My husband and I woke up with bites all over our legs. The bed either had fleas or bed bugs!

It is a shame because otherwise the hotel was pretty nice.

When we checked in, the lady and gentleman at the front desk had a bad attitude. They didn't even look at us or smile or say thank you.

What we did like was the morning breakfast buffet. Everyone was polite and the food was really good. It was a bargain at $7.99.

on our first night there, there was a large group of people out in the hall, talking loudly, making noisem children running around slamming doors. This started about 11:20 pm. After about fifteen minutes, i called the front desk to complain, saying we couldnt sleep because of the noise. Someone told us they would send someone down. I waited....yet nothing changed, so about twenty minutes later, ic alled the front desk again, and asked them when they were going to send someone down to ask these poeple to be quiet. This time the front desk seemd to be trying to make excuses, sayinmg

I know I am supposed to make this "nice to read" but when I first arrived, the attention I got from the front desk clerk was very minimal. There was very little activity going on yet I got very small attention. I reserved my room online for $277 and when I arrived, my room rate said 180$. I did not receive this rate and when I am visiting hotels, I'd like the lowest room rate, how it should be, as would anyone else. This hotel was convenient but I would never stay there again.

I picked this hotel because on the internet it states full service restaurant breakfast, lunch or dinner for which it was only open for Breakfast. It also states shuttle service available for which there was none. We were visiting the Casino's and thought we could check in at hotel around 5:00 p.m., eat a nice dinner and take shuttle to Casino. This did not happen.

We had 0 wash clothes and air conditioner broken.

Paid $268.00 should have been better.

The hotel was very diappointing! The internet claimed that the hotel provided shuttle servcie to the downtown AC area for $10 a person a day and that $10 in tokens would be given to the casino. This was NOT the case. In fact it was $20 each way to take a taxi to and from the hotel. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I knew this was the case. The hotel was clean, but had a very strong mildew odor! In addition to all that a call was transferred to our room at 5AM, which was a pervert prank calling the hotel! The bar was listed as being open until 2AM however we went down at 10PM and it was closed.
