You can do a much better job cleaning the elevators because they were very dirty. Everyone sees these and it makes a very bad first and daily impression.
I certainly think you can serve less fries at the Reflections Cafe. Your coffee is too strong and too expensive. Otherwise food was good and the prices were fair.
As far as the gambling goes I think you should have at least one $5.00 table on each type. People would play more.

It was a great pleasure staying at Harrahs. We loved the Red Door Spa. I spent 80 minutes for a massage and another hour enjoying myself in the hot tub and sauna. The Pool is a fantastic idea. We spent a lot of the time at night around the pool listening to music and swimming. We also enjoyed ourselves at the show called Producers. Thanks for a great 40th. Birthday. I would also say that we left as a winner, thanks to Harrahs.

We called the hotel as we were lost. The person on the phone was rude and nasty. We pulled into the Resorts hotel/casino for directions to Harrah's, they were very customer service oriented and friendly. We encountered additional nasty and rude customer service when we pulled up to Harrah's. The attendant started hollering at us. We knew then that staying at the Harrah's was a mistake and will will never stay there again!

The first 2 experiences with Harrah's staff made us feel unwanted. We eventually did have an ok experience (room service).

I guess this is just the way Harrah's is.

We will "NEVER" stay there again.

We actually went to Harrahs for our honeymoon. It was relaxing. While my husband went to the pool I had a spa treatment which was well needed. We ate at the Waterfront buffet one night and especially liked the way the salmon was prepared. There was so much food my eyes was bigger than my stomach. I would definitely recommend it. We also did some gambling at the casino and didn't do too bad. We liked the free shuttle bus service that takes you to Caesar, Ballys and Showboat.

We needed a place to go and have fun and get reacquainted with reach other after having just returned from overseas while in the military. I could not have asked for a better facility. It was my first time in AC, it won't be my last. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the pool, buffet, and clubs. I checked out a day early ONLY because I had an emergency at home. As Arnold said, “I’ll be back.” We had a great time.

Harrah's was a very nice hotel/casino to stay at ~ I would recommend staying at Harrah's to other people. It is close to other casinos/hotels, and in a very convenient place in Atlantic City, NJ. This was my first time staying at Harrah's, and I would say it is a nice, clean environment ~ not dirty at all, and an overall fun place. The price for the room was pretty reasonable as well ~ I would definately say I got my money's worth!

The room I was in was very nice and clean. The hotel overall was very bright and clean. The elevators were a little banged up on the inside but it does not affect your stay. The casino was nice but there were not really a lot of people there (it was Monday though). It is a little far from all other casinos. If you don't mind taking the free shuttle to the other casinos, this place is a great place to stay. I would stay here again.

The second you walked into Harrah's you felt welcome. Everyone was super nice...from the valet to check in. I have never been to a casino where they treat you like a life long friend before. All of the staff answered questions without making you feel like an idiot...even at the tables they would explain to you how a game worked. You just felt lucky! Even if you don't win big you are going to have a great time. My husband and i cant wait to go back for his b-day at the end of the month.

Nice hotel, ok rooms, big casino with tables/slots. Nice restaurants, we ate at the steak house, it was pretty expensive but was worth it. Also I suggest making reservations to restaurants before hand, as they tend to run out of room. Very ice pool with a see through roof, palm trees. Feels like summer. I was there on a Saturday, at night they closed the pool and had a live dj spinning different music. Felt like a club inside a casino. Overall anyone can go and have fun, as long as your over 21.

It was a very relaxing stay. The pool had some great views and the food at the pool was great. Drinks were made right and strong! Dinner in the restaurants had great service and were very high class. We won a total of $250 bucks between the both of us, me and my girlfriend. Room service for breakfast showed up in 13 minutes when they told us it would take 45 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised with this. All in all, we had a great time.

Overall the hotel was nice, however there were a few problems.

1) When I checked in, front desk gave us a room in the new Waterfront Tower. I asked if this was a good spot, she said yes. She didn't tell me that there was construction going on. We were woken up by loud drilling. I wish they were upfront and honest about the construction.

2) We had problems with the wireless internet service. I purchased internet for 24 hours and they shut it off after just a few hours. I spent a long time on the phone trying to get someone to help. I kept getting connected to people who didn't know what to do. This was a major inconvenience, and made me late to a business function.

3) The taxi stand wasn't very helpful. It was easier for us to wave down our own cabs.

4) The service at the bar downstairs was terrible. It would be one thing if the place was crowded, but it really wasn't. Plus, the bar had three bartenders, so there was plenty of service. It took almost a half hour just to order a drink.

5) If you're looking for good single night life, this is not the place to be. The Borgata is a better hotel for that.

I was extremely pleased with the service at the front desk. The pool was a very,very wonderful place to just relax and unwind. The other guests were very pleasant and always spoke when passing or in the elevator. My husband and I have stayed at that hotel many times over the years and have never had any complaints. I like to take our three children their for a quick getaway when the have time off from school just to change up the scenery.

The confusion was with the check in. I booked three rooms and the rooms were under one person name. The rooms were not under the name that booked it. Other than that the room itself was excellent and the front desk person, George was nice and helped us sort out the confusion. Other than that I enjoyed my one night stay at Harrah even though it was off the beaten path from the board walk. I wish it was closer to the outlets.

We had a great time at this hotel. The only bad thing was that check in took a little long, but then they were very accommodating. Everyone was helpful restaurants and food very good.
The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. We went to the pool club at night it was a lot of fun. The atrium rooms are very nice. Our view was not that great but who stays in the room to look at the window anyway. Definitely can't wait to go back

The room was beyond our expectations. It was spacious and perfect for a romantic evening. The service was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We were even able to extend our checkout which gave us more time to enjoy the attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences, as the food was very delicious and affordable as well. The pool was unbelievable, clean and really gave you that island feel. Overall I had an amazing time with my boyfriend, and I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to another stay in the near future!
