I am a returning guest at Bally's. Each time I have stayed here it has been very pleasant. Try to get a room with an ocean view. I am of the mind if you come to the beach you should be able to see it. The casino is nice. They have a nice variety of machines. I hope they reopen Pickles restaurant soon. I loved their food. All in all we like Bally's for the room rate and the nice large rooms. I highly recommend staying here.

Room was beautiful,spacious and ocean front views lovely. Location between Ballys and Wild West convenient to the Pier for restaurants. Mid week pricing was excellent. 6Six Restaurant in Ballys a very good value and food was delicious. I was traveling with a 91yo senior and the front desk adjusted room location to accommodate special needs. We were disappointed to find the Penny Arcade area near the Claridge was no longer there although plenty of penny machines were found elsewhere. Valet parking and bell service great. Will return.

The room was very nice. The decor was appealing and up to date. However, my significant other is an asthmatic and the feathers in the bedding was problematic. We were unaware of the feathers initially and he was laying on the bed for some time. As a result, he had an asthma attack and we had to pay a visit to the hospital. Although it is a nice facility, we would have preferred spending our time somewhere else. Notification about the bedding would have been helpful.

I came with my fiance as a getaway from our 7th month old.It was very relaxing great front desk and an okay pool area. Their was a little problem due to all the smoking the smell was terrible .I only stayed two nights but enjoyed it very much.Not a suggested places for kids unless you bring the nanny to watch them as you enjoy the casinos.Great location from the shopping area and the boardwalk. Cant wait to come back.

The room overlooked the beach and boardwalk. We went to the pool but the kids were out of school that week so it was way to noisy. Next time we will make sure the kids are in school so we can enjoy the pool area. Weather was not to nice but because we stayed at Bally's we could visit 3 casinos without getting wet or blown away. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Thank you for a much needed mini vacation.

The Spa, pool, sauna, and tanning room were delightful and relaxing. I made use of the Spa facility every day. The pool was heated and the sunlight windows over the pool was breathtaking and peaceful. The Claridge Hotel room and spa were very clean. As a single woman, alone, I felt safe and was given competent service and attention from the staff at all times. I used all the facilities and was very impressed with the value of my stay.

The service and room was great. We stayed in the tower with an ocean view it was breath taking. I didn't want to leave the room but we did enjoy playing the slots in the casino. I plan on doing it again because it was a great price. I also enjoyed the hotel because it is a walk away from the pier and resturants at the Caesar pier. We also enjoyed that you could walk to the outlets from the hotel and go shopping. It was a nice little weekend winter get away for the two of us. We are going to do it again when it gets warmer.

Wonderful stay and will do it again. The children had a great time in the pool and family arcade room. We would recommend this this hotel to other families who have children Children and the adults enjoyed their staying in the pool and arcade room. For dinner we went to the Wild Wild West their was a great variety of foods to choose from. We are probably going to visit AC again for Spring break and the summer. We loved it.

The hotel room was beautiful. I had an ocean view from both sides of the room. The bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed or could ask for was available to us. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful during check in. I asked for an ocean view and was accommodated. The casinos were a lot of fun. I don't gamble much but enjoyed the slots and watching blackjack and other games. The restaurant selection is great. I tried several of the hotel eateries and enjoyed the food.

The Claridge casino has a non smoking and smoking section but you can still smell the cigarettes throughout the room. the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I visited with my mother and sister and we were very comfortable. I do recommend this hotel. Hotel staff was very attentive and polite. The coffee maker was not working so I called housekeeping and they came and gave us a brand new one. The Ice machine was out of order so I told the maid and that same day it was repaired. I would definitely stay there again.

I am glad that my husband and I decided to stay at the casino (Ballys) this time. To be quite honest, I was a little apprehensive to stay anywhere in AC because, I was told it wasn't as nice as it use to be. However, that was not the case, my husband and I were both pleasantly surprised over and over again. Everything was perfect; the service, the room, the restaurants and the casino itself! We really had a blast and can't wait to go back again!

My sister and I had a great time. We like to come for the fun at the casino. The room was very nice, we loved to be able to come and go as we pleased. I also loved the fact that you needed your room key to use the elevator. That made me feel more secure while staying there. I would recommend this hotel to others. I also liked that you could do the speedy check out by dropping your key off into a drop box. Please send me some discount coupons to use at the hotel for the future. Thanks Ami Cisney

The stay at Bally's was amazing. We stayed there for three days for my birthday weekend. The hotel was clean and everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. Everything was so convenient; the beach was steps away and there were restaurants galore. The staff was very knowledgeable and it really made me feel like everything was well taken care off. It was great to know there was nothing to worry about. The casino had a great set up. My boyfriend loves poker, so he went to the poker room and that gave me a lot of time to do the slots! It really was a really an amazing trip. There couldn’t have been a better way to spend my birthday weekend. We loved it so much that we are planning to come back within a month.

We won at the tables and more than paid for the room. Only negative was that we found out that the pool and exercise room was in the other tower(Claridge). Next time we will request that tower.
We like the green approach to sheets and towels. Room had a great view. Check-in and out was very quick and clerks were very polite and helpful. We would seriously consider returning next time we need to get away from the frustrations of life.

I stayed there on December 30.nice place.It wasn't a lot of people there.I have 2 disappointments: paid internet Wi-Fi and Italian restaurant is opened till 11-12pm only.The 6Bistro looks like the nice place with bad staff, but very good food and nice menu.
and by the way, there 2 swimming pools, one of them free for guests and another one(from pictures) is paid.
