Two years in a row at Harrahs for vacation. Last year we had a room with a great view (waterfront). Also the price was great ($69 per night). This year we asked for a similar room and paid extra for our room ($109 for the 1st night and $99 for other nights). What we got was a room with a view of the loft rooftop and the pool dome. We were not very impressed. The pathway from the parking garage going to the casino only have stairs. No ramps for the handicap persons or older persons with luggage. Next year we will probably try another hotel on the boardwalk to compare the services.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms were super clean and had everything you needed.The staff was very helpful and efficient. The casino was modern and huge. Waterfront tower is the best to stay in if you want to be near the gorgeous indoor pool. This hotel had everything you needed, restaurants, shopping, casino, nightlife. I went to meet a large group and we had a blast! Definitely would recommend Harrah's! It's my favorite place to stay in Atlantic City. It's luxury at an affordable price.

Harrahs, nice hotel, great service. A party was held so it was very busy. The crowd was handled well, not an inconvenience to guest. I would have preferred to have had more variety in playing the slot machines, machines that have double bonus spin wheels and more tables with lower minimums, $2 - $5 range. Great pool, no child pool. Very nice room overlooking the marina and down into the pool. Hotel parking,expensive, $30 a day. Hotel better than nice.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again! The rooms were clean and fairly big. The bathrooms were large even in a standard room. The hotel had plenty of shops, resturants, and bars to keep everyone busy. The only drawback to this hotel is that it is not on the beach. The hotel does have nice bayside views, but it would be nice if it was on the boardwalk!

The shower had black mold in the corners and ceiling. There were human hairs on the bathroom floor and in the sink. There was white drippy stuff on the bed skirt. The walls are thin, because we heard a couple fighting All night next door. There was No local maps in the rooms so you could find the local things to do or the other casinos locations. The TVs had really BAD transmissions-blurry and rolling. Also, the TV controller needed batteries because you could not use it from the bed. There was a lot of food carts left in the hallways most for the day, if you had to leave the hotel in a hurry it would be hard to do.

Check in line was ridiculous...a lot of the restaurants had lines to be seated ...then lines to pay...I rated 3 for location because had to do a little traveling t get to the beach and downtown area where the other casinos are...other than that it was great and relaxing...staff was veryyyy friendly ...buffet was amazing...pool was great...cafe reflections was awesome...hotel room view was awesome...nice stand up shower AND big tub could fit 5 people!!!..lol would def go there again!!

Harrah's hotel was very impressivive, and my wife and I would stay there again. The casino's were clean and the people friendly, there were enough table games and the ease of moving around the hotel was appreciated. The suite which we had was clean and well kept. The only disappointment my wife and I experienced was we were disappointed in our eating experience, when we had dinner at McCormick and Shmidt's. The standard of the food which we experienced from eating at other McCormick & Shmick's Restaurants wasn't up to our expectations

Security did not act upon a noise violation. Front desk help were not pleasant. We expected a higher caliber of service from the front desk staff. Our complaint to security was not taken seriously. On account of these two situations, our stay was not a pleasant one. Upon returning to Atlantic City for another getaway, I do not think we would stay at Harrahs again because we did not receive one hundred percent customer satisfaction. However, the rooms were beautiful, clean.

My experience at Harrahs on Friday night was the perfect getaway! We had excellent service with checking in at the front desk to getting our room on the tenth floor. The room was absolute simplicity with the cleanliness and the design. I really like how the toilet was in a different part of the bathroom to give some privacy. The view was gorgeous looking out into the pier and the rest of the hotel. But most importantly, the Pool Bar was an awesome time as usual. That place is one of the best clubs Atlantic City has to offer. In conclusion, everything was fabulous and I will definitely be back very soon! Thank you so much for making my night a memorable one.

Everything was very nice.We felt safe and relaxed day or night.The lobby was beautiful.We only have one concern.
I am waiting to hear back as to our clothes left in the room,four new pair of mens casual shorts.
The staff was very helpful every step of the way. I enjoyed the shuttle experience.The beach is always wonderful.The rolling chairs was enjoyable also.

Stayed with a friend. Had room in Waterfront tower. Room was beautiful, room service was quick and the pool was great. I would only recommend maybe adding a few more chairs for the pool area. The casino had plenty of tables open, not like some places where there are a ton of empty tables and the antes weren't so high like at the Borgata. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or singles. Not much for children to do here though.

Your hotel came highly recommended so I took my husband for our 35th anniversary. It was everything and more. I appreciated the fact that the restaurants and shops were easily accessible. The Pool was awesome and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. My husband was really surprised and impressed by the accommodations. The room was beautiful and very clean with a great view. The pool was awesome. My son and his friend loved The Pool after dark. I got bored in the casino probably because I wasn't winning. But overall it was a great time. Great Hotel and Casino. The staff was very friendly. Very easy check-in and check-out. Parking was very easy. Shuttle service to other locations was good. Food was very good especially the buffet. I would recommend to friends.

This hotel was clean and extremely accommodating. I enjoyed the casino area as well as the option to smoke in the designated slots area while still keeping it away from others. We got room service breakfast and it was quick and tasty! The room itself was comfortable and spacious, worth its price. Upon leaving the battery in my car died and the security came and gave us a jump. It was great that they were able to help us and so quickly.

Staying at the Harrahs was an wonderful experience. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay there. The service was awesome and the people were very friendly. We would definitely come back and stay again very soon. The food was totally great. It was so delicious. Our stay was so romantic. The view was excellent. Words cannot describe the time the we had at the Harrahs and all the fun that we had. The pool party was so great. We can't wait to come back.
