and the buffet was good. I hope to get down there again very soon and will book a room at the resorts again. I'm waiting for the next time i can get the time.

I have stayed at Resorts before and I always enjoy my stay there. The hotel is very clean, the service is very good and the staff is always friendly. I enjoy the ocean view. The hotel is conveniently located on the boardwalk. I like the slot machines at this hotel and have been lucky there a few times! I would recommend this hotel to friends and family who would like to get away for a relaxing getaway. The staff is always ready to assist you in any way possible. I hope to get back there again soon. Atlantic City is wonderful.

everything was outstanding. i had a very nice room with 2 beds and 2 baths, there was a fride and everything was very good. i also think that the pool should be open a little later in the day. if you check in at four and the pool closes at six. it is very hard for you and your family to swim. also if you thimk about it most people that come on the weekdays are there with there family or there to relax a little. i would have to say over all the pool closing at six would be the only flaw that i saw.

Good value, got the upgrade to a suite, needs work to modernize elevator areas, tough to play at high-minimum tables. We are used to Vegas/Reno. But it was a good experience overall.

Unless they are currently doing renovations, my room was "very basic" like a MOTEL & the bathroom was dirty & looked like a men's room.I called the front desk & had my room changed, only to be moved to another room(a suite) that looked exactly like the first, except it had a couch, I guess that made it a suite.Checking out the attendant was popping gum and very rude! Never coming back here! My birthday weekend was almost ruined, if it wasn't for playing "Wheel of Fortune" in the casino, it would have been HORRIBLE! The halls are dark and the room doors look like you are in prison, not warm, welcoming and relaxing at all! Thi is RESORTS not Motel 6, but that's what it felt like.The buffet is the worst, there weren't many choices and the desserts were not pleasant to the palate.Only stay here as a last RESORT!

We had a fun time eating, gambling and sight see-ing. The restaurants were great! The buffet dining room was great for breakfast. The boardwalk was fun. We did not realize that it was so wide and long. We liked the fact that you could go between hotels without having to go outside, especially when it was raining. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. My only regret was that the hotel room did not have a hair dryer. I enjoyed visiting all the shops. The parking lot was convenient to the elevators in the hotel.

Nice hotel. I'd probably stay there again. We enjoyed the facilities and the staff. Service at the tables was ok but i'd prefer a bottled beer over a warm 6 oz draft any day of the week. Biggest problem was remembering what level in the parking deck that we parked the car in the morning because of the terrible hang over. All in all, we did enjoy the place. It wasn't so big that it took forever to get from place to place and it was nicely located in the middle of all the action. We'll be back.

For $300.00 dollars I expected this hotel to provide much better not to mention cleaner rooms, as soon as I entered my room I had to call housekeeping to have someone come up and clean the entire room. The door to the room was primed, I guess they were going to paint it, it looked terrible. Gallahger's was very good, and the lobby and hotel it self was nice, however there was not enough night entertainment.We just used this hotel to sleep, we spent the rest of our weekend in other hotels gambeling and enjoying more options elsewhere for night entertainment. Also I just want to note I did not stay at this hotel for entertainment, I did not check that box however its listing it as if I did.

We got in from our wednesday evening wedding about 4 am. We were supposed to be in a standard room, but the gracious receptionist hooked us up, and we were upgraded to the Rendez-vous Tower... It was lovely!It was the size of a large one bedroom apartment and the bed was soooo comfortable... We were so tired from driving that once we hit that king sized- we slept like babies! The bathroom was huge! I mean, it was like a separate bedroom! There was a hot tub and a stand up shower... very accomodating... We saw a free show... called Vaudeville. It was well worth at least 50 dollars a piece so it was greatly appreciated at nothing! We ate at Gallagher's, I had steamed lobster, and my husband had sirloin... again way above expectations! I would definitely recommend staying at resorts, and as soon as we can... we're going back!

It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in, and will definitely revisit. I am very picky about where I stay and was not disappointed with my accomadations. Next time I will have to take advantage of everything the hotel offers such as the spa, casino, and restaraunts. It did not hurt that it was affordable as well. My husband really enjoyed himself and proclaimed this our Atlantic City Hotel. Thanks Resorts Hotel.

I've stayed at many hotels in AC, but this one was in such need of a major overhaul! It was terribly run down and the rooms were so outdated. We stayed in the Ocean Tower which is the older section, and it was pretty bad. The rooms were clean and big but I'd still rather be in a nicer hotel. The fancy restaurants are great, but places like Breadstix Cafe was horrible. (Horrible pre-frozen food and horribly run down.) We were actually sick that night. Casino was ok. We did very well, but it's an old casino. Lots of shady characters walking around. And the waitresses seem like they never come around! Also, except for the girl at check-in, the staff is just miserable! No one smiles or is the least bit helpful! Even they seem like they hate it there! I give it a year before it closes it's doors, just like the Sands. It needs a whole new facelift. If you can tolerate all this, then its not that bad. I know I'd never stay there again, even for free!
