My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Flagship Resorts Hotel. I would love to receive another complimentary stay by Flagship Resorts Hotel, before the end of the summer. I enjoyed the spectacular view from the room balcony. I also enjoyed the restaurants. I enjoyed the free parking and parking pass , while you stayed at Flagship Resorts Hotel. My family and I also enjoyed the other Hotels and Casinos that were in walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool, spa and work-out gym area. Thank you for my stay at Flagship Resorts Hotel. My family and I would love to stay there again.

I would always stay at the Flag Ship. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. My daughter enjoyed herself. The restaurant is tasteful and calming to be in. The guests were all friendly too. The chocolate covered strawberries were delicious at check in. I had to go home and try to make some, just not the same. The game room is a nice place to have fun. The scenery from the balcony front is a wonderful view. It's a great place.

Hotel is located in a very nice area away from the casino's for those who have small children but yet close enough to jump into the casino astmosphere and right off the beach. Indoor swimming pool was great and all of hotel staff was very nice.

We loved that the casino offered a shuttle service to and from the casino's, which is very helpful with the price of gas.

We also liked that the for my two older children they were able to go to the game room after 9:00 pm and enjoy the company of the adolescents there age.

I've recommended many of my friends to come there with there families or with there loved one, my family and I will plan to come back sometime in August 2007.

I had stayed at this hotel a few years ago for a 40th birthday and it was great then and it was just as good now. I'm a single mom and was traveling with my 11 year old daughter. She absolutely loved it and we have stayed at the casino hotels. We are definitely going back this summer! Our only complaint-the pool towels are useless! Otherwise everything at the Flagship is "ship shape". Thank you and hope to see you soon.

Our stay was o.k. this time,because they are remodeling.. I was not really impressed with the ozone resturant,because when we wanted to eat dinner, they only gave a few items, instead of making dinner... When I asked them about it the next day, the lady who was in charge was very upset with the cook,,because he was being lazy.. We were not the only people upset that day..We and the other's had to go somewhere else to eat..

Than later that night we went back for drinks and they sent home the bartener and you could not get any drinks for that night.. The manager was very upset about also,,
We alway's go there for our honeymoon night every year,,But I don't think we will go there next year unless things change.. My husband and I alway's enjoy it there. But I guess things change..

The hotel was more then accommodating to me and my guests. plenty of friendly service as well as a nice location to feel safe while still near the city. I would recommend and plan on staying at the hotel more times to follow. Its a great alternative to hotels coming in to the city or if you can't afford to stay the night in a casino hotel. I noticed a nice bar and lounge along with a clander of planned activities for the week and rest of the night. it made my trip to the city much easier and was easy to book.

Beautiful spacious rooms great views short drive to casinos.Was very surprised when arrived to hotel.Was greeted with a friendly smile from all employees i encountered during my stay. The room was beautiful and spacious it felt very comfortable. The view was great i especially enjoyed the patio looking out to the city and the ocean. The restaurant in the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and responsive. IT was a short drive to the casinos. I enjoyed my stay very much. I will recomend it to all my family and friends planning to stay in atlantic city. I will definetly stay at the flagship for all my future trips to atlantic city.

I only had one problem with this hotel and that was the Heat in the room didn't work... The maintenace person came up at 12:30am (in the morning) to fix it and after he "fixed' it, it felt like the AC was on all night and I never touched the dial after he came in. So I don't know if I would stay again that is a maybe... the room was Great other than the heat problem. It was nice to have a little kitchen with what looked like a little bar. There was a very faint wireless connection as well.

Hotel was very nice. Location is ok, very close to Casinos. Good Price. A little old. but very clean. Hotel personal were very considerate. Easy to find and close to the beach. Room was a little cold, but not unbearable. Great price for a Holiday weekend probably would try and stay at a casino first. Did not get to us ethe pool or the restaurant, but it seemed very nice. Easy access to a cab to get to casinos, parking garage is locked and seems to be safe. Only stayed for one night, but I would stay again. It was very nice.

very nice. room was very large and accomodating. i was impressed with the view. the restaurant was very nice and the food was great. my only complaint is how far away this hotel was (the flagship). it was only a 11 dollar cab ride, but because many people in my party wanted to do their own thing, this caused multiple groups to take multiple cabs. the service was great. the staff was great. we were assisted in getting a cab to come pick us up to bring us to the casinos. the free shuttle could have been a bit more accomodating, but i think it was made up for by reserving my party and i a cab to take us to the casinos.

My stay all three times were excellent. Me and my partner love eating breakfast at the restaurant. We love the fact we can go to the arcade anytime with a swipe of the room key. The view is always beautiful. I've told everyone I know anytime they plan on a stay at A.C. they must stay with you guys, they will not be disappointed. Its always been a pleasure and the staff is so corteous. No complaints at all. I plan on visiting again when the weather is warmer. That way we'll be able to enjoy the balcony a little more.

Fiona checked us in at the front desk at the Flagship. She was rude to both myself and my boyfriend, and talked to us in a very demeaning manner. Everyone else that worked there was very nice.

When we got to our room, it was dirty (beds not made, bathroom not clean, garbage in the can). We needed to switch rooms to a clean room two floors down. The staff was very accomodating.
Also, we were amazed that now you only receive one parking pass per hotel room. I wish that I would have known that coming in! We had two cars. I also think that it was absurd to have to pay for a pass considering that we were staying in the hotel! I would seriously consider staying here again.

Fast,fun,and friendly service.Everyone's very Guest service oriented.Highly organized and detailed with strong skills.I was pleased with the high level of energy and enthusiasm I received from the hotel staff helping me with my luggage.Overall I had a wonderful stay and would definately stay again as well as refer this hotel to others.Due to the positive attitude and respect I received.The hotel staff was consistently approachable and friendly.Volunteers willingly to help others.The staff listens to the guests with genuine interest.Responds thoughtfully to any questions and concerns.I really enjoy your hotel and wouldn't trade it for anyother.

Loved the View! All of the staff was so friendly & helpful. We really enjoyed the Ozone Bar. We went there to celebrate my girldfriend's birthday & had a great time! We want to thank Terry from Ozone bar for taking great care of us!The appitizers were very good, & they stocked a great bar full of the top shelf liqours we enjoy. Next time we can't wait to try some of your chefs dinner courses.
We also experienced your Breakfast Buffet & the friendly chefs who enjoyed making our omlets. We can't wair to come back!
