First all the room are suites. Everything you need to cook and keep food is in the room. My room 501 was really big it can sleep 4ppl it have a couch bed also with a nice cable TV in the living room area. Bedroom TV have no cable. Its in a good area 20 step from the boardwalk. The pool area is ok. The parking is very small but you can work with it. The hall carpet was needs to be updated but you not sleeping in them so it was fine. Front desk was very nice. They need to updated Wi-Fi in the room but you can go in the lobby for free. No Iron in the room the paper say they charge but sometimes they do not.

This is an older place...however convenient location mid boardwalk. Great to have a kitchen to cook in. Parking is tight, but manageable. Lobby is small and minimal, but functional with wifi access.
All in all, no flare, good price and functional. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub, but we did go look at them. They were small, but looked inviting...also older gym equipment near the pool. Everything you need for a great stay.

For the most part, I was quite pleased with my accommodations. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well supplied, and the rooms were clean. The walls were not well insulated as we were able to hear our neighbors. I was disappointed in the pool and spa area. Both were much smaller than I had envisioned. Also parking is a problem. The lot is quite tight and we had gotten blocked in. Location was great. We were centrally located and did not have to walk far to anything that we desired to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The only bad things about this hotel was Internet connection was only available in the lobby. The location was on the boardwalk, but a good walk from the hotel to anything. The TVs are kind of out of date, but overall I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious, the views of the ocean are great, and the staff was very friendly. All rooms included a small kitchen with any appliance u could need (except an oven) I highly recoment this hotel for couples, and young singles traveling in packs because of the size of the suites. One room can fit at least 6 people.

The hotel was exquisite. It was like a mini apartment. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I never wanted to leave. It was on the boardwalk, so very convenient to get to the casinos and other destinations. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I loved every minute of it. The place was quiet and it had a relaxing state. If you did not want to leave your room, there was a small kitchen to cook in. The carpet was clean and the destination was quiet. It was a lovely stay and I would recommend to anyone staying at Atlantic City.

Stayed on a Friday night, all the casinos had very high rates, we were able to get a room for less than 150$. Beach front room with a great view, easy walking distance to Bally's or Resorts. Reasonable walk to Tropicana and Trump. Would recommend that you walk on the boardwalk and not on the streets, felt a bit uncomfortable about the area when we walked the street. Cab fare was only 5$ between Bally's and this hotel (didn't want to walk back at 2am).

The outside of the hotel, was nothing nice. We checked in and asked the front desk if we could have an ocean front room. She said she would try. When we walked into the room we were really happy. The room was awesome. We had a one bedroom suite, it was very clean, and spacious. And of course the ocean was gorgeous. Have a great time and will return and recommend this hotel.
The parking garage was kind of different, you had to put your car on an elevator to go to the upper levels of the garage. but was not a big deal considering the comfort of the rooms.

My experience at La Renaissance was very positive. The staff were very nice and the rooms very very well organized and cleaned. The entrance was just steps away from the boardwalk which made it even more convenient. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub which was very convenient. The hotel rooms are very nice especially because they come equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and a stove which you can bring food along with you to save more money. My stay was overall great.

From the outside the hotel do not look very appealing, but once we checked in and got to our room I was quite surprise. We had one of the newly renovated room which was quite nice. The room was big, clean and we have a baloney with the view of the ocean and boardwalk. The one negative was I smelled smoke from other people who was smoking in there rooms. I had to open the baloney door to air out the place. We also took full advance of the kitchen and we cook our own meals which saved us on spending money on food. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and when we checked out the next day. The young lady was nice enough to allow us to keep our car in the garage so we can go and check out Ripley's museum. The parking garage is tight so if you park in there you have to be careful not to hit anyone car. Overall! The hotel is a great value with big, clean rooms.

It was a great stay and still a nice place to relax with family. I always choose this hotel because with young children less casino action and prefect setting for families Its very close to everything and great view of the beach which everyone enjoyed I would stay here again just wish it was a little cleaner in the bathroom. My children enjoyed the activities that they plan during the week. I like staying at this hotel I will come back again in August.

Great and easy check in. The rooms are reasonably nice. Its nice having a full kitchen in the room. My only 2 complaints were that when I went to make coffee the first morning, there were old coffee grinds in the machine (I went out for coffee) and the other was on my last morning there were a few ants on the bathroom floor. I overlooked these 2 things because everything else was pretty good. I would stay there again if I were given the chance.

This was my first visit to Atlantic City. The hotel was clean,organized and very comfortable. The suite that we stayed in was more than enough space to move around in. The hotel also provided a safety net by using keys to enter the rooms and a key card to enter the building. The hotel has a parking garage which was convenient and free for their guest. The hotel happens to be right on the boardwalk next to the ocean. The location was great for sight seeing and walking distance to different casinos and the shopping outlets.

I mainly stayed at this hotel because of the Friday night price.I figured that the hotel would be sort of a "dive" for that price, but my fiancee and I were in town to see a show.
What we found, was a great hotel at a fantastic rate! We recieved a great room with kitchen, living room (had a fold out sleeper couch and sofa) kitchen (with more utincels then I own and a refridgerator), dining area, and a hall to our sleeping quarters.
The actual hotel was just a ramp walk away from the boardwalk, and either direction was a casino, or eating establishment, or entertainment for a family.
We had a great time, and have already decided to look into booking this hotel for a summertime getaway with the kids!
The only problem I personally had was the tightness of the parking spaces in the garage. However, the hotel does offer two more floors for parking, but you have to take a car lift to get to them. I found myself being navigated out of our spot by my fiancee, and that took about 3 minutes of inching forward and back to get out of the tight garage.
There is a $5.00 parking lot across the street however.

This was my third stay at La Renassiance. I really like it there because I think it's perfect for our family. The rooms are nice and cozy. There is no casino on the premises, so it's nice and quiet at night. If you are fortunate to get a room with a balcony; the view is scenic overlooking the ocean. The location of the hotel is convenient; close to stores, restuarants and casinos. It's right on the boardwalk and near the beach. I love the fact that each room has a kitchenette; it's perfect for us being that one of my children has severe food allergies. The staff makes you feel at home and are very attentive to your needs. I look forward to staying there again soon.
