The only problem was to get fresh air in the rooms, because it´s not possible to open the windows. So you smell that there is never fresh air, only air conditioning. Nevertheless we enjoyed the stay very well.My recommendation is to make some Moskitonet on the window and let them open.
The Pool could be a lit bigger, because there is enough place, but at least it was fine for the kids. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

My boyfriend and I went down for New Year's. What attracted me to the hotel was the price and the fact that they had free shuttle service from 6pm to 6am. I didn't understand why there were two buildings. We stayed in the one that looked like a motel and across the way was one that looked more like a hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a decent stay, hotel building next time.

They advertised FREE shuttle for new year's eve that's why I chose their hotel to stay at, and then made us pay for it. I would never stay there again its a ripoff @ $265 per night after telling me the shuttle service is free,but $70 later.I would tell no one to stay there ever.The place is a joke. The lower section of room's are dumps No Heat and smell like mildew. what a joke never again.

My reservation was for a NON-SMOKING room/King size bed. When I arrived we got a smoking room and two beds. The window would not even close all the way.While a young couple was fighting in the parking lot nobody from the hotel got involved. The only way I would tell anybody about the place is if they were looking to save money."You get what you pay for" The big hotel should put more money into AC and not there pockets. I'm not a sore loser, I do not gamble.

Usually I give good reviews despite little things that I think could have been better, but this hotel was probably the worse hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. After we got back from an exhausting trip around Atlantic City, the power was out. This was a huge inconvenience. Without electricity, we actually had to use a hand-crank flashlight to maneuver through the room. The room also smelled terrible. We actually thought it was a smoking room we saw the little "non-smoking" sign on our door. The breakfast was decent but overall I would definitely NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

I didn't realize the amount of crime in that area. I should have stayed in Atlantic City rather that West Atlantic City. But the hotel was clean and well lit with large room. The last time I saw that many Pakistanis, I was in Pakistan. I don't normally notice that sort of thing, but it was hard to miss there; the owner, front desk staff, maids and maintenance all Pakistanis. The hotel did offer continental breakfast, but it didn't look all that great.

We had a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke right when we walked it. The hotel was not clean and our room keys didn't work half the time and we had to go to the front desk to get new one's. The shuttle driver was late and had a terrible attitude and was swearing at people on the streets. The towels and pillows looked dirty and at one point we thought there was bed bugs! Would never stay there again!

Run down,dirty, noisy. This hotel would be lucky to get a 1 star (or clam). I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Even the breakfast was bad. They have welfare families living there and they let they're kids run around. They had a couch and a chair in on the out side of they're room that the kids were playing. There were cigarette butts everywhere in the walking areas as well as trash all over the parking lot.

The hotel was the worst experiment ever. I went there to celebrate my best friends birthday at the Ramada Inn and it is not a good place to stay. First off, there was a nail sticking out of the floor near the entrance by the door which I stepped on and hurt my foot. My bed was falling apart. There were 2 metal things sticking out of my friends bed that she hurt herself 3 times on . Then we pulled the table top that had the telephone on and we moved it closer to us cause we were playing cards and when we pulled the table over, the mattress on the floor was pulled like 3 inches off the ground to the wall and it was falling apart that we could see between the rug and the wall. it was so dirty and had dead bugs in there. This place was so discussing that I will never stay at this place again.

The only positive thing I can say is that it was good enough for me to sleep in. The first room they gave me was isolated from the actual hotel. Then when they gave me the second room I was pleased until I saw the bathroom. They gave me a handicapped bathroom. Not saying anything's wrong with a handicapped bathroom but you can clearly see I'm not handicapped. To top it off there was a wheelchair ramp in the shower and an orthopedic chair. The towels weren't clean, and when we did take a shower the water leaked down the ramp, and soaked the entire bathroom floor. We used the towels to soak up some of the water but I was scared that I might actually fall because the towel was that soaked. I wasn't even able to take a shower longer than 5 minutes, fearing that i might cause a flood in the bathroom.

Not to my expectations . Pool was too small in the middle of parking lot . No breakfast was left at 9:50 not even a cup of coffee . Room was ok and clean . Reception was very helpful . The good thing is hotel very close being to the city . Price was extremely high against what was given by the hotel I guess this was because of Memorial day weekend . At night there were a lot of noises people talking very loud and couldn't sleep because of this .

I checked out after I saw the room. I went and found another hotel down the street that was the same price but much nicer. The room was small for a family of four. The Ramada has a 5 story hotel and a 2 story motel (which you don't see in the photos). They checked me into the 2 story motel and I was totally turned off. I was happy that AC reservations refunded my money completely. Thanks. MW

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I found the room to be semi-clean. The towels were old and thin. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets and blankets rough and scratchy. Also the noise in the hotel all hours of the night kept me and my friend up all night. I did not get any sleep.

I cannot stay at a hotel that I cannot get a decent nights sleep in. It is a shame because this gives the Ramada company a bad name.

The hotel was accommodating until the last day of my stay. There was not any hot water which was very annoying and unprofessional especially when you are running a business; I should not have to bath in cold water. The manager did not contact me regarding this issue, and I had to contact him which was frustrating being that I was told he would contact me. Overall I was not happy with the way things were handled by the staff and the manager regarding this issue.

The best part of the experience was price. On a Saturday night most casinos are very pricey, Ramada was quite reasonable ($59). Due to economy there are good deals at casinos during the week. The other positive is that I could be guaranteed a king size bed whereas casino hotels said depends on what's available when you check in. The complimentary breakfast was OK but dining area is outdated and can be noisy.

Now for the bad. The registration area is outdated and was very noisy. There were a bunch of young girls running all over the hotel tower well into the morning hours. The decor is outdated. I had to switch rooms because Internet connection is spotty on one side of the hotel. The doors to rooms are pretty cheap and mine was somewhat damaged. Since I was alone it wasn't a major problem but I would have been embarrassed to bring my wife there, or anyone else I care about for that matter. Perhaps a two star hotel if one is generous but definitely not the three star that the guide suggested. You need to drive to casinos. The hotel offers shuttle but with very infrequent hours.

Would pay a little more and stay at nicer place that requires a drive or come on weekday and stay at casino hotel.
