You can get a nice little suite here--with an ocean view, at a good location just off the boardwalk, with an indoor pool, with free garage parking--for the same price as a regular room elsewhere. Everything seemed clean and well maintained. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool. My only complaint: the nice ocean view is marred by an ugly rooftop. Oh, and I don't think I got the wakeup call I asked for--but I may have slept through it! Or maybe the phone ringer was off.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is very convenient to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool. The suites are beautiful. It is a very quiet atmosphere. I have stayed at this hotel three times now and have enjoyed each stay and I will stay here again in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to others and have done so already. The next time I'm in Atlantic City this is my place to stay.

This was our second visit here and we enjoyed it except for the earthquake, and the upcoming hurricane. We like the rates, cleanliness, pool, spa, and boardwalk/beach right outside the door. Parking could be a little better, but we should not have brought a truck. Staff was very friendly, always there to help you. We had no difficulty walking to any of the casinos, restaurants, stores. The Desk even offered a refund if we wanted to leave because of the weather. We are glad we stayed and left just before the storm.

It is in a great location with Dunkin Donuts right there, the beach was very close with a great view of the ocean, the mall was nearby, Casino's were on either side of the hotel, and lots of restaurants for quick or lengthy meals. The outlets were only a few blocks away too. We would definitely go there again due to the cleanliness, price, and the location. The patio had a great boardwalk view and we used it regularly in the mornings and evenings to watch the people go by. Steve and Connie

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I was pleased with everything the first visit & just as pleased on this second visit & I would stay here again. I would definitely recommend it. The suites are beautiful. The service is very good. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. It's quiet & just a very pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. The rooftop pool is also nice to swim in. I love the ocean view from the terrace. It's well worth the stay.

I would definitely stay at the Renaissance again. It's a great hotel so nice and clean and cozy. I been to this hotel more than five times. It has a nice kitchen a living room which has a couch that pulls open to a sofa bed and a sliding door which leads outside to a balcony where you can see the whole boardwalk and the beach. Also has a nice bedroom and bathroom. I will definitely be back renaissance. See you in July!!

We stayed here previously and we'll stay here again. This well maintained facility has an exceptional, friendly, and helpful staff. There is inside parking included with the room. The rooms are mostly oceanfront views and it is literally right on the Boardwalk a couple steps back on the ramp at S. Kentucky Ave. The beach access is straight across the Boardwalk. The rooms all have a balcony with sliding door. It's too bad the windows in the bedrooms don't open but you get plenty of fresh air with the sliding door. The kitchen has ample cookware and dishes. There is a small stove top, a small sink, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. Perfect for breakfast and lunch. Bags of ice cubes are provided. There is a small enclosed indoor pool and hot tub on the roof and some lounge chairs on the outside roof deck. All in all, it is a convenient, clean, and reasonably maintained property in the heart of the action.

Usually stay off season. Great value, location. Front desk staff exceptional. We had a car problem and were directed to a mechanic who fixed it-at no charge (it was a small correction). Feel safe in and around hotel. Close enough to beach and boardwalk for walking any time of day or night. Request for ocean view was honored. love coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean in the mornings. Have stayed 3 or 4 times and will definitely do so again.

Suite was nice and big !! Nice view of the beach & balcony.. Service was easy .. too much of young crowd very noisy .. but otherwise was nice. The garage was weird too tight for my vehicle , but it took some time to find a good spot so my car didn't get damaged.I love that you can order in and they do deliver to your room. The front door being buzzed in is understandable , I guess because of the area no shady people hanging around.

Hotel personnel were very nice and accommodating.
Hotel room was clean and orderly. My only disappointment was no internet connection in rooms and it was advertised as a wifi friendly hotel. I was not about to sit in the lobby to use my lap top. I also did not have hot water at 11 pm to shower. All that aside....the sun rise was beautiful from my room it was about 100 paces from the beach entrance. The rooms could use a little updating but they were very clean.

The hotel had a really great view of the beach and boardwalk was very close to Baileys casino. We are coming again in the summer when the weather is warmer and hopefully we will get the same room or one close to it with a view of the beach. The pool was nice, it was just a little too cold in that area, the hot tube was a little too warm but it felt great. The room was nice. My only complaint is there is only 1 bathroom.

This is the first time that I stayed at this hotel. I passed it lots of times and stayed at other places and now that I stayed here I wish I would have stayed here sooner. It's a really nice place. Stayed for a bachelor party. Friendly atmosphere and served its purpose. One parking spot per room was a bit of a problem. The hotel is a bit our of the way, and calling a taxi was an issue as well. We were stood up for a taxi twice, so ended up taking an Town Car that had been stood up for his party. Rooms were surprising with three beds and a pull out sofa. We rented two rooms, but could have taken just one as it was suitable for 5.

I stay at this hotel, strictly for the relaxing atmosphere. We like the pool and hot tub, we take our time in the morning, have a leisurely breakfast before going out for the day. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's ideal for our purposes. We feel safe and secure at all times. It's clean and has nice furnishings. Disappointed not to get ocean front balcony. Did not receive notice of this although hotel did. Front desk staff exceptionally helpful. No swipe cards available for first 3 days-why? Location is perfect for beach access and boardwalk and is central for availability to casinos. Kitchen areas very well equipped not only with dishes etc. but utensils and even coffee filters. We travel often and carry many of these items with us as they are often not provided. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion.
