Room was very nice - we got upgraded to a Jacuzzi room which was great & very enjoyable. The hotel was very close to the outlets (which my wife was excited about). It was also close to several restaurants & the boardwalk. The service staff (especially the font desk) was very nice and helpful. We really didn't gamble but will probably come back and do some more. Casino was very clean and well run and not too crowded. We stayed mid-week which was ideal if you're not into the crowds.

Our stay at Ballys was great. The room we stayed in was kept very nice and clean each day. I would stay at Ballys again in the future. My husband and I were married in Vegas and stayed at Ballys in Las Vegas on our honeymoon. I thought the rates were reasonable and the buffet at Wild Wild West upstairs (I can not remember the name of it) was great. I do regret one thing, I heard there will be no smoking in the casinos at all effective October 2008.

Bally's was the nicest hotel I stayed at so far in Atlantic City. I have stayed in Atlantic City four times now. It was easy to park my vehicle and was able to find the hotel lobby easily because of the good signage. After waiting in line for approximately 10 minutes, I was checked in and able to go to my room 2 hours before check in time. Once I got to my room I thought it would be bigger but it was clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. Overall I would stay at Ballys again.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in the middle of the week. We thought
that the pricing of the rooms was pretty fair
considering that we were in a beach view room.
The service was great as well, we were greeted left and right with smiles from people that worked at the Bally's. It's a short walk from the room to the beach, from the room to the casino, and from the spa to a restaurant. I'd
recommend this hotel to others if they are looking for an excellent time in AC.

My boyfriend and I were very satisfied with our stay at Bally's. Everything seemed clean, there were plenty of towels, and the room was bigger than our last stay, though that that big. You could tell that it hadn't been decorated in a while and the linens could have been softer. In addition, the walls are thin; I could hear our "neighbors" talking to each other, which made me uncomfortable because that means they could hear me too. Other than these few small things, we were very happy with Bally's and plan to stay there again in the future.

The stay at this hotel was just what I was looking for, it has been 15 years, and I wanted to see all the changes that have been made. I liked it very much. I did like how much it has been cleaned up. All of the casinos have done a nice job of making the visit a joy. I am a smoker and it did not bother me that I could only smoke in certain areas. The one thing that I did not like was all the birds, but they have to be at the sea.

I am a 50-year old Pennsylvania business owner who was merely looking for some well deserved R&R. With that being said, my stay was very enjoyable, relaxing, and pleasant. My room was kept very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in while on vacation. I am a 300lb, 6'3" man which can sometimes make getting comfortable a problem, that was not the case on this trip. And although, I had vacationed at Atlantic City several times before, this was my very first stay at any hotel on the main strip, or boardwalk. My expectations were well exceeded in every way. All of my needs were met at every turn, the service, and the very friendly staff was more than I had expected. The fact is, I look forward to my return visits, which will most likely be every 3 to 4 weeks now.

Location is central to several casinos, the Bikini Bar & beach. The restaurant 6ix is open 24 hours and has wide variety of good food. The staff is pleasant. My only suggestion is to supply the rooms with a full length mirror!!!!
Bally's rates are reasonable. You do not have a really long wait for the elevator. Most of the time you will be able to get a reservation at Bally's. Since first staying at Bally's, we have returned and will be returning throughout the summer.

I enjoyed the hotel however, the procedure for changing rooms could be quicker. I requested a smoking room which wasn't ready until the next day around 4:30 when check out time is at 12pm. I had to continue coming back to the service desk to ask if the room was ready. I think I should have been notified when it was available. Overall, I rate the stay a 4. I recommend the twenties restaurant, the food is delicious!

I would recommend Bally's and would stay there again if we vacationed at Atlantic City in the future. The room was spacious and clean. Check in and check out was quick. We checked in at 9:00 am knowing that our room was probably not ready. The bell captain stored our luggage for us. Check out was via the TV. We did notice a long check in line later in the day, though. We liked that fact that most of the casino was non-smoking. Bally's is right in the center of the Boardwalk action, within walking distance (if you have good feet) of the other casinos, shop and restaurants. Won a few dollars, too!

Excellent service and location. Well worth the price! We stayed here because of the Wild Wild West Casino, but realized it was much more than that. The location on the boardwalk made it a quick walk to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The ocean view from the window of our room was spectacular. I was very pleased with my stay at Ballys. Parking was a breeze and check in was quick and easy. I booked online and was afraid I would wouldn't get the room I requested for but the clerk was very nice and my room was just what I wanted. Arturo's restaurant was amazing. The food was excellent and well worth the money. The casino's were also very well kept and there were so many different places to play.

Check in was very slow. There was not enough help. I requested on king bed, but they only had two full beds available. Besides that, everything was great. The room was neat and clean. Wild Wild West Casino is better than the regular Ballys Casino, but since they are right next door you can go to both. The casino is right on the boardwalk too and that was nice for the next day. It's right next to the new pier. Good hotel, I would go back.

I never was at Bally's before but what a great place. Everything was spotless. We felt like we were in a whole nother world. Never had to worry about anything. Once your here you never have to leave, whatever you need is at your fingertips. We had a great time. Everyone was awesome,always willing to help. I will never stay any other place, because once you stay here there is no other place like it. Thank you again for a great night, next time it will be for longer Thank you!!!

Over all appearance was good,people very pleasant,room clean. Had hard time with the food because the 6th floor for the food was being worked on so couldn't get a good dinner went to another hotel for food. Need more table games open couldn't get to a table to play people very pushy. I would come back to stay nice room. Husband liked his stay for his 50th birthday said he really had a good time and glad I picked Bally"s.
