This was a good, friendly hotel and the rooms were very clean, although a bit small. Overall with the amount of time actually spent in the hotel it was a good experience. It was a good continental breakfast. Did not like the fact there was not a DVD/VCR player in the room for children to watch movies. The Hotel was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable, it is not very often I sleep well in a hotel bed.

Pool wasn't accessible contrary to the bright sign on the hotel's billboard. The check-in attendant didn't mention this when checking us in. ATM machine was out of order the entire weekend. Gym equipment wasn't functional.No remote control for the T.V in the fitness room. Called front desk twice for T.V. service. The $15.00 gas card promotion was a well kept secret, had to ask twice for it. It was not good, sorry.

The hotel itself was great but when I spoke to the front desk about the bus trip to Atlantic City, he said it was a quick ride, not a half hour sort of thing. Also, he could have warned me that the bus did not in fact come every 45 minutes as it was supposed to, because it was never on time on the way to Atlantic City. I would have appreciated a more honest answer, and would probably not have picked that hotel if I had been told that the buses were not very regular.

This is a great hotel for couples that want to have a nice time together. I loved the jacuzzi suite and how clean the hotel was. It was a little far from the casinos; not really 6 miles like it says in the web-site, but nothing major if you are driving. I was and it was great driving around sight seeing and so forth. I got to spend a great weekend and I definitely plan in going again. I'm already planing my summer getaway!!

I was very pleased with the hotel, and my stay in Abescon, NJ. I was in town for a business trip and found this location to be very convenient. One thing that I did not exactly care for, was that I wan unable to get a receipt from the hotel. Apparently because I booked the trip through AC.com the hotel is "unable" to generate a receipt. As I mentioned before, I was in town on business and now truly have no way to turn the hotel bill into my employer for reimbursement.

It was a pleasant stay and relaxing in the hotel. No problems with check in or checking out, breakfast had a waffle machine to make fresh waffles,fresh orange juice etc available. I had trouble finding due to bad directions I got from Internet, not from your website, or from the hotel.But did find it located right close to a Bus stop that went into Atlantic city.The rooms were comfy and cozy and bathroom was clean and nice with plenty of lights.

The entrance to hotel is well hidden and if you miss the entrance you have to go couple of miles and make U-turn. Hotel is about 10 miles from Actual city which was not mentioned in add/internet. Complementary breakfast sucked, dry and stale bread and bagels!The front desk people were friendly. Room was clean and cleaning crew were polite and pleasant. This is not a place if you want to be close to down town Atlantic city.

The room was full of dust, partly eaten food by the bed, ran out of toilet paper,and we had to run out to get a plunger for the toilet. otherwise the breakfast was good and a life and time saver, the room temp was perfect.some more cleaning including the mirrors and it would be perfect. the people at the front desk were quite polite and the temp at the pool was fine. my grandaughters loved the pool and the waffles.

The hotel looked cleaned;however, on my first night of stay I had to stay Lysol because the room had a mildew odor. Also; your website indicated a shuttle to and from the hotel. The hotel bathroom whirlpool tub did not work. No one every came to fit and we was not given the opportunity to change rooms. The breakfast in the morning was almost totally gone by 8:45 am. The front desk was not knowledgeable about local events and tourist spots. They did not accept my choice priviledge cards. The doors slapped all night. There was crying babies next door. This trip was our anniversary and we was miserable. The front desk responded by saying they could not control the noise of the other guest. I would not recommend this comfort innat all.

The battery in the smoke alarm was low producing an annoying beeping sound. I promptly called the front desk and requested someone to replace the battery or give us another room. After 3 unanswered calls I walked downstairs, the front desk was managed by one person, who was also running around servicing other customers.
He responded, once we checked in we couldn't move but promised to fix it. It stopped beeping temporarily, then at 1AM it started beeping again. I asked to be compensated due to the inconvenience, because we booked online through this website he was not able to honor any discount. It was not a pleasant experience at all, not only would I not stay at that hotel again, I will make my reservations directly with the hotel so if there are any problems, I can handle it with them directly.

The room in this hotel was not at all what I expected. The King size bed was short in length. My boyfriend's feet hung over the end. The jacuzzi was a joke. The jets barely moved. Not worth paying the extra $. The room felt very cramped. The walls must be very thin or the doors extra heavy because we heard the open and closing (slamming)of doors all night. It was not at all the the relaxing restful retreat I had hoped for.

This particular Comfort Inn had previously been named Quality Inn. This caused a lot of confusion due to the fact there were 2 of each on that particular side of the road. The front desk people were nice but the staff didn't seem to understand English. We'd asked for clean towels and never got them until I went to the front desk 12 hours later. It was very clean, but breakfast didn't last very long, the rooms are extremely small, and the pool hours were very restrictive. Internet access was available but the bandwidth was very low, meaning it took a long time for pages to load. Getting in and out of the parking lot was an issue as it only had one way in and out. It was close to restaurants and convenience stores, while only 8 miles from the casinos. The room is definitely overpriced for what you receive, especially if you're staying on a weekend.

They did not have enough towels or wash clothes for the guest. They re-washed the towels and gave them back to us, that we used when we arrived.
They never gave us any washed clothes after we turned them in for clean ones. I had to go purchase new clothes. I had to re-clean the tubs and bathrooms after the room was clean. I got the supplies from the desk, we also let the front desk know the problems. We also inquired about the AAA discount, and we were told that because we got our reservation from a third party that we were not able to receive the discount. I will not be using your web anymore or the hotel at the Comfort Inn and Suites.

This Hotel had roaches. We checked out ....This is not a good way to rate a hotel because you are asking for only good feedback . If someone has a problem like we did it will not take eighty words to just tell it like it is. The service at the front desk was slow and he acted like he didn't even know about the cockaroach issue.
We did stay at another Hotel down the road and had a great time.
