The hotel is good if you do not have any Comps in Atlantic City hotels with casinos and you want to party in atlantic city on the weekend. The price is right. This hotel beats any of those dumpy motels/hotels. I stayed at the Flag Ship on New Years Eve and the price was right. My friend actually paid more money to stay in a rundown motel then we paid to stay at the Flagship. I would stay at this hotel again if I do not have any available Hotel Comps. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The balcony outside is a plus too, if your a smoker.

Flagship is a quality hotel for the price you can get the rooms at..however, only problem was the elevators. Take way to long and usually had to wait atleast 10 minutes to get from point A to B..had to take stairs most of time which was an inconvenience. This is not good b/c my mother has a heart condition. rooms were clean, and well kept, front desk was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Appreciated the free shuttle to the casino which saved us money b/c we did not have to take a cab back and forth.

I usually get comped free rooms at thwe Borgata and Trop. but some times there is none available. I know that instead of paying an outstanding rate at another casino I will be looking at the going rates at the Flagship. Thought that the rooms were very nice and spacey bigger than the average. The only thing that I could not find on my floor when I woke up hung over as all hell was a soda machine. Other than that I have no complaints about anything with the hotel. You will be seeing me in the near future and many other times to come.

This hotel is very clean. The rooms are such a nice size, and service is excellent, especially for the prices!! Many of my friends and family have stayed in Flagship and we always return, we almost never stay anywhere else! The cab rides to the casinos are only a few dollars each way, and that is well worth it, considering the amount of money saved on the room charges!! Check in is also very quick and the express check out is great. The staff is very accomodating to all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, with confidence they would enjoy their stay.

It was okay place. The walls are kind of thin and you hear a lot. When I first was trying to go to sleep whoever was above me sounded like they were pounding on the floor with a hammer. The room was clean. I think for the price - especially off season it is a bit much just for one night. Had I been staying several days than I think I would not have minded the price as much since there is a kitchen which gives you more choices about what you are going to eat. Another thing I did like was that they have many activities planned - even in the off season. Not just for kids either. The view from my particular room was not perfect, but it wasn't bad. All in all the place was average and I would stay there again. Also, it didn't give me a choice to say I was traveling with a friend.

I have stayed at the FlagShip in the past and with this particular stay I have noticed a great improvement with the staff, housekeeping and the quality of food. I felt proud to bring my friends there. Keep up the good work with the staff at the FlagShip. I wish I could have stayed longer. My friends enjoyed the valued buffet there also ans well as the great service we received from the waiter and Chief at the grill. The view of the ocean while having breakfast is always spectacular. I also liked the express check out which was absent in the past.

the place is great. but they should build a casino.the place has a friendly afmosphere and the servicde is great. the place is really clean. the rooms are really excellent i stayed at room 919 and it was at the end and you feel like you are in the ocean, it was a great experience and the comute to the casinos is not to bad. i went for breakfast at the restaurant on the 7 floor. the food was not to good. they need to get a better cheft. overall the buffet was below ok. other than that the the place is great.

Loved the View! All of the staff was so friendly & helpful. We really enjoyed the Ozone Bar. We went there to celebrate my girldfriend's birthday & had a great time! We want to thank Terry from Ozone bar for taking great care of us!The appitizers were very good, & they stocked a great bar full of the top shelf liqours we enjoy. Next time we can't wait to try some of your chefs dinner courses.
We also experienced your Breakfast Buffet & the friendly chefs who enjoyed making our omlets. We can't wair to come back!

Fast,fun,and friendly service.Everyone's very Guest service oriented.Highly organized and detailed with strong skills.I was pleased with the high level of energy and enthusiasm I received from the hotel staff helping me with my luggage.Overall I had a wonderful stay and would definately stay again as well as refer this hotel to others.Due to the positive attitude and respect I received.The hotel staff was consistently approachable and friendly.Volunteers willingly to help others.The staff listens to the guests with genuine interest.Responds thoughtfully to any questions and concerns.I really enjoy your hotel and wouldn't trade it for anyother.

Fiona checked us in at the front desk at the Flagship. She was rude to both myself and my boyfriend, and talked to us in a very demeaning manner. Everyone else that worked there was very nice.

When we got to our room, it was dirty (beds not made, bathroom not clean, garbage in the can). We needed to switch rooms to a clean room two floors down. The staff was very accomodating.
Also, we were amazed that now you only receive one parking pass per hotel room. I wish that I would have known that coming in! We had two cars. I also think that it was absurd to have to pay for a pass considering that we were staying in the hotel! I would seriously consider staying here again.

My stay all three times were excellent. Me and my partner love eating breakfast at the restaurant. We love the fact we can go to the arcade anytime with a swipe of the room key. The view is always beautiful. I've told everyone I know anytime they plan on a stay at A.C. they must stay with you guys, they will not be disappointed. Its always been a pleasure and the staff is so corteous. No complaints at all. I plan on visiting again when the weather is warmer. That way we'll be able to enjoy the balcony a little more.

very nice. room was very large and accomodating. i was impressed with the view. the restaurant was very nice and the food was great. my only complaint is how far away this hotel was (the flagship). it was only a 11 dollar cab ride, but because many people in my party wanted to do their own thing, this caused multiple groups to take multiple cabs. the service was great. the staff was great. we were assisted in getting a cab to come pick us up to bring us to the casinos. the free shuttle could have been a bit more accomodating, but i think it was made up for by reserving my party and i a cab to take us to the casinos.

Hotel was very nice. Location is ok, very close to Casinos. Good Price. A little old. but very clean. Hotel personal were very considerate. Easy to find and close to the beach. Room was a little cold, but not unbearable. Great price for a Holiday weekend probably would try and stay at a casino first. Did not get to us ethe pool or the restaurant, but it seemed very nice. Easy access to a cab to get to casinos, parking garage is locked and seems to be safe. Only stayed for one night, but I would stay again. It was very nice.

I only had one problem with this hotel and that was the Heat in the room didn't work... The maintenace person came up at 12:30am (in the morning) to fix it and after he "fixed' it, it felt like the AC was on all night and I never touched the dial after he came in. So I don't know if I would stay again that is a maybe... the room was Great other than the heat problem. It was nice to have a little kitchen with what looked like a little bar. There was a very faint wireless connection as well.

Beautiful spacious rooms great views short drive to casinos.Was very surprised when arrived to hotel.Was greeted with a friendly smile from all employees i encountered during my stay. The room was beautiful and spacious it felt very comfortable. The view was great i especially enjoyed the patio looking out to the city and the ocean. The restaurant in the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and responsive. IT was a short drive to the casinos. I enjoyed my stay very much. I will recomend it to all my family and friends planning to stay in atlantic city. I will definetly stay at the flagship for all my future trips to atlantic city.
