The hotel bathroom whirlpool tub did not work. No one every came to fit and we was not given the opportunity to change rooms. The breakfast in the morning was almost totally gone by 8:45 am. The front desk was not knowledgeable about local events and tourist spots. They did not accept my choice priviledge cards. The doors slapped all night. There was crying babies next door. This trip was our anniversary and we was miserable. The front desk responded by saying they could not control the noise of the other guest. I would not recommend this comfort innat all.
