Check-in was a breeze since AtlanticCity.Com took care of handling the reservations. We were even able to check in early since there was a room available. Appreciated the safety of the hotel - once in the elevator you cannot go to any floor with rooms unless you have a key card. Room was very nice and clean - coffee maker, refrig, iron, ironing board, safe, big flatscreen TV, etc. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the boardwalk and to just 'people watch' if you ran out of money!

Although we caught some bad weather we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The water show on the Pier was terrific. We also enjoyed the seating on the upper deck of the Pier. Sitting in the chairs in the sand, enjoying a sandwich and reading a book was very acceptable alternative to being on the beach. We dined at Morton's one night and the food and the service was excellent. All in all we had a great time and we plan on coming back to Caesars Atlantic City soon.

-- This is a very beautiful place. However it needs a couple of $5 minimum bet black jack tables.
-- I did not like the young man at the front desk disappearing with my drivers license in his hand while we were checking in but we were upgraded to suites and that more than compensated for any inconveniences
-- It was a little hard to find the front entrance the first couple of times approaching by car so drive slowly, stay in the far left lane and keep your eyes open for the signage.
-- Great view of the beach from our room.

It was fantastic. The hotel was really beautiful and there was a nice atmosphere. The only thing we were not happy about was the pool. We had expected a large pool so that everybody could swim, but it was actually really small. It was only possible to sit in the pool and not swim.
The staff was very nice and helpful to us. We also liked the big shopping mall close to the hotel and the outdoor outlet shopping. Thank you!

This particular hotel featured a very impressive suite room. The room was very clean when we entered, and the bathroom in particular was amazing. Beds were comfortable and the view was average. The only problem I had was with room service. I called downstairs three different times to ask for an Ipod dock, like they have in many other of the Caesars rooms. After being promised the dock, it was about 3 hours later when I received a call from front desk saying they were out of stock. Overall, I'd give this hotel a 3.5/5

This hotel is beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was huge and really nice. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in a hotel(maybe even more so than my own). I would definitely recommend this hotel. The statues are amazing and the lightshow in the mall was awesome. The stores are nice but very pricey. If we go back to Atlantic City we would surely stay at Caesars maybe a little longer next time.

A beautiful hotel,our room was beautiful (deluxe room),probably one of the best rooms compared to the other hotels in Atlantic city! value was good too. (maybe because we stayed on a Sunday).Food was excellent! ate at Bhudaken (lobster fried rice yum -o)service at front desk was ok alot of people in que only 2 people at desk. Shops were great all high end shops.one problem we had was that only one restaurant was open before 11;00am and their were about 200 people waiting.overall a good hotel and will definitely recommend others and will go again!

When I booked this room I was under the impression that it still had the jacuzzi and pool inside. I loved the jacuzzi you had and will not stay there again because of this. Of course unless a free room was involved. I enjoy gambling and had a good time doing that in your casino but would only stay for free do to the inconvenience of the hotel not having the jacuzzi. Overall the hotel was nice and our room was also.

Though the room was large enough and clean, it overlooked the casino floor. We stayed in the south tower, over the casino, where all night long we heard the noise from the slot machines. The restaurants were a bit pricey, but the food was good. Had we known the room came with a fridge we might have brought some sandwiches to help lower our food budget.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back, hopefully to a different section of the hotel.

Caesars is a little pricey, but in my opinion has alot of options. The location is perfect. There is very easy access from the Atlantic City Expressway. The Boardwalk Shops at the Pier are great. There is a great open bar in the middle of the casino. The 24 diner like restaurant is great when you want something to eat in the middle of the night. The staff is educated and friendly and it's not showy. I think this is the classiest hotel/casino in Atlantic City.

Advertised parking $4.00. Thats a joke it cost me $10.00 to leave the parking garage. Food prices out of this world. Finding reasonable places to eat at reasonable hours really hard. Getting around the hotel difficult. hard to find any hotel staff to give directions to find locations within the hotel. No receipt at checkout. Just pray you are not charged for anything you didn't use. Security very helpful when I had difficulty locating my car in the parking garage. Any staff that I did find and speak to, very helpful

We stayed in room 678 in the North Tower. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy and ran continuously. Hard to sleep at night. Otherwise, the hotel, shopping, gambling and entertainment were great. Atlantic City has much improved in ten years. The shopping area was very impressive and improved the downtown Atlantic City area. The Boardwalk is also very much improved. It too, was very clean with lots of little shops and plenty of Casinos with restaurants and with great food.

Most of it was very good, clean, friendly people,but the pool was not available and I had to pay 30 dollars at the Ballys to use theirs. Gotta fix the pool.

We had dinner at the Nero's restaurant, the food was the best, the service excellent, we'd come back at the hotel at any time after they open the pool for guests.

The parking should be free for guests also. This was my first time at the Caesars in Atlantic City and I was very happy to have chosen it.

This was a very enjoyable stay. Shopping at the Pier was fun (especially for my wife). Dinner at Mia was spectacular - we always go out for a nice dinner when we're away, and Mia exceeded our expectations. The ambiance, service and delicious food made our stay a memorable one. We stayed in the hottest week (so far) of the summer, but we didn't need to venture out of Caesar's for anything. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay in this hotel when you visit Atlantic City.

The selling point for this hotel/casino is its location, because it's in the middle of the boardwalk and close to the pier shops and outlets. However, check-in was a fiasco! First, the desk clerk didn't know that I had already paid for the room with my online reservation even though I had my confirmation information with me. She stated that I would be charged $194/night, but I told her that my card had already been charged for the 2 night stay. It wasn't until her manager came over to tell her that I indeed had already paid for the room. Well, the first room they gave us, still had people in it who hadn't checked-out yet, let alone been cleaned. The second room they gave us, still had the maids cleaning it. Finally, the 3rd room was available. For the price that I paid, I expected better service and for the room to be much nicer. Aside from the upscale beds, the room was standard. The view from our window was the side of the building with roof structures, not an oceanview as was implied in the hotel description.
