I go with my boyfriend to Atlantic city at least twice a year and we can personally say that Ballys is one of the greatest hotels we have been to besides Borgata, and Hilton. The staff was great, room service was amazing and unlike average hotels, room service wont take as long as you think after you order. Although Bally charges you to use the pool, internet, and other activities I think should be free just by the cost of the room and food overall. Bally is a great getaway and I would recommend anyone to stay at Bally. Great room, great food, great view, fantastic bathroom, comfortable bed, I can go on all day about how wonderful Bally is but by then u should have already booked a night or 2. Enjoy your stay a Ballys because I did.

Our stay at Ballys was nice. We stayed in The Claridge Tower.They've done some upgrades to the decor, but the bathrooms need serious renovations . However, it was clean and we had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and courteous. There were plenty of places nearby within walking distance to eat and shop. There was access to other Hotels via the sky bridge. Overall, it was a nice stay in an ideal location. We look forward to staying again. I would like to stay in the Ballys tower the next trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Bally's, it is a great location with many amenities. We would note however, that bathroom supplies were not always replenished (hand towels not there some of time, bath mat not replaced, etc.). Other than that we would rate Bally's as an excellent value and certainly would recommend it to others. The casinos both at Bally's and Wild Wild West were very good, but we would have to say that for us, Caesar's casino was much more productive.

Honestly, we chose Ballys as it was the cheapest casino and hotel available for our last minute getaway. Our stay was surprisingly better than any other casino and hotel we have stayed at in the past, and believe me we go to Atlantic City quite often! Check-in was quick and easy with friendly staff to assist us. The rooms were nice and clean and particularly spacious. And the location was perfect (although we were aware of this prior to booking)! Couldn't have asked for anything more! We will definitely return to Ballys soon!

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. It was our first anniversary and we decided to try your hotel for our romantic getaway. The food was great and we both enjoyed the SPA and the swimming pool...we had a very wonderful first wedding anniversary that will remain in our hearts forever! Thank you.
When I was still single, I used to visit this hotel with my friends and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. I won some money from playing in the slot machine too. Great!

Hotel was very nice. I would have preferred Wild Wild West. It is a newer part of the hotel, and it is more convenient to get to the boardwalk. But all in all I really can't complain. We Had an ocean view room. A queen size bed and a very nice bathroom. The restaurants in the hotel were very good and the service was excellent. The service in the Casino was very prompt and the servers were very pleasant.

All the amenities in which the hotel offers were fantastic. The food was great, room service was great, the servants were very polite and concerned. The front desk also was great, the staff was very informative. Along with the Polite staff what I enjoyed most was the Ballys spa area. It was very recreational and awesome. The pool and sauna were clean, the couples pool was nice, warm and relaxing. My overall stay was great, I recommend this facility to all. You will have a great time.

The hotel experience was a little rough for me at first because the TV's were out dated, and when we first got into our room in the Claridge Tower, we had to get it replaced with a working TV. I requested a smoking room with a king size bed, but wasn't able to receive that luxury either. But overall once I got into my real plans as to why I came to AC which was not to watch TV or worry about one or two beds, the experience was great.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ballys. The staff there made me feel very comfortable. Even though the Jacuzzi in my room did not work, my hotel room was very clean, it came with most of the necessities. There were just a few little things I had to purchase from one of the stores out on the boardwalk. This hotel is good for a romantic getaway and just a place to get your mind right and enjoy yourself stress free. You don't have to worry about ignorant individuals or a dirty environment.

All staff that we encountered were extremely friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Rooms were very clean. The view was awesome. Never had to wait for an elevator, signs everywhere in the building to direct you to almost any destination you were trying to reach. If you couldn't find something by the signs, there were plenty of very helpful security guards or hotel staff to direct you anywhere you wanted to go. This is the third year that I have visited Atlantic City, and would definitely stay at The Wild Wild West again.

Check in, check out was fast. There are always security at the elevator. That is good thing. We only stay two night. It was a great very great price. We have no problem at all. we love the king side bed and the mattress was soft. We went to the karaoki bar and had a great time. I won some money from blackjack and when we came home we bought ourself new mattress :-) thanks to the ballys park palace :-). I will receommended to friends and will come back soon.

I loved my stay at Ballys. There was a water main break and they gave me another room with a meal voucher for my inconvenience. The spa was great and I will come here again. I had a good time in and out of the casino and it is convenient to the mall. Next time I travel here my family will be included on the trip. I have stayed at this hotel many of times and it is truly a good place to stay. It is in a convenient location on the boardwalk, attached to Caesers and the Pier. We had a great time and will definitely be going back to them. We went for my birthday weekend and the room rates were reasonable. We did not have trouble getting to any of the tables, however we wished they had some more tables for certain games available. Enjoyed it highly.

This was our 26 wedding anniversary weekend. So it was very special. The hotel staff was awesome. We initially got a room that faced the parking garage scaffolding. It felt like a tomb. Talked to the Front Desk Supervisor and he was very accommodating and found us a wonderful beautiful room. Really like the Wild West casino area. Snowed like crazy that weekend so it was tough walking outside, but it was very nice that the outlets were very close by.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The hotel is centrally located to shopping at the outlets and the pier mall. The room was nice and comfortable. The gift shops had nice items reasonably priced. Everyone was friendly and helpful with directions. The casino was nice but I had hoped for more table games that were open. The entertainment and music were pleasant. The hotel was recommended to me by a good friend and I would do the same to my friends.
