My friend and I went to Breakfast at The Reflections Cafe in Harrah's Hotel. When the waitress took the cover off my meal there was something sticking out of it. When I pointed it out to her she said " I am so sorry" and took my plate right over to the manager and then both of them went right back into the kitchen. Within minutes I had a new meal and the waitress kept telling me she was sorry. I think she was more upset then I was. The manager also came over and said how sorry he was and that they were going to comp me which I thought was very nice of them. I was very impressed on how everything was handle. Everyone at Harrah's was very helpful. I would stay with them again.

We stayed at the WaterFront. Rooms were very nice and accommodating. My mom did not like the single cup coffee brewer. Plan on coming back with my husband for 8th year anniversary. Also, I would appreciate a receipt at the end of my stay. I was informed it would be in my e-mail. I have yet to see it. Check in staff was very courteous. I was not happy with the pre-pay buffet meal. Our seating was 10:00pm and after only 30 minutes we were informed that we had 20 minutes left before the kitchen closes.

I have never stayed in this hotel before but now that I have I will come back. I do recommend this hotel to everyone who has not been there. The pool party is great so nice and fun. I came with two of my friends, all of us being 21 year old guys. We selected this hotel because it was the cheapest for two nights in Atlantic City and we got way more than we expected. The hotel was amazingly nice, very classy, clean, and great decor; nothing was outdated. When we arrived we noticed the hotel is no where near the boardwalk, which was a big disappointment, however we then found that if you sign up with the gold rewards card for free, you can get free shuttles to Caesers, Showboat, and Bally's; all of which are on the Boardwalk. The check-in line was ridiculously long, but there are self-check-in kiosks where the line only took five minutes. We then got an upgraded room to the Bayview tower for no extra charge! Don't stay in the Harbour unless you are with a family; the family center and pool is on that tower. The room was very nice and very clean, and the casino was one of the best in Atlantic city. There are also a few ncie shops, although expensive. One of the huge pluses for Harrah's is the very nice 21 and older pool. It has 82 degree water and a very nice indoor setting, with plenty of room and a bar. If you are or look young, you can go to the casino desk and get a handstamp/wristband that says your 21 so you don't get carded every 10 minutes. Other than that, get the rewards card and use it whenever gambling, and make sure to check everyday on the kiosk for any free stuff you have accumulated. We made the mistake of not realizing that we had a free buffet ticket and didn't use it. The restaurants there are expensive, but the smaller food court is decent. I would suggest going to other hotels on the Boardwalk for cheaper food. We got a buffet at "The Resorts" for only $15, while the one at Harrah's (although I'm sure is better) was $28. Also, check out Brigatine beach if you can, which is across the bridge near Harrah's. Parking is hard to find, but the beach is very nice. Harrah's is also away from the bad parts of town, so you don't have to worry about that if you stay here. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Harrah's if you are going to Atlantic City unless you will give up everything else just to be on the Boardwalk. In that case, stay at Caesers, but for a price.

Harrah's was an extremely exciting experience. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. Being young, it is an excellent getaway because of the young crowd. The pool is amazing, and the Pool After Dark is even better. I wound up going home with about 600 dollars after playing roulette. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a group of young people trying to get away from everyday struggles such as school and work. I can not wait for my next trip to Harrahs.

I really enjoyed my stay at Harrahs. Everything was easily accessible and there was more than enough staff to help if you needed. The food available in the hotel itself was outstanding. There was a good amount of activities going on at all times so that if you did not feel like leaving the hotel you did not have to. I especially enjoyed the pool, it was extremely relaxing. The casino was very enjoyable with a vast amount of games to be played. All in all I would definitely stay at Harrahs again.

This hotel was very clean and the casino was very nice. The only negative was the amount of smoking in the casino. The smell of cigarette smoke was prevalent even in the non smoking sections of the hotel and casino. The band that played in the bar nightly was very good and we enjoyed them alot. The food was reasonably priced depending on the restaurant. There was alot of choices to pick from for places to eat. The shopping was nice and not to over priced. The pool was a little small but the vegetation and the atmosphere was great.

It was a great time. Everyone was polite and helpful. Gambling, pool party and food all excellent. Whether we ate room service, restaurant or diner all was pleasing. I was surrounded with fun, family and friends and each of us left happy and satisfied. Of course no trip to Atlantic City is complete without shopping at the clothing outlets and taking a ride to the boardwalk. Everything was in good distance. My stay at Harrah's turned out to be a Happy Birthday packed with great memories. I would definitely return for a stay.

Great Resort. Nice Casino (the slots should pay more often) Las Vegas casinos pay more. Parking should be free. More restaurants. The lineups are very long. Better security at night. We were awakened by screaming ??? at 2:30 a.m. and 4 a.m. I guess we should have called security but we did not. Our mistake. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, clean and the staff is very polite. We would return anytime for vacation. Great place with minor obstacles.

Harrahs is a great hotel for a great price in AC. Although not located on the boardwalk, the Marina where Harrahs is located is by far the best. Borgota is next door along with the Trump Marina and the Water Club. My boyfriend and I stayed in a regular room which was great. The room was extremely clean and in great condition. One thing that we were not told was that admission is free before 11pm the The POOL. The bouncer told us we could get tickets at the front desk but to be honest, they should of told us this when we first checked in. The POOL at night is great. Overall, Harrhs has everything you need. The hotel is very clean and has tons to offer

Very relaxing and comfortable. Roomy and clean. Places to eat were good. The pool is the best. Room service was great. Bayview Towers or Waterfront Towers are the best. Definitely recommend this hotel. Buffet was very good as well. A definite leisure and romantic getaway. Nice spot away from the boardwalk but gorgeous water views. Shops are a little expensive but very nice. Huge casino, the check in and check out kiosk was a good idea not to have to stand in the long check in and out line.

What ever changes Harrah's has been made. They scored big time. The only thing i was disappointed in was how thin the walls in the rooms were. In one room I could here someone else snoring, the other room I could here someone having a late night dinner or midnight snack. Otherwise great bed great room nice pool nice hot tube, just do something with the walls you could also have more restaurants available. One of the restaurants was only opened during the weekend, why not have it open for breakfast everyday. Maybe that might help the flow with the other restaurant.

Harrahs is now on the top of my list! Us 5 girls had the most amazing night at the pool! Hottest club in AC by far!! The bartenders were awesome and nice, the staff was friendly and hot, and the music was off the hook!! The only bad thing is that it had to end! The pool party should be open to at least 6 am! Either way it was awesome and I can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time. I especially loved waking up to the ocean view and could not believe the size of the bathroom. The room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed playing on the various slots. The food was great as well. We left the hotel to visit the boardwalk but I could have stayed at the hotel - it offered everything we were looking for. Will definitely stay at the hotel property again. We had a lot of fun!! The staff was courteous and friendly!

I loved my stay at Harrah's!! The hotel is so beautiful!! The rooms are magnificent in the Water Tower!! I love the pool! I felt like I was on an tropical island somewhere and it was great how at night it turned into a nightclub!! The only two things i recommend is that the Buffet price be lowered and it served breakfast!! Also that the shuttle bus run more often> It became very crowded at times. Other than that, I had no complaints!! I'm definitely going to stay again at Harrah's!
