We found the hotel to be very luxurious, clean and enjoyable. We traveled as a family and the hotel was accommodating. We used the pool with our children, which was clean and had plenty of places to relax. We ate in the cafeteria which looks like a high end food court with chandeliers, but reasonable prices. You can also choose to dine in many of the restaurants that are in the hotel Gambling was fun and have and would recommend this hotel.

The casino and its facilities our first rate. Lots of winners at gambling. Fabulous restaurants to choose from and many hot clubs. The hotel in general is beautiful and clean. However I would not book a room here again, the rates our over the top for a room that looks and feels like your average Holiday Inn. The TV was ancient, the phone was broke, the bathroom was not clean to my standards, the ice machines were broke and burns in carpet. I let my dissatisfaction be known and was simply told sorry but there is nothing we can do.

My husband and I went to Atlantic City for my birthday. We hadn't been in a few years, so we decided to stay somewhere new. We had a beautiful suite at the Borgata. The bathroom was larger than my office! Service was excellent and I regret that we only stayed one night. Besides the fact that I didn't come home with more money than I left with, we had a good stay. I even brought half my dinner (a Reuben sandwich from the Metropolitan) home with me! It's a beautiful hotel.

Our stay at the Borgata was amazing. One nite getaway that will not soon be forgotten. We are already planning our next return. The staff and amenities were incomparable. We had dinner at Specchio - The atmosphere was charming and the food was a heaven on Earth. We played the Roulette Tables for the most part of the evening and first some that we came from Atlantic City as winners. The entire Borgata experience including the rooms with great view of the Casinos across the way on the Boardwalk and the beach will not be forgotten.

The Borgata was absolutely beautiful. Our suite was a pleasure to walk into and our dinner at the Old Homestead was delicious. It was a birthday celebration that will always be remembered. We especially like the Gypsy Bar and its wide variety of Margaritas and tequila. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they had a band on a Sunday night which rocked the crowd. One thing we didn’t do was enjoy the pool area which will be a must for our next stay.

The hotel was very nice, rooms were large. SeaBlue restaurant was very good. However, I think that the hotel and restaurant were overpriced. Some of the dealers in the casino appear "new" and under trained. The reservation center was clearly staffed with well trained people and although there was a line, it moved very well and the staff was polite and efficient. As I have never been to Atlantic City, it was an interesting trip. I think the price on the rooms should come down.

The hotel is excellent. My stay at Borgata has given me the opportunity to get back to my marriage life which was in limbo. Upon my arriving at the hotel my wife was very impressed in regard to the cleanliess of the hotel. We had a great time at the casino trying to win big. Unfortunately we did not win any and we hope one day we will. The food was great and the service was excellent. I wish to comeback one day to spend more time at Borgata because it was too short.

Very expensive and no good food either via room service or eat-in restaurants. Food is very expensive and service in the restaurants was horrible. Very few choices and nothing economical to choose from. After staying at other casinos in A.C. this was by far overrated. Have been to Vegas on numerous occasions and wow they provide service and variety, in food and entertainment. We were very disappointed in the exorbitant price of the room which really offered us nothing and then to have the nerve of posting in the rooms that whatever you use will be charged to your credit card-Wow! The Borgata is way off the beaten path and therefore should have more affordable restaurants offering some down-home cooking and a bargain for your money since the losses at gambling are excessive. Even the casino hosts were evasive and did not satisfy our curiosity nor did she honestly answer any of our questions. Inside the casino we had to wait for 40 minutes or more to even get a soda while playing at the machines. The shifts were constantly changing and no service to the customers. This whole operation needs a service in making the customers and patrons happy. It surely leaves a lot to be desired!

Had a great time. It was very romantic and the restaurants were great, the Homestead was unbelievable and Wolfgang Puck's had great dirty martini's at the Borgata. The blackjack dealers were friendly as were the pit bosses. The hotel was very clean and the room I had was outstanding. The bathroom and shower were top of the line and made my spouse very happy. I would recommend this hotel to any couple regardless of the age. I definitely will be back.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We tried another beautiful restaurant in the hotel, but our favorite is still Bobby Flay's Steak house.

The reason for our stay, is always to see Lewis Black. He is our favorite political/comedian. Our time spent in the casino was extremely profitable. Luck was our lady that weekend.

As long as Lewis Black appears at your hotel, we will be spending more weekends with you. Thank you for supplying us with a fun filled weekend!

The hotel is a great destination. My only complaint, being a non smoker, is that the casino should have smoking and non smoking areas separate. They are basically together, which really defeats the purpose of a non smoking area.All of the public areas, restaurants, lobby, entertainment venues and retail shops are all smoke free, as well as designated rooms. The restaurants were all terrific and the room was beautiful and clean. However, I did not appreciate the door to the room slamming @ 2AM. Maybe the doors should have a softer close.

My wife and I had a very fine weekend away from work that always seems too be calling. This particular weekend was my wifes birthday. With this being stated the Borgata I believe is great Hotel and Casino to kick back have some very fine food and some terrific entertainment. We always enjoy ourselfs at the Martini Bar. Another great feature of the Borgata Casino is the gaming floor. We enjoy the expance of the gaming area as there always seems to be enough room to move about and not bump into other people. Also getting into and out of the Borgata is the easiest of any Hotel / Casino in Atlantic City!

My stay at The Borgata was a pleasant one, from point of check-in to check-out. It was our anniversary and decided to surprise my boyfriend by booking a long weekend at AC. He has never been to AC and The Borgata was the perfect choice from the rooms, the view, the pool, the casino, the restaurants and the entertainment we had a blast. The advantage of having all that you can think of in the Hotel, gives you the illusion that you're at a resort. I recommend it without any hesitations.

Everything about the stay was great. It's when you're leaving they treat you like crap!! Valet service when leaving was horrible!! It was like they got your money, so they don't care. They parked my car, then told me rudely to move it outside, while i had to wait for my luggage, that they took from me upstairs. As for the show (Supernova) that was great. The seating layout is good. There's not a bad seat in the house. Can't find one bad thing to say about The Old Homested restaurant service,food and atmosphere was great

I went to the Borgata for an overnight trip with my fiance and another couple. We selected the Borgata because of it's great reputation. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. We loved the bathroom, especially the large shower. We spent some time enjoying the casino and walking around the hotel. We then went intot he Mixx and had fun dancing and having a few drinks. Overall our experience was very good. The only time we encountered anything unpleasant was at check-in. When we arrived the check-in line was very long and we had to wait for some time to check-in. However, the staff at check-in was very pleasant and cheerful. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Borgata.
