The only positive thing I can say is that it was good enough for me to sleep in. The first room they gave me was isolated from the actual hotel. Then when they gave me the second room I was pleased until I saw the bathroom. They gave me a handicapped bathroom. Not saying anything's wrong with a handicapped bathroom but you can clearly see I'm not handicapped. To top it off there was a wheelchair ramp in the shower and an orthopedic chair. The towels weren't clean, and when we did take a shower the water leaked down the ramp, and soaked the entire bathroom floor. We used the towels to soak up some of the water but I was scared that I might actually fall because the towel was that soaked. I wasn't even able to take a shower longer than 5 minutes, fearing that i might cause a flood in the bathroom.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The amenities listed in the hotel description were accurate which made it a pleasure since I desperately needed both the microwave and fridge. Would recommend to both singles and young couples looking for relatively inexpensive but nice play to stay that's not too far from the casinos. The free shuttle operates in the late afternoon however there is a minivan that operates on call from the Ramada and is also free of charge. Once again it was a stay well worth the money.

Overall it was good except that when older people are traveling and getting rooms upstairs; it'll be good for staff to come show the room and check if the keys work; as I had to come four times downstairs to sort the entry key problem. Also the Ac in the room was noisy and left us with only few hours of sleep. Please check that all equipment work and are reasonable of an average person's use. Out of 10 5 marks go to overall service.

I took advantage of the 48 hour sale. My daughter wanted to swim in the pool but we got in too late. It would have been nice to have an indoor pool or even a small exercise room. I didn't make coffee cause I don't care for the coffee pot in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. I usually enjoy the Belgian Waffles. The place was clean although the bathtub drained slowly. I guess I'll give the Ramada a B and that's because the rate was lower than the other hotels.

My husband and I stayed at here for a weekend. The room had just been cleaned before we checked in and the cleaniness was appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable. A shuttle service provided by the Ramada was prompt and the driver had a great personality. when we called at 2:30am for the shuttle back, again, very prompt and friendly.The front desk staff were helpful with any questions I asked. We will definitely stay again when we come Atlantic city!

This is a great hotel! The price is right and the people are very friendly. Comfortable beds and good showers. It is just a few minutes to Atlantic City. There is a free shuttle, although we did not take advantage of it. I think it was a great value for the money. We will definitely go to this property again. Now, to the things we didn't like. The free breakfast was not that great. Basic items of bagels, cereal, muffins and "make it yourself waffles". Families making waffles for their whole group makes it impossible to get one unless you get there at 6:31 a.m. The free WiFi throughout the hotel only works in the lobby, and the blankets were really worn and needed replacement. Still worth every penny we spent.

It was a very nice stay, very clean rooms, very friendly stuff and breakfast was impressing.
Although the pool is outside, but water is very clean and worm. But there is some misunderstanding - Hotel advertises a free shuttle to Casinos, but they are available only on week-ends. In week-days the hotel offers you to call to shuttle and pay them tips. In this case it is more convenient and cheaper to use your own car, you can park in Casinos for $5.

I like the Ramada.The hotel is close to the casinos,shopping outlets & restaurants.The hotel provides free shuttle buses.Which comes in handy.They have schedules for the shuttle bus which runs on the weekend.There is also another company which provides free shuttle during the weekdays.The rooms are clean & decent.The beds are comfortable.The bathrooms are spacious.For tv lovers there's cable.For internet lovers they have wi-fi. The Ramada is affordable & worth every cent.The free breakfast was good.The waffle maker was easy to use.Kids would love to use it as well as adults.The pool is a nice relaxation.I would definitely return to the Ramada.I would be recommending my friends to use this hotel.

Not to my expectations . Pool was too small in the middle of parking lot . No breakfast was left at 9:50 not even a cup of coffee . Room was ok and clean . Reception was very helpful . The good thing is hotel very close being to the city . Price was extremely high against what was given by the hotel I guess this was because of Memorial day weekend . At night there were a lot of noises people talking very loud and couldn't sleep because of this .

Hotel was clean and affordable. Front desk service, shuttle and continental breakfast great. I would stay at hotel again and recommend other people. Shuttle makes up for the distance away from casinos and it is free. Takes the headache away from you having to drive in traffic congestion and finding parking. Also decrease the cost of both. Shuttle pick up and drop off timing good, depends on events going on at the casinos. Tipping is good to do. Thanks again

The stay was fine. The only problem we encounter after checking into our room was that we had booked a smoking room and were put into a non-smoking room. This would have been fine knowing that your reservations do not guarantee your preferences, however, I called 2 days before check-in and the hotel confirmed a smoking room. Upon calling the front desk I was told nothing could be done and I could speak to the manager the next morning. NO MANAGER was on, on a Saturday night, kind of weird. I was a little upset, and the man on the phone said to me "well, don't catch anything on fire." Real nice. I didn't get to speak to the Manager until the following Monday. Sam was the saving grace, he apologized for the inconvenience and the behavior of his employee, and offered me a 50% off stay at my next visit.

The rates were good.The rooms were very clean.And the employees were helpful and friendly.
The location is in a good spot. Not far from Atlantic city or another city near by.The only this I saw wrong with my stay was the internet to the building I was in was down, but they were trying to fix the problem.I am thinking on returning to Atlantic city next April. And might if I get my deposit back in a day or two.

Honestly, this was the best $40 room I ever stayed in. This is a decent Ramada about 3 minutes from AC- needed an extra room because gave free room at Showboat to friends. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and large this room was and the bathroom seemed new (we were in the inside, tower building). It also included breakfast. I definitely got a last minute special deal but it was ridiculous how we only paid $40 for the night. If had to would definitely go back. Service when I checked in was very good. Thanks,

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada West 3 days and 2 nights. I would definitely come back again the service was excellent. I truly loved the shuttle service to and from the casino's. If it had not been for the transportation, I would probably not recommend this hotel. The hotel staff alone was so helpful and ready to serve you in a professional manner. I truly will return and recommend this hotel to all family and friends whenever we travel.
