RESERVE

You can do a much better job cleaning the elevators because they were very dirty. Everyone sees these and it makes a very bad first and daily impression.
I certainly think you can serve less fries at the Reflections Cafe. Your coffee is too strong and too expensive. Otherwise food was good and the prices were fair.
As far as the gambling goes I think you should have at least one $5.00 table on each type. People would play more.

RESERVE

Like I said too far away from anything down by the boardwalk, took the shuttle and then you had to wait forever for it if they even had room for you. Paying to park there when you are staying at the motel,paying for the use of the pool.For the money we spent there all of that should have been free. I had some other gripes but that was about the restaurants. Very disappointed in this vacation,and we always stay at Harrahs, disappointed in this one for the price.

RESERVE

The shower had black mold in the corners and ceiling. There were human hairs on the bathroom floor and in the sink. There was white drippy stuff on the bed skirt. The walls are thin, because we heard a couple fighting All night next door. There was No local maps in the rooms so you could find the local things to do or the other casinos locations. The TVs had really BAD transmissions-blurry and rolling. Also, the TV controller needed batteries because you could not use it from the bed. There was a lot of food carts left in the hallways most for the day, if you had to leave the hotel in a hurry it would be hard to do.

RESERVE

The comps could be better. Elevator wad broken when I wad there and it took for ever to come downstairs. Pool could have been cleaner after pool party. Parking took way too long to get your automobile. They need to put and build better restaurants in the casino the ones they have have ok food nothing like the Borgata. They need to offer people better rates with their hotel prices So people can afford to stay there more
nights and gamble.

RESERVE

I checked into the hotel and the woman at the front desk told me I got a free upgrade. When I got to my room, however, it was not an upgrade and the room was not cleaned. The beds were unmade, there was dirty towels on the floor, and garbage from the previous guests. I felt we should have gotten the room for free, but the hotel felt 30 dollars was enough. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

RESERVE

As soon as we got there it was chaos. The self check in didn't work. We had to wait on line for 45 min just to check in. There were no employees around to ask questions to. We reserved a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. We ordered room service and the cart remained outside our room until the next night. We waited on line at the buffet for an hour. We would not recommend this hotel.

I did not get good hospitality. Although it was a clean room, I did not see one housekeeper the whole stay. I felt things were difficult to find. My view was the top of the pool which I did not notice until the next morning because it was already dark when I arrived. I have stayed in Atlantic City before but the first time at this establishment and I have to say it was not one of my best experiences. The worst part was the long walk from the parking garage.

RESERVE

The pool for family is too damn small, nothing at all for kids of ages 20 and under too do but eat and play in a little game room. Also its too far from the AC boardwalk.

If you are going with you other half than its cool. "The pool" is nice to see but I only got to see it from the outside because no kids allowed.

the room service is pricey but delicious.

The self parking is horrible you have to have a lot of money to keep tipping 3 people at a time
and check in at 4 better be there at 1 it takes forever

RESERVE

The confusion was with the check in. I booked three rooms and the rooms were under one person name. The rooms were not under the name that booked it. Other than that the room itself was excellent and the front desk person, George was nice and helped us sort out the confusion. Other than that I enjoyed my one night stay at Harrah even though it was off the beaten path from the board walk. I wish it was closer to the outlets.

RESERVE

We called the hotel as we were lost. The person on the phone was rude and nasty. We pulled into the Resorts hotel/casino for directions to Harrah's, they were very customer service oriented and friendly. We encountered additional nasty and rude customer service when we pulled up to Harrah's. The attendant started hollering at us. We knew then that staying at the Harrah's was a mistake and will will never stay there again!

The first 2 experiences with Harrah's staff made us feel unwanted. We eventually did have an ok experience (room service).

I guess this is just the way Harrah's is.

We will "NEVER" stay there again.

RESERVE

I felt the hotel is nice inside, especially by the pool area. It was my first time staying there and I had to switch from room to room. The first room wasn't clean at all and the second room wasn't much better. I called someone to come vacuum the room and no one ever responded. The service was very bad. I personally wouldn't stay there again and it was one of the expensive hotels to stay at too.
