The Hotel was nice. I'll start with the good: A. Good location..at the end of Atlantic ave, 2min drive from all the casinos and shopping. Great view from our balcony of the ocean. B. The room was nice. C. The parking lot had security. Now for the Bad: The toilet wasn't clean..we asked for extra towels and got a few with some hair...short curly hair...need I say more. Additionally, the hotel states in small fine print, that they will charge you $50 for check-out past 11am...not 12pm..but 11am. Some of the rooms come with a Kitchen...you are responsible to clean the dishes or be charged $100 when you check-out...whats the point of staying at a hotel if you have to clean after yourself. Other than that, I might stay at this place again...only time and better deals will tell.

This hotel was good enough to stay because it was cheaper then any other hotel at the time, but for this hotel I thought that it was a little expensive, no casino, far from anything, just good enough to book when everything else is taken other wise make some players cards to earn comps free rooms and other free stuff from hotels that have casinos, parking was not so good, came to the room after midnight and there was no parking in the garage but pad for parking at the front desk, from 1-5 for this hotel I give 2

Fiona checked us in at the front desk at the Flagship. She was rude to both myself and my boyfriend, and talked to us in a very demeaning manner. Everyone else that worked there was very nice.

When we got to our room, it was dirty (beds not made, bathroom not clean, garbage in the can). We needed to switch rooms to a clean room two floors down. The staff was very accomodating.
Also, we were amazed that now you only receive one parking pass per hotel room. I wish that I would have known that coming in! We had two cars. I also think that it was absurd to have to pay for a pass considering that we were staying in the hotel! I would seriously consider staying here again.

It was okay place. The walls are kind of thin and you hear a lot. When I first was trying to go to sleep whoever was above me sounded like they were pounding on the floor with a hammer. The room was clean. I think for the price - especially off season it is a bit much just for one night. Had I been staying several days than I think I would not have minded the price as much since there is a kitchen which gives you more choices about what you are going to eat. Another thing I did like was that they have many activities planned - even in the off season. Not just for kids either. The view from my particular room was not perfect, but it wasn't bad. All in all the place was average and I would stay there again. Also, it didn't give me a choice to say I was traveling with a friend.

The advertised shuttle service was not effective at all. We were taken to the casino in a 18 passenger bus, but the hotel sent a 6 passenger van to pick us up. There was a line of over 20 people and we were left waiting at the casino for hours. We ended up having to pay for a cab. We chose this hotel for the shuttle service and this service caused a great deal of frustration. The management was not receptive to complaints.

The accomodations were not bad and the hotel was pretty clean. It is acceptable if you do not intend to travel to the casinos.

The hotel rooms are HUGE and very spacious. Would recommend if you are traveling with a large group. Our room had two queen size beds and a pull out coach. The bathroom was very clean as well. We had no problem getting pizza delivered. Only one car is allowed to park in the garage which you had in and out privileges, but there was lots of street parking available. Hotel is at the very end of boardwalk, so taxi rides are a bit long but AC has a $11 max on all cab rides within city limits, so you don't get ripped off.

I Really feel That this hotel has two many rules that i'm not comfortable with. The Aminities shut down to early. I wish this hotel had Breakfast in bed for me. If i was to leave one dish there's a $50.00 charge, i didn't like that. If you are not checked in by noon you loose your reservation. I made reservations for a smoking room, they gave me a non-smoking room, and then i had to pack up and move to another room, after unpackin. So i had to pack back up, and unpack again.

It's a nice hotel, but it is extremely far away from the action. You need to take a taxi from the hotel to the main strip. It's about a $10 fare. I wouldn't want to venture out too far into the surrounding neighborhood either. A shuttle bus is available every hour, however sometimes you don't want to wait for the bus to arrive. It's sort of scary, especially at night. The service was decent and the room was fairly spacious. However, the hotel is very tall and there aren't enough elevators. During busy hours you may have to wait a while for the next arriving elevator. There are no nearby restaurants and if you have a family with small children the choices may be very limited. The hotel rates are fairly affordable compared to the prices being charged at the more centrally located hotels. A Parking Garage was available on the premises which was very convenient. Also, I believe the hotel had some sort of gaming room, which would be fun I am sure for younger children. If you have the opportunity, and are willing to spend a little bit more than I would suggest a hotel that is more centrally located.

OTHER THAN LOCATION THIS WAS A PLEASANT STAY. STAFF WAS PLEASANT AND FRIELDLY.
THE ONLY THING THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH WAS THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF IN THE MORNING AND WE HAD TO WALK DOWN THE STAIRS. IT TURNS OUT THEY WERE JUST WORKING ON THE SYSTEM. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THIS AND THE STAFF SEEMED CLUELESS.
I WOULD HAVE STAYED LONGER IF PETS WERE ALLOWED. THE GAME ROOM WAS GREAT FOR THE KIDS. THIS HOTEL COULD BENIFIT FROM AN INDOOR POOL.
ROOMS WERE NICE AND COZY. I WOULD MOST LIKELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO A FRIEND.

The hotel was nice. They were updating the rooms so I'm sure it is going to get better. The value was good for the size of the rooms. Nice and big. Our room had a great view with a balcony. The big rooms are nice if you are traveling with children. Close to the boardwalk but still have to drive there. We didn't stay long enough to use any of the amentities at the hotel ie. spa, restaurants, etc. The game room looked like it would be good for kids. Overall, I would stay there again but only if I couldn't get a descent rate at a casino hotel.

an okay value. For the price, it was okay. Not immaculate...but not filthy either. The rooms looked very lived in. Once upon a time, the rooms were probably wonderful, but time and usage has taken its toll. It is nice to be able to make a cup of tea or a sandwich though as the rooms have a small kitchenette included. The rooms are actually more like like efficiencies than just hotel rooms. Very large rooms. Its out of the way...but the view of the ocean was great! You need to drive to the casinos, can't walk. There is a shuttle, I believe. Lots of teens in this hotel, with an entire floor devoted to them. The parking garage was handy except that as the hotel became busier, it became more difficult to find a parking space. There is redevelopment occuring all around the hotel and at some point it may be in a nice area. Right now, some of the area is nice and some looks like a bomb hit it. You are within view of the very end of the boardwalk...although there is a walk to get there. The oceanview from the higher floors is very nice.

The hotel it was good but not enough to fully satisfied because:
1.The hotel was noisy at night.

I was told on the phone this was a four star property -- no way is this a 4 star property. It is old and dated (the rooms) --although spacious I felt like it was 1989 again.The property was not clean and the elevators were packed all the time. There was a long wait for one and when it came it was full. There were lower class patrons jamming into rooms -- I was told it was a block from the beach -- yes from the beginning of the broken boardwalk along the bay but it is a mile to where the action is -- this property is away from everything and not in a good neighborhood. I am so sorry I wasted our money. If you want to stay in AC stay at a casino!

The beds are substandard on platform and hard. The balcony was dirty no one had cleaned the chairs in months. The heat and air conditioning was inside the wall you had to reach inside and hope you hit the right button. the glasses in bathroom and kitchen were dirty when held up to light. The worst thing was the elevators you could not get out of the hotel it took us over an hour to leave and no one apologized or cared.

The area the hotel is located on is a very run down part of town. The beach is located a couple blocks away. The hotel restaurants open times seemed to be iffy.The laundry area was full of sand on the floor and machines. The pool area closed at 9:00pm which we thought was a little early. I will say the hotel staff was friendly. We didn't know this was a time share location until after we had made the reservations. We were only approached three times by their sells staff about taking the tour.
While fishing I caught a skate.
