The parking in this hotel was horrible. It was near impossible to park in the lot and then getting out was even worse. It is entirely to small for minivans or suv's. There isn't enough parking. If you park across the street they don't even pay for the parking. I think they should at least pay if you can't park in the garage. The hotel is ok nothing to brag about. It does however look better on the inside than you would expect looking at the building from the outside. The location is the best part. Being right in the middle of the boardwalk. Very easy to get anywhere.

fast check-in. liked the idea of a secure place.
located near the casinos and a great view of the ocean. rooms were very clean, people were polite and we liked it very much. also liked the idea of coffee and snack machines in the lobby as well as a great place to park our vehicle in a secure place and not have to worry about it. good view of other casinos and also want to point out that we liked the idea of a safe in the room to put our important papers and our travel money for the trip.

Le Renaissance is great place for people looking to hang out at the casinos but can't afford the high prices of their rooms. It's a great offer for the price you pay, and the suites are great! It's right on the boardwalk so you can walk to any of the casinos that are also on the boardwalk. There are a few drawbacks though. The suites are not as clean as rooms in hotels, but are much cleaner than any other "cheap" hotel/motel that I've stayed at in AC. There is also limited parking and the parking lot across the street is not open all night and tows so I have had to park in the street or at the Comfort Inn down the block.

Hotel is not that good its not very clean and it looks like its under construction, only good thing is that it was not expansive and location is very good.

My boyfriend and I were very happy with our stay. The room was great-all the kitchen utensils we could ever want were there. This was great for saving some money since we had the option to prepare our own food. It was also perfect for when our friends came to visit from another hotel. We felt like it was our little apartment where we could entertain people in the living room rather than having guests sit on the bed like it is in most other hotels. We are definitely staying there again! The room was clean and well maintained. Couldn't have been happier!

The room was rather large. It has a full kitchen. There were no restaurants in the hotel (no room service). The location was great. On the board walk and close to the casinos. It said it had a Jacuzzi, but it was really a bathtub with a couple jets. The hotel also claimed to have a queen size pull out couch in the living room, really it was a dirty futon. In conclusion, this place is great for families and teenagers. It was very roomie and the location was absolutely great! Would not reccommend for a romantic getaway for a couple.

I stayed at the same hotel and the same room one year ago. This year I found that there was no hot water and i had to take luke warm showers. It is pretty bad when you shower with only the hot water on and it is warm. Also, there was alot of construction right outside our window which started at 6am every morning and it did not stop. This was very bothersome. Overall I love the room because it is an apartment. I might change my location on the strip because the Sand's was my favorit hotel and it is no longer there.

The hotel is ideal located between the casino's and a few steps away from the shops and food. The view from the room was worth the stay. Finding out they where associated with time share exchanges has made my wife and I even more interested in coming back this summer. The hotel room or suite had all the conviences. Being centrally located makes it easy to access the beach, boardwalk shops, casinos and all the downtown ammendities.
The hotel was more than worth the money and my wife and I were happy to have a place that wasn't a casino but located close enough so a short walk was all that was needed.

We loved everything about the hotel except for that there seemed to be way too much chlorine in the rooftop hot tub. When we turned the jets on the chlorine the chlorine rose and was so intense that we had to get out of the hot tub and go over to the pool for a bit. However, other then that everything was great. The temperature in the heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The room was comfortable and well cleaned, the location was great, and having a jacuzzi in the room was nice. Moreover, we had a great view of the beach and the ocean. My boyfriend enjoyed having a pool table in the hotel as well and we were a short walk from the casinos.

The rooms are fine, but the public spaces are somewhat run down. Service is not a strong feature. All the amenities that have an asterisk -- available at the front desk. This included pool towels, game room pieces, etc. It was a runnig joke among the people staying there. On the other hand, it served our purpose very very well.

The hotel was very outdated.The kitchen had a refrigetor that looked like it was from the 1960's. Windows were dirty in and outside. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck. The toilet bowl was loose. The door knob was coming off. The everything in the gym room was broken. The arcade room had only a pool table and two video games. We did not enjoy our stay even from the outside of the hotel it looked bad. I would not recommend this hotel at all unless they give you a very cheap rate and some perks to go with them.

For such a low price, I expected the hotel to be in bad shape. I'll admit that I was a little nervous having read previous reviews but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It's a great location despite what others may have to say. It's right on the boardwalk! You really can't beat that. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we would be more than willing to stay again. Great room sizes and a great place to get away if you can't afford the higher priced luxury hotels. It was just right.

This hotel is good for couples or singles , who wants to feel like they are at a home away from home. It like having your own apartment with a patio. Ocean veiw is always good.I think they should add on more games & activities for the younger kids and teenagers, who travel with their parents. Its located right on the boardwalk and the prices varies. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. They aim to please there coustmers. Other then that I will always stay there.

This place is great for the money. The rooms were very spacious and fairly clean. We enjoyed our stay. I would recomend this hotel to stay for beach getaway or casino night out. I would not recommend staying here for usage of pool. The parking situation is a little tricky but it is manageable. The exterior looks old but the interior of hotel has been updated and is in pretty good shape. This hotel is 9 stories high and has oceanview rooms even though we had a partial view. they are available.

Our stay at LaRenaissance Suites was very nice. The rooms were clean and the kitchen supply was good. There were enough cups, glasses, silverware, etc.
One thing I would have liked more was the balcony off the living room instead of off the bedroom.
The bathroom was spacious and clean.
There was coffee and creamers for the morning and the host at the front desk was very helpful.
There were also flavored coffees in the lounge near the front desk. That was an extra nice touch!
