Harrah's was a great place to stay for a small romantic getaway.. we did not use room service or anything and the TV was a bit out of date but overall it was a nice place. We didn't use the pool either. We only stayed over 1 night but my girlfriend won 265 at the slot machine so I know she had an awesome time. We ate at the little Italian place that is in the hotel which had really good food but a BIT pricey.

Overall my stay at the hotel was good. I was not impressed by the 1 hour line up for check in. My first room was insufficient, they gave me a new room across the hall and a $50 credit. The hotel has amazing views (from the Waterfront Tower anyways). The pool, spa and casino were all great. The location was good, however, the total rewards shuttle bus should be running more often, and past 10:30. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, as the price is quite reasonable.

This was the first time we had visited Atlantic City and the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We were only there for a two day stay. We did not have children traveling with us so can not comment on activities for families with young children or teens. The facility was clean and had many things to do, from entertainment, restaurants, gambling and relaxation. The pool is a nice place to sit back and relax. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Hadn't been to Harrah's in a very long time. Usually stay at the Taj but wanted to try something different. Pleasantly surprised at how "Vegas like" it was. The pool was fantastic, except that it was impossible to find a vacant lounge chair. There should be a person monitoring this situation as it is unfair to throw a towel down on a chair and not come back for hours. Not fair to all the guests. We were given a discount book when we signed up for the player card and that was a pretty good deal, except the buffet discount couldn't be utilized as the lines were very long and we were told it would be a 4 hour wait for dinner. The room was very nice and loved the large bathroom. We ate at the pizza stand which was very good. Ate at McCormicks and although we were a bit rushed out of there, the food was good. The Steakhouse was very nice - we enjoyed the service there - food was just decent, not the best steakhouse I've eaten in. Just ordinary food. My husband doesn't gamble so he went up to watch tv and complained that it wasn't hi def and the channels were terrible - no movie channels.

Hotel was good. However was a bit disappointed that I requested a non smoking room and was unable to get one. The room I got just okay. It would be nice to have a do not disturb sign because room service just come in without giving you enough time to say come back later. Besides that the hotel was great. The Pool is a nice place to hang out at night for the night life. Restaurants are ok. Casinos are nice.

Hotel was busy at check-in, we had pre-paid but still needed to check in
valet parking and bell service was excellent and reasonable-$10.00 for parking from Sunday to Thursday in valet. food expensive-went to buffet on the mon night and found out the entire eastern seaboard had been sent free coupons for buffet. we paid $60.00 for 2 dinners and had to wait from 5:00 pm when we purchased our dinner tickets until 9:45 to line up-seated at 10:00 pm and had a poor selection of food, not told about the free coupons when we ate dinner
poor location for resort had to bus to board walk-waits were long and often buses full so had to wait an additional 20 minutes for another bus

very busy resort
everything cost-internet $15.00 a day did not connect as this is too expensive
poor selection of tv stations
on the plus each room has iron, coffee maker and small fridge
got a nice room with no view-looked at the roof and side of another building-could hear other toilets flusing and doors opening and closing all night
not informed of rewards program when we first arrived-did not find out until 2nd day when we went to board bus
there for lost all those points over the 1st 2 days we played in the casino
in all room was nice for the money but resort far off the beaten path of the board walk and anything else of interest--food expensive at the hotel--
&7.00 for a ice cream cone, $26.00 for 2 hamburgers and one order of fries from the deli
lined up for everything
would i visit again, likely only if all was paid for and i got to stay for free-everyone i talked to was not paying, stated the resort sends them rooms for playing-not us--lost $900.00 us cash dollars and paid for everything
did it once and it was an experience
on the way home we stayed overnight in the Poconos--went to the casino and won $600.00 in the casino at Pocono downs

My stay at the Harrahs was very pleasant. I went with my boyfriend of two years for a little romantic getaway and he enjoyed every minute as well. He especially liked the location of the hotel because it was away from the rest of the hotels at Atlantic City and the main boardwalk. My favorites were the hot tubs, indoor pool, karaoke night at Eden Hall and the immaculate dinner I had at McCormick & Schmidt. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

The weather was not great during my stay, but it didn't matter because of the indoor pool. It is a great set up and a perfect plan B if the weather doesn't cooperate.
The casino and hotel rooms are very nice too.
My only problem is the location, it's far from the boardwalk (granted, this may be a plus for some). If you want to enjoy the beach it is a bit of a trek to get there.

Our stay at Harrahs was wonderful, the rooms are great the pool is definitely worth checking out, the food was excellent a little bit pricey, but it is delicious and worth every penny, the service is awesome, everyone always seems to have a smile on their face and is willing to help out. Our only issue with registering online was that when we double booked and didn't find out until we got there so we weren't refunded for the first night. Because we booked online the front desk said that there was nothing they could do to help us. It was a little frustrating,but we didn't let it ruin our trip it just put us 200 dollars in the hole. BUMMER! So be careful with registering and I suppose call to check in advance to make sure there's no mistakes, but have a great time besides for that HARRAHS rocks!

My room was absolutely beautiful. I could not believe for the price the room that I was given. Check-in took a little long for it being 1130 at night but the man who greeted me made me smile. The pool is beautiful, the casino is nice but the waitresses don't come around as much as they should. The Asian bartender at the main bar in the casino is very friendly. Overall, my stay was pleasurable and I will be staying there again.

After checking out several other hotels and casino's, I decided on Harrahs for a girls weekend out. We were not disappointed. The help at the front desk was very friendly and informative (although it would have been nice if there were more stations for check in available). Our rooms were very clean with great decor. Although I didn't leave too much time for sleeping, the bed was very comfy! The pool was incredible, day and night. Great nightlife with the exception of not enough bars at the pool at night...very long lines for a drink. The buffet was also amazing. There was more food than I could imagine, all delicious and well prepared. I will definitely be back to Harrahs!

The room was clean but overpriced. We went to the family fun center the hot tub was out of order. In addition the attendant asked for my ID each time I went to the pool area. This was rather inconvenient. The pools close very early at 7pm. Not ideal for family with children. The place was over rated. We stayed on the waterfront tower and the rooms were not as great as I expected considering we paid a hundred bucks more for the room.

Interesting we like the pool and casino, room is nice especially king bed and buffet is excellent so we will come again.
Of course we will also recommend to our friends and relatives it is very important to stay clean and good service we like cappuccino bar as well and next time we will visit spa center because it is our favorite destination to be on vacation and at the same time to have opportunity to rest and to enjoy in casino.

I liked the hotel very much. I thought the nightlife was great. The club at a pool is a wonderful idea. I went down for an event and it was a lot of fun. The front desk associate was super nice she upgraded my room because she felt I paid too much for the room I originally booked. She also couldn’t find my name in the computer that was great customer service. I would definitely visit the Harrahs again and its nightlife at the pool the only thing I felt the food was expensive.
