RESERVE

The hotel was a nice place to stay. It was a nice location, not a far drive to the boardwalk and casinos which was nice because we don't like to stay right in the center of town, which could be a little to busy for the children. We went with a group of people, including children who also had a good time. The children especially loved the pool. For a few of us it was our first time in AC.

the hotel was fine, but I over paid due to atlantic city.com when I could have paid 79.99 a night if I went stright to redroofinn.com PLUS atlantic city.com didn't put my info in correctly and the maid cleaned out our room as if we were checking out when we sere staying another nite. Don't be ripped off by ATLANTIC CITY.COM go to REDROOFINN.COM and save time, money and the hassel.we were told by the front desk clerk that we over paid 35.00 per night for the same room by using this website.

RESERVE

When we first arrived, the hotel never recieved our reservation fron the AtlanticCity.com website. The hotel manager was very helpful at finding us a room. When we reserved the room online we had a king size smoking room. Once we got to the room we had two double beds and a non smoking room. I told the manager we wanted a room with a king size bed he accomidated us with what we originally reserved which was very satisftying. The only dissapointing part of the trip was the atlanticcity.com website we reserved the room with chrged more than the hotel would have if we would have called them direct. We feel we were discieved by the website not the hotel.

RESERVE

This was a great place to stay based on its close location to the strip and its value. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't spend too much time at the hotel but it was enjoyable none the less. The condition and bay views were better than I expected. The only problem that I had was the A C did not work through the nite and it was hot! $25 dollar cab ride to the casinos by the way.

RESERVE

Room was clean and there was not a lot of noise. Had a minor plumbing problem but they came really quick once they were notified. House keeping respected the do not disturb sign. the front desk attendant was polite but was not knowledgeable about questions concerning the reservation. you need a credit card for a $25.00 deposit for incidentals which is not disclosed when making reservation so for those who do not want to take a credit card to Atlantic city should buy a prepaid credit card for this. Very close to the casino`s

RESERVE

The bath room had mold on the ceiling, which could be bad for anyone with allergies. The beds (both of them) in my room had large divots in the center. If sleeping by yourself, this may not be an issue. However, my wife and I were both rolling towards the middle and into each other. Parking near the entrance to unload luggage is also a challenge. If you stop in front of the door no one else can come into the parking lot. The pool was never open the entire weekend. The gentlemen in charge of the buffet breakfast was loud and not nearly as funny as he thought he was, making breakfast a lot less enjoyable. Breakfast was runny eggs, over ripe bananas and a lot of sugary items. Not nearly worth the $7 I paid for it.

RESERVE

The hotel was not bad. It is convenient and affordable to stay in if you do not want to pay a lot at one of the casino hotels. The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There was an issue with the drain in the tub. The water began to fill up when I was taking a shower. That was my only issue. Other than that the stay was good. I would stay there again.

The hotel was ok. It was too pricey for what I received. The room had two beds insteaad of the king I applied for online and also called customer service to verify. The bathroom was way too small. But the location in retrospect to the casino's and boardwalk was pretty good. Not that far at all. I wish there could've been other things to do in the hotel, maybe a resturaunt or even a continental breakfast. But all in all it was satisfactory. Not the best by far. I would reccomend this for business or a quick stay but not for anything romantic.

RESERVE

All went well, front desk staff was helpful with directions and info about local eateries. The hotel is in a great location, right on the black horse pike. I drove from Philadelphia, I had no problem finding the hotel and other places of interest. I am interested in knowing about vacation packages for the upcoming summuer season, I would like to return to this hotel with other family members for a longer stay. It would also be nice if the hotel would offer some vouchers or coupons for varuious activities and for meals at area eaties. I look forward to returning.

The Hotel in which we stayed was the red roof inn,everything went pretty well until the end.We set the alarm for10am an it didn't go off,I called the front desk to complain and ask for an extension so we could shower before we left.The clerk said we could only have an extra 30 minutes and was kinda ignorant about it. I would have gladly paid something for another hour which,I felt should have been offered to us,also I left my phone charger in the room without a doubt.When I called they said nothing was turned in????? I do not appreciate them throwing it away or worse.they stated that the room was checked,but I saw it hanging from the wall but in our hurry to get out I forgot it. this is unacceptable!!!!!

We were very disappointed with our Atlantic City visit. A month in advance we requested a room with 1 king size bed but at our arrival we were told that no rooms with 1 king size bed were available.My wife and I have been married for 25 years and were not happy that our only option was a room with 2 double beds!! We called the booking agency and were told that there was nothing they could do for us.With booking and paying for this reservation completed 1 month earlier some kind of hold or guarantee could have, and should have, been made to make sure that we received what we had paid for.If there was a king size bed room available at the time of booking then it should have been reserved at that moment and held until arrival.Reserved rooms should not be given away to the first person who walks through the lobby doors. Our reservation was paid in full one month prior.

The young lady at the front desk was indifferent and not the least bit sociable. She was constantly on personal phone calls. Twice I had to go back down to the front desk because our keys did not work. I do believe that if she left that phone alone long enough to take care of us it never would have never happened. She also made me feel like I was bothering her. I do not believe this is the type of customer service you would like to give customers to think is okay. Because it is not. I have stayed at a Red Roof Inn before and I have to say I was never so disappointed in my stay.
