The Hotel was nice place to stay. I highly recommend staying here again. The only thing that I recommend is have a security personal at late night. The continental breakfast was nice.The hotel was clean but the hallways seem kind of dark. They should put more bright lights. It is close to the major casinos so that was helpful. The view was nice overlooking the Atlantic City skyline along with the bay. The price was great since it was not by the boardwalk.

The internet special was an amazing deal for August. The people were nice. It is not a fancy place. The room was a bit cramped in places. The bathroom could be a bit bigger. The rain caused the pool to be shut down. I think it affected the filtration system. It is very easy to find this hotel and get in and out of. The breakfast was OK. There were more people at that than I expected and seating is limited.

The hotel is ok, the rates are fair, it's fairly clean, it's quiet, the room is ok, mattress in the room i was needed to be replaced. Pool was not clean as it's should be, except for the last day or two because they had a complaint.
We enjoyed our stay at Ramada except for a few minor things but for the price we've paid, it really worth it.
Thank you and do not hesitate to rent at this Hotel.

My husband and I needed a few days away and decided to go to Atlantic City. In researching hotels, the Ramada was the best bargain with resaonable rates and continental breakfast. It is also close to the casinos with a city bus stop (Buses 507, 508 and 509 take you within a block or two of the casinos) conveniently located right in front of the hotel just incase you don't want to wait for the shuttle. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay at the Ramada again.

The hotel is convenient to the casinos. We were handed a round trip shuttle upon registration. This is a very nice feature if you have not traveled there by car. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We felt it was a good value for our money. As a matter of fact we have already booked a room for the end of July. The rooms were not renovated, but they were kept very clean. Having a continental breakfast is definitely a plus.

The price was right and a GREAT location. Just a few minutes from the boardwalk. They supplied us with local places that deliver food. The room was pretty clean, and the service was good. I needed more pillows and they brought them immediately! I would definitely recommend it. And plan to stay there again when I return in August. The only let down was check in. When I called to ask if we could check in 2 hours early I was told yes, but when we arrived I was turned away until later. But other than that, they stay was great and we will definitely be staying again!

The hotel was nice except when we got there and checked it the room was freezing cold! It would have been nice if they turned the heat on before we arrived! Te would stay there again, the price is right and your not far from the casinos. But do not depend on there free shuttle it takes for ever we took a cab for 20 bucks and found that alot more convenient!

I took advantage of the 48 hour sale. My daughter wanted to swim in the pool but we got in too late. It would have been nice to have an indoor pool or even a small exercise room. I didn't make coffee cause I don't care for the coffee pot in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. I usually enjoy the Belgian Waffles. The place was clean although the bathtub drained slowly. I guess I'll give the Ramada a B and that's because the rate was lower than the other hotels.

The stay was fine. The only problem we encounter after checking into our room was that we had booked a smoking room and were put into a non-smoking room. This would have been fine knowing that your reservations do not guarantee your preferences, however, I called 2 days before check-in and the hotel confirmed a smoking room. Upon calling the front desk I was told nothing could be done and I could speak to the manager the next morning. NO MANAGER was on, on a Saturday night, kind of weird. I was a little upset, and the man on the phone said to me "well, don't catch anything on fire." Real nice. I didn't get to speak to the Manager until the following Monday. Sam was the saving grace, he apologized for the inconvenience and the behavior of his employee, and offered me a 50% off stay at my next visit.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada West 3 days and 2 nights. I would definitely come back again the service was excellent. I truly loved the shuttle service to and from the casino's. If it had not been for the transportation, I would probably not recommend this hotel. The hotel staff alone was so helpful and ready to serve you in a professional manner. I truly will return and recommend this hotel to all family and friends whenever we travel.

This hotel is a very good bargain, and I would stay here again. Although it is not in the center of Atlantic City, it is only five minutes from the Boardwalk. They also have a shuttle to the Tropicana which is quite convenient. You cannot beat the price. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. Please make sure that you ask to stay in the main building and not the motel part. There is a big difference. Breakfast was not great, but included in the price of the stay. This is definitely not a frills hotel, but for the price, I would stay here again.

The hotel was nice for the price. The staff was also nice and helpful. Its location was just outside of Atlantic City and it didn't take no time to get to and from the casinos. The contential breakfast was good and a treat. The only problem with the room was one of the lights were out and the exhaust in the bathroom was freezing. I would stay there again when the weather breaks so that I can enjoy the pool area.

Place was good. Had a good time. Free continental breakfast was nice. The room service was good too. And the people at the front desk were really friendly. The pool was small but it was nice. It rained while i was there so i didn't really get a chance to go in, and the room i got was a bit small. I liked it because it was close to the casinos and the night life. There were lots of places to eat nearby.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close and convenient to the casinos and beaches. The rooms were nice a cozy with free internet access. Free continental breakfast, good selection. Also a pet friendly hotel so you can bring the whole family along. Also close to expressway and shopping outlets. Near restaurants and fuel. Getting to the boardwalk was easy, it was just a short drive to get there. We stayed in a room with a king size bed, and it had a microwave and fridge, which I like because I like to take drinks and snacks with me.

I liked being close enough to the 'action' and not paying 'action' prices!

Three complaints: 1) the person at the desk did not tell me, when I asked about walking in to the beach, that it was 2 miles and that there was no sidewalk most of the way. Would have been nice to know. 2) I walked to the Tropicana but when I was ready to come home, could find no one who knew anything about the free shuttle, so had to take a cab back to the motel. 3) Little sound insulation in the hotel- don't know if it was doors shutting or what, but there were lots of banging noises going on at night and early in the morning.
