The beds are substandard on platform and hard. The balcony was dirty no one had cleaned the chairs in months. The heat and air conditioning was inside the wall you had to reach inside and hope you hit the right button. the glasses in bathroom and kitchen were dirty when held up to light. The worst thing was the elevators you could not get out of the hotel it took us over an hour to leave and no one apologized or cared.

I was in and out fast. My check in was easy, as well as convenient. Although I only stayed there one day I would go back for another stay anytime. The rooms were clean and well kept, it was close to the beaches and clubs in the city.
I stayed at this hotel because I only needed a place to stay for one day while I visited all the sites and went to the various clubs and resturants that the city had to offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone of my family as well as my friends for the next visit.

The hotel was amazing. I really liked the mini fridge and stove with all of the amenities of family kitchen. Waking up in the morning and being able to step out onto my balcony and meet the sun was extremely pleasant. I loved the layout of the room. I would rate the hotel an 8 only because the check-in was horrible. There was only one person ahead of me, yet I stood in line for 20 minutes. When I finally got to the clerk, it was immediately obvious that she had no formal customer service training. It took an additional half hour for her to check me in.

Honestly, I thought it was a good deal for the price,but afterward I realized that even for the price it wasn't that great compared to other hotels. The breakfast buffet was ok and the coffee was weak. The bathroom shower had mold in it. If you could deal with all that, it was ok, but I will not likely return after staying at a better hotel. I will say that the staff was friendly, especially the doorman John. I don't think it was right that a hotel guest has to pay for parking,but it seems that is everywhere on Atlantic City.

I have stayed in the Flagship Resort 3 times so far and all three times were great. The parking is pretty cheap the staff was friendly. provides restaurant bar pool jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and clean. I have stayed on both sides of the hotel and both sides have a great view. For the price this hotel offers alot. I definitely recommend the stay. I am 25 came here for partying but definitely want quiet after and the hotel was very quiet

Loved the room, comfortable, lots of space and well furnished. The view was fantastic from the windows to the balcony. A well equipped kitchenette with all the extras one would find at home. Very clean and reasonable in prices of hotel stay to the food menu, as well. The employees are helpful, friendly and courteous, downright too happy, but all is good. They are a happy and cheerful way to begin the day. The parking facilities are convenient and roomy, I have an SUV and was quite happy for the space. Will be visiting again and again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Flagship. In one word I would describe my stay as "pleasant". The staff was friendly and inviting. The other guest were very friendly and polite. I went to Atlantic City for a surprise birthday weekend for my brother and boyfriend. The Flagship Resort was the perfect hotel to do so. The suites are very spacious and have an amazing view of all Atlantic City and the beach. My brother and boyfriend's friend all stayed in hotel on different floors to avoid seeing them until the actual party. Our rooms were all two floors apart and near stairs, very convenient. After party was done with all twelve of the friends were able to hangout in out suite and it wasn't crowed at all. Overall I give hotel two thumbs up.

The checkin process was simple, but there was a gentlemen in the lobby trying to get you to sign up for the time share. He was quite persistant tempering on annoying. I had the oppurtunity to sign up when I made the resveration on line, and I declined. It should be left at that. Otherwise the people were friendly, room spacious with an ocean view and the shuttle to the hotels convenient. I would definitely stay again. Good Value for the money.

The hotel was a great value for the price! Our one bedroom suite was huge and it seemed all rooms/hallways had great views of the water. Only problem was that the hotel is not located "on the strip" (although it is fairly close). We had to take cabs or drive to other hotels for clubs/casinos. Cabs from the hotel were not that expensive and the front desk will call for you. Staff is very helpful-they even brought a sewing kit up to my room. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The restaurant had amazing views of the water. It would amazing in the summer!

I think the hotel was beautiful.It was a great price. During the warmer weather it would be great with the balcony. The bathroom could use a little renovating, and the garage parking is a little scary. I don't think they should charge a fee. I would absolutely stay there again especially in the summer months. Just the thought of being able to have the availability to cook if you like to, or make a snack before going to bed.

The hotel was not my first choice however it was a nice surprise. It was very clean and the ocean view was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and very helpful, the elevators were neat and quick. The pool and spa were well kept. The game room was a great place for the kids to go and unwind.
I did however wish that the pool and spa stayed opened 24 hours, it would have been nice to take a swim after a long day.

I stayed here with a little uncertainty because I read the reviews some were good alot were bad but the price i said lets try it.When we arrived we checked right in very friendly went smoothly.Upon getting to our room we were very pleased with our room cozy clean and spacious.We had a great view from our balcony and we were only on the 12 floor.There are lots of activities and things to do although we did not use them.We had a couple of problems the bathroom hot water got cold pretty quick and the toilet ran on and off all night and the heating was a little hard to keep comfortable but they were minor things overall.Good value for the dollar.

Upon our entry to room, the heat was not working. It took about 30 minutes for Hotel to respond and repair in-room heater. HVAC system needs updating. We were disappointed to find no jacuzzi in room. The water pressure in shower was excellent though. The view on all sides of hotel is nice. Elevator system is slow. There is a $50.00 fee for leaving any dirty dishes in the room. The breakfast buffet has limited selections. We would consider staying again.
