The room was clean but overpriced. We went to the family fun center the hot tub was out of order. In addition the attendant asked for my ID each time I went to the pool area. This was rather inconvenient. The pools close very early at 7pm. Not ideal for family with children. The place was over rated. We stayed on the waterfront tower and the rooms were not as great as I expected considering we paid a hundred bucks more for the room.

Interesting we like the pool and casino, room is nice especially king bed and buffet is excellent so we will come again.
Of course we will also recommend to our friends and relatives it is very important to stay clean and good service we like cappuccino bar as well and next time we will visit spa center because it is our favorite destination to be on vacation and at the same time to have opportunity to rest and to enjoy in casino.

I liked the hotel very much. I thought the nightlife was great. The club at a pool is a wonderful idea. I went down for an event and it was a lot of fun. The front desk associate was super nice she upgraded my room because she felt I paid too much for the room I originally booked. She also couldn’t find my name in the computer that was great customer service. I would definitely visit the Harrahs again and its nightlife at the pool the only thing I felt the food was expensive.

I had an amazing stay. The restaurants were fabulous and the pool is stepping into paradise! I'll be back soon to stay in the impeccable rooms! Room service was fast and efficient but affordable! The staff was friendly and helpful! I will definitely be returning to Harrah's Resort and Casino in the upcoming weeks and in the near future. I suggest anyone who has to stay in Atlantic City gives Harrah's a try! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Over 40 minutes to check in!

Buffet restaurant had a waiting time of over 4 hours!

Business must be good for the hotel, however services are definitely overloaded.

So I will not be coming back to this hotel anytime soon and if I did come back to Atlantic City I would prefer a hotel on the ocean and not one overlooking a swamp or marina as some would call it.

Hotel was better than most boardwalk hotels. Check in is a mess! Hotel was clean and the views were great. Just a little harder to get to so there should be more things available to keep people from having to go to the boardwalk. Bigger entertainment venues. The 'Wedding Singer' show was pretty good but not a big draw. A casino is a casino, nothing special. Cannot really walk to another hotel due to highways, roads, access. We stayed because friends were comped and we had not been here before.

There was no privacy. Maids came in every morning bright and early would walk into our room while sleeping. It is Atlantic City you are up all night most likely not going to be up and out of the room by 8am to 9am. Never cleaned when they would get to the room it was always dirty from the day we checked in to the day we checked out. Spend the extra money to stay on the beach side completely worth it!

I was not pleased that the person who took my resservation on the phone spelled my last name wrong and therefore caused us trouble when we tried to check in. The confirmation number that I was given didn't matter at Harrah's-they didn't know what my confirmation number was for. You should have some type of common confirmation number system with the hotel so that when I give the number, they know who I am. Also, the check in line was VERY long, we had to wait almost an hour to check in.

The hotel is beautiful, and the view from the waterfront room was spectacular. The room was spacious, and tastefully done with a rich mahogany. (one complaint is that a few items were left behind by former tenants, making us believe that perhaps the room was not cleaned previously). The shower was spacious, the water hot, with a marbled bench for those not inclined to stand. All employees we encountered were friendly, and very helpful. Room service was timely, and impeccable! Food service is open late, thank god! we were more interested in gaming! The slots were NOT LOOSE (for us), but we WERE able to play for awhile. We would return again.

good hotel and pool;; staff are good and efficient; this is good for couple but not good for kids bec there's nothing for them to do. I wish there's something for my son to enjoy with...
they need to improve their check-in /check-out system during peak hours.. it took us 1 1/2 hrs just to check in which is kinda disappointing for 4 class hotel like this.

The hotel was excellent. They could improve on security measures in the clubs and access to the hotel rooms.
Check in lines are very long, but move fairly quickly. Should not give priority in ALL areas to diamond members (ie; Buffet line). We all pay the same price. Would return here in the future.
The food was to die for. There was a lot of variety in the casino and the free shuttle to sister hotels beats the jitney service.

My friend and I had a great time at the hotel. We gambled and went swimming. The pool area is great for swimming and relaxing. The food was very good at the new Reflections restaurant. However, I must say the view from the room was not enjoyable. The view was of concrete for the adjoining tower. Would prefer better views next time. Check out was very easy and done via the television set. Enjoyed the entire trip with the exception of the view from the room.

We had a great time at this hotel. The only bad thing was that check in took a little long, but then they were very accommodating. Everyone was helpful restaurants and food very good.
The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. We went to the pool club at night it was a lot of fun. The atrium rooms are very nice. Our view was not that great but who stays in the room to look at the window anyway. Definitely can't wait to go back

Overall the hotel was nice, however there were a few problems.

1) When I checked in, front desk gave us a room in the new Waterfront Tower. I asked if this was a good spot, she said yes. She didn't tell me that there was construction going on. We were woken up by loud drilling. I wish they were upfront and honest about the construction.

2) We had problems with the wireless internet service. I purchased internet for 24 hours and they shut it off after just a few hours. I spent a long time on the phone trying to get someone to help. I kept getting connected to people who didn't know what to do. This was a major inconvenience, and made me late to a business function.

3) The taxi stand wasn't very helpful. It was easier for us to wave down our own cabs.

4) The service at the bar downstairs was terrible. It would be one thing if the place was crowded, but it really wasn't. Plus, the bar had three bartenders, so there was plenty of service. It took almost a half hour just to order a drink.

5) If you're looking for good single night life, this is not the place to be. The Borgata is a better hotel for that.

The room for a Saturday was definitely a bit pricey, and it wasn't even one of the nicer rooms I have stayed in at this hotel. There was large stains on the floor on the carpet, and the room was definitely outdated. The bathroom was nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The reason we wanted to go to this particular hotel was the pool. The pool is amazing, and definitely worth spending an afternoon in. Overall, the room didn't seem worth the money, but after an afternoon in the pool, I really didn't seem to care.
