the hotel tried to give us a room where the beds were not made there was stuff on the floor and the door was latched shut from the inside. They gained entry with a screwdriver. The hotel was dirty and looked like it needed it needs to be updated badly. The hotel staff just about cut the bear minimum it terms of customer service. I actually had to check the sheets to see if there were bed bugs. There was a fridge that was adequate enough to put a 12 pack of Coke in it though. We took a cab to the board walk where we played at the casinos. Which I thought were also a dump. The casinos looked like they have a staffing shortage and desperatly need people to clean them. We went for dinner and the ham sandwiches we had tasted like spam burgers. The one good thing that happened during this trip was the trip to Steel's candy on the board walk where they have the best fudge. Taking the taxi was like getting robbed their taxi do not operate on mileage but on time. We actully were paying to watch pedastians cross the cross walk. I was disapointed overall and probally won't return for quite some time.

Booked a room there and then was told they were overbooked. This site argued to get us a room, which we did. Front desk was helpful and fairly efficient. The room was old, ratty and dirty. There was hair on the bathroom door and the tub. The door to the balcony had a broken lock. Parking was difficult since they were overbooked. The bed was hard. The room smelled bad. Only took it because no other room was available in all of AC. Poor hotel would rather sleep in the car.

Close proximity to casinos. Close proximity to
other locations in the New Jersey, south Jersey
area and other attractions, but hotel was too
expensive for what they had to offer, premises,
looks and immediate surrounding. Suggest they
offer more services for their guest such as hot
breakfast, buffet style should be considered.
Needs more parking because when I got there I
had problem finding parking after moving around
the parking area looking for parking space,
finally the hotel clerk had to move his car from
parking space.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was old and needed to be remodeled and carpet needed cleaning. My white socks were blackend on the bottom from walking in the room without shoes or slippers. The hotel was only a few blocks from the casinos and was a lot less expensive. The sheets on the bed appeared to be soiled and were wrinkled as if they were used and not changed. I enjoyed my stay in Atlantic City, however this hotel was sub-par for cleaniness and appearance. The floors in the common area were very sticky when you walked on them. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel to our family or friends.

The hotel is pretty old but neat. I don't consider it as clean, but for it's price in Atlantic City, I think it's fair. The associates are very nice and friendly. However, if you went out late for fun, there might not be a parking space by the hotel. Plenty of street parking though. It includes shampoo and conditioner, soap in the bathroom. There's a coffee machine, a hair blower, a iron board, a small fridge, and a safety box in the room. Not too much channel to choose from if you want to watch TV.

The hotel was good for what we paid. Check in was quick and easy we got to the room and was happy with what we saw. Hotel is a walk to the boardwalk. The walk is about 5 to 6 blocks. The hotel has a pool. The hotel has parking but its first come first serve. We had a room that was on the outside, the room is safe so safety is not an issue. Overall the stay was nice, the room was clean, well the non smoking room was clean. The only problem I had was that the first night we got there, the key deactivated and then the last night the key deactivated again and the attendant could not get the door to open so we had to switch rooms. But other than key problems, the hotel was an ok, good stay.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel! I would definately recommend your hotel to friends and family. I anticipate a future stay at your hotel.What I liked most about your hotel is it's easy access to the casino's and resturants.Plus it was easy to find from the Alantic City Expressway.I also enjoyed your pool it was very refreshing and private.As for the rooms they were very clean and pleasant. Your staff was also kind and personable andf very helpful.I will be looking for a room around the same time next year and I will be calling you first! Hope I can stay again soon.

I totally enjoyed my one night romantic getaway with my wife. First of all we were totally surprised to discover we could find hotel accomodation on a busy saturday. We were even more surprised to get a clean,comfortable room with a huge king size bed. Our stay was relaxing and invigoration.We were very impressed by your standard of accomodation and plan to be back as early as december this time to do some serious gambling.Thanks a million for your gracious all round service.

Hotel was very nice. Very clean hotel and the rooms were amazing. The beauty starts from the hallways which are all marble. They had a marble bathroom, very clean and comfortable beds, cable tv, great free breakfast, and a very helpful staff who answered all of the many questions we had.The hotel was very close to everything and I would stay here again. Our room looked exactly like our friends room who were staying at the Tropicana but we had the great rate and they didn't.

Great place to stay as an alternative to the Casino Hotels. Location, cleanliness, service were all wonderful. Don't sleep on this one! Book it if you can! I was really surprised at the location. You never know what the area is like unless you can see it with your own eyes, but trust me when I tell you, it was wonderful. In the summer time when everything is booked you can stay here and walk to the beach. There is also a Rite Aide nearby which I found to be very convenient, like when I forgot to pack a razor.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The process of checking in and out was very easy and organized. The gentleman at the front desk called us a cab so we could get to the casinos. He also gave us a number for a cab service so we could return to the hotel after visiting the casinos.
The take-out menus in the room helped because I was very hungry when returning to the hotel. He also talked to us about the casinos and different nightlife in the area. This was great advice because it was my first visit to Atlantic City.
The continental breakfast was good. Maybe fruit would be added to the selection. Great service and clean rooms for an affordable price.
