BEAUTIFUL, LUXURIOUS, GREAT FOOD AND GAMING. we first visited the borgata as a suprise getaway for my boyfriend's 21st birthday. What a night it was. The drinks kept coming, the cards kept flopping, and the roulette tables were on fire. We walked away with a nice hunk of change. It was one of the best nights of his life, and mine as well. We were very impressed with the standard accomodations, and decided to return a few months later. everything was sold out except for the Fiore Suite available on atlanticcity.com. We booked it the night before and headed down the Jersey Turnpike the next afternoon. Check in was a breeze, and we were greeted with such warm smiles and pleasant attitudes. We made our way up to our room, and were shocked to see it was in the corner alcove at the end of the hall. Upon opening the huge door, we felt as though we had entered a palace made just for us. It was HUGE, bright, and beautiful. Our view was outstanding. And the bathroom!!!! I could have slept in there it was so gorgeous. Marble everywhere, deep soaking tub, glass enclosed steam shower with all the spa amenities you could dream of. We ordered room service so that we could eat while we got ready to go to the casino. The food was delicious and the presentation was wonderful. We felt as though we were in a 5 star restaurant right in our room. Finally, we got down to the casino. My boyfriend, as usual, flew to the roulette table while I tried my luck on slots. By the end of the night, he had won $1,400. We went back to the gorgeous suite, took advantage of its extremely romantic ambiance, and slept like babies on the huge, fluffy bed. We left the next day and booked a trip to Jamaica with the winnings. The fact is we ADORE the Borgata, and would go every weekend if our schedules allowed it. Its the best hotel in Atlantic City, by far; and I crown it the best hotel in the entire Northeast.

I ENJOYED IT, SO DID MY HUSBAND.I WOULD WITHOUG A DOUBT GO THERE AGAIN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. WE JUST LOVED THE PLACE. FOOD WAS GREAT,PEOPLE TREATED US LIKE WE WERE SOMEONE OF SPECIALITY. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE HOPES ON GOING THERE AGAIN REAL SOON. OUR ANNIVERSARY IS COMMING UP IN OCTOBER AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GREAT TO POSSIBLE GO TO THE BORGATA TO CELEBRATE IT. I DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO GO TO THE BEACH DUE TO THE TIME OF YEAR WE WENT. IT WAS VERY ROMANTIC. GREAT PLACE FOR YOUNG AND OLD

The room was great, shower and in general bathroom was very impressing , especially the bath robes.The bath products were also fancy and we loved them.
we had a couch in the room and that was nice ,too.the view was terrible , but the inside was so great you didn't have to look outside.the bath towels and bed sheets were very soft and fancy. the entertainment center, refrigerator, coffe maker gave the room a homey feeling that you had it in the room and didn't have to go out to get a cup of coffee. a few packages of coffee would have been nice or may be a small snack.I didn't expect the water pressure to be good , but that was ok ,also. the granite in the bathroom looked marvelous,the matching colors, the extra big space in the bathroom and big mirrors ,the nice closet and private bathroom , all made it extra special . for driving three hours from maryland and getting to a nice place like that , it was amazing. the service was good, front desk was nice. the entertainment by front desk, the live greek statue was cute, to fool all the kids that he was real. overall , it was a nice experience.

Our stay at the Borgata was memorable. The dining was exceptional but the Buffet was an experience to remember. Never have we enjoyed our dining as well as here. Our room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were amazed at the fact that there was never a wait for the elevator to go up to our room. Our down side is that there are no other hotels you can walk to if you get tired at the Borgata. Service throughout was very professional.

Check in was swift and efficient, once we got to the front of the line.
They have a large selection of shops and restaurants, something for every taste, and some restaurants open 24 hours.
The room was large and comfortable, with a couch and table included. It was decorated in an understated, classy style. Looked more like an upscale bedroom than a hotel room.
The bathroom was very roomy with a large walk in shower and a built in tile bench, a private toilet room, and hallelujah! No fluorescent lights!
The only downside to our trip was we left all our money in the casino, oh well.

Great hotel, really nice rooms. Sunday rate was reasonable. If the price is comparable to other hotels that you are looking at, you can't go wrong with the Water Club. The pool was nice, but less than what I was expecting. Borgata casino was only a short walk away from the hotel area. Boardwalk casinos are accessible by jitney or taxi cab. Nothing within walking distance. Didn't visit the spa. Check-in was relatively easy. Would definitely recommend!

