This hotel was great. The price was good, the amenities were great and our room was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great and the chef on the grill was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again. They have a shuttle that takes you to the all of the casinos. The staff was professional. My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing I had a problem with is having to go check in first to get a parking pass and then having to go back to the car to put the pass in your window. The parking attendant had the list of names of the guest who were staying so he should have just had the parking passes with him to give to you when you come into the lot!!!!!!!!

Everything was very nice in the room except the air conditioning was not working. It became very hot and stuffy while we were sleeping. The outside of the building looked old but the hotel was better than we expected when we went inside. I wish the hotel was on the boardwalk or had a casino on the premises. The price of the room was well worth the stay and we would like to come back to visit. Also, If their were specials given to guests for the casinos.

In general a very good location in Atlantic City, great view of ocean and inlet, room comfortable any very clean. We like the kitchenette area and found everything spotless. Hotel also has nice amenities on site such as restaurant, pool, spa and movie theater. Also enjoy the convenience of the parking garage. This was our second stay here, we were in town to attend the ICC show and seminars at the convention center Thursday through Sunday. We plan to return next year and will book again.

This was a last minute reservation and honestly nothing else was available. I booked without reading review and when I read them I was very worried about the cleanliness of the hotel. Upon arrival the staff was very kind, rooms were very clean and everything was very nice. The tv didn't work but that's not why I went to Atlantic city. They do charge you if you do not do your dishes after you use them which was a little strange to me but I have no issue cleaning up after myself! It is also not on the main strip, its about 5 minutes driving to the casino but they offer a shuttle bus.

It was a very nice time beautiful views of the lights of Atlantic City and of the bay.The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. We look forward to staying there again. The thirty second floor was a great view.The people were very friendly and helpful. The pool area and workout gym is very useful not to mention the boardwalk that is in front of the Flag ship where you can plenty of exercise.The shuttle bus is very useful to get to the casino's. Can't wait to come back.

We had just stayed here the previous weekend and it was horrible! What a difference a few days made. The check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the tv and microwave actually worked! The shuttle to Ballys is the best! I just wish the restaurant had been open but I hear its gonna be awesome when it does! I will definitely stay here again-its the best bargain on the boardwalk.

I brought my wife here for valentines weekend, first the men you have working in the lobby should not be "gawking" at the woman and making small quiet comments to one another not professional. second the breakfast buffet you need a better layout, and please do away with those artificial eggs. you, need more then one meat to offer for breakfast. Other then that, everything was nice. check in was pleasant our room was clean hotel easy to find parking open and easy access. thank you

The hotel was amazing. I really liked the mini fridge and stove with all of the amenities of family kitchen. Waking up in the morning and being able to step out onto my balcony and meet the sun was extremely pleasant. I loved the layout of the room. I would rate the hotel an 8 only because the check-in was horrible. There was only one person ahead of me, yet I stood in line for 20 minutes. When I finally got to the clerk, it was immediately obvious that she had no formal customer service training. It took an additional half hour for her to check me in.

I have stayed in the Flagship Resort 3 times so far and all three times were great. The parking is pretty cheap the staff was friendly. provides restaurant bar pool jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and clean. I have stayed on both sides of the hotel and both sides have a great view. For the price this hotel offers alot. I definitely recommend the stay. I am 25 came here for partying but definitely want quiet after and the hotel was very quiet

The checkin process was simple, but there was a gentlemen in the lobby trying to get you to sign up for the time share. He was quite persistant tempering on annoying. I had the oppurtunity to sign up when I made the resveration on line, and I declined. It should be left at that. Otherwise the people were friendly, room spacious with an ocean view and the shuttle to the hotels convenient. I would definitely stay again. Good Value for the money.

This hotel requires a large room deposit and takes a very long time to return it. Instead of after you leave they mail it to you, it's been 2 weeks so far...Also whirlpools would make the rooms much more romantic.
We were on the 29th floor so the view was by far the best part of the room. Directly across the street was a building that turned color and had messages on it, that was beautiful at night. Below is a little town of row houses and from that height appear to be doll houses, it's very pretty.

I have to say the rooms are supplied with pots, pans, you name it, but I suggest you bring our own tooth paste since they don't supply that, and they provide a coffee maker with coffee but you have to bring your own milk and sugar, over all I have to say the place is nice, and the one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The view is nice. Only problem is the neighborhood at night. But I would come back again.

I would advise visitors to be aware that the elevators need to be repaired. They jump, whine, and skip floors, most of all they are very, very slow. Allow plenty of extra time if you must use the elevators, otherwise my stay was quite pleasant. The pool area did tend to be loud and full of rambunctious teens not paying attention to the rules of no running, no jumping and hot tub use is to be used by persons 16 and older.

The hotel was nice and very clean. Service was good and the people who work there were friendly. The pool was too small to accomidate the amount of people in the hotel. The elevators were horrible. The elevators were the worst thing about the hotel. At one point we had to walk and take the stairs. Everything else was pretty good but it just was not a fantasy hotel for a romantic getaway. I would stay here again with more people because the room contained a little kitchen which would be great if two couples were staying in the room or a family.

Too much emphasis is placed on guests having to cleanup/wash dishes, placing trash in bags before leaving or guests will be charged a $50.00 fee. Rooms should be checked for "all" repairs before a new guest arrives. The vent was off of the heating unit in my room and the shower ceiling leaked. When I reported both of these problems during checkout, the Clerk acted like it was no big deal!!