The Borgata was absolutely amazing. Top notch service and entertainment all weekend. The only downside is that the casino get extremely crowded over the weekends. Obviously this is to be expected, however waiting for 45 mins just to get on a table seemed a little crazy to me. I would stay here again but I would make sure that at least one of the nights was during the week. ie Thursday to Saturday stay. Otherwise the trip was a lot of fun and the dealers at the Borgata were very friendly and fun to play with or against.

Honestly I thought this hotel could give other options that doesn't included only the casino. I`ve stayed there because I thought it was the best of Atlantic City however it it's not true. The gym and the pool closes at 8pm; there's no internet wi-fi in the room; the values it's not cheaper to even include TV programs or the use the gym. There's no service room that makes the guests feel good, only the cleaning service (that it's not enough for a five star hotel). The only good thing was the valet park service and the check in service. I'm sorry to tell this, but I'll never recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice, rooms were large. SeaBlue restaurant was very good. However, I think that the hotel and restaurant were overpriced. Some of the dealers in the casino appear "new" and under trained. The reservation center was clearly staffed with well trained people and although there was a line, it moved very well and the staff was polite and efficient. As I have never been to Atlantic City, it was an interesting trip. I think the price on the rooms should come down.

My wife and I had a very fine weekend away from work that always seems too be calling. This particular weekend was my wifes birthday. With this being stated the Borgata I believe is great Hotel and Casino to kick back have some very fine food and some terrific entertainment. We always enjoy ourselfs at the Martini Bar. Another great feature of the Borgata Casino is the gaming floor. We enjoy the expance of the gaming area as there always seems to be enough room to move about and not bump into other people. Also getting into and out of the Borgata is the easiest of any Hotel / Casino in Atlantic City!

Everything about the stay was great. It's when you're leaving they treat you like crap!! Valet service when leaving was horrible!! It was like they got your money, so they don't care. They parked my car, then told me rudely to move it outside, while i had to wait for my luggage, that they took from me upstairs. As for the show (Supernova) that was great. The seating layout is good. There's not a bad seat in the house. Can't find one bad thing to say about The Old Homested restaurant service,food and atmosphere was great

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at your establishment. We had a great time and definitely will be returning. We stayed in room 25/25, our only inconvenience was the drainage in the shower was partially clogged for the two nights we were there. I know you can imagine what it felt like taking a shower and having the water backed up. Again aside form that, we had a great time. I will recommend this hotel to other family memebers,friends and business associates. I think it would be a good idea to have a more visiable sign on Atlantc City Expressway with the exit to get to the hotel. I had to ask at a gas station for direction.

THE HOTEL ROOM WAS FABULOUS!!! THE BUFFET PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. THIS HOTEL NEEDS MORE DIRECTION SIGNS FOR FIRST TIME GUESTS IN THE CASINO. I.E. WHERE ALL THE RESTAURANTS AND FOOD COURT ARE LOCATED. I ALSO THINK BETTER SIGNS NEED TO BE PLACED ON THE HIGHWAY SO PEOPLE CAN ACCESS THE HOTEL CASINO MUCH EASIER. THIS MUST BE DONE IN BOTH DIRECTIONS SO GAMBLERS CAN GET TO ALL THE OTHER HOTEL CASINOS THAT ATLANTIC CITY HAS TO OFFER. ON A LARGE SCALE THE HOTEL CASINO WAS 9 ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10........THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT......

I enjoy my stay at the hotel each time I have come and the one thing I would recommend is to have Turkey products offered into the menu,the fact is that there are people who do not eat pork or beef. Also you have to book so far in advance to get reservations that you can not just plan a last minute getaway. I think the hotel staff are very helpful and very pleasent to deal with. I wish the hotel was located on the boardwalk for easy access or walk and see the sites. The decor of the hotel is wonderful.

I was given a regular room although I had paid for a suite. I was told by the Borgota management that I had not paid for a suite that their booking was for a room. I contacted your company and after 20 minute your representative had it worked out. I found the Borgota staff to be very unhelpful and borderline rude, they have attitudes. I was not impressed with the suite had a view of the parking garage, a burn on the carpet and a panel in the bathroom looked like it had been pryed open. The tub had no jacuzzi jets. I did like the fact that the bathroom was huge and the shower stall was amazing.
