This is second attempt so it will be short. A/C broke on first night. Following a quick response in the AM, we were advised it needed a new element. After calling and asking for a new room was advised to call back in an hour. No attempt to assist in the move was received. However, they did provide a $75.00 credit after complaining upon our departure. Otherwise, Casinos were very entertaining and hospitable, as were the Lounges and restaurants.

It was great to just get on the elevator to go to the restaurant and casino...The gift shop was great...found a lot of things for the folks back home....the check in could be a little different...should have lines for people who had reservations already...this would make the wait in lines go quicker...all the employees were really nice and very helpful...we had the best guy when we took a rolling chair ride...all the questions we had ask him about were answered...he knew his stuff about Atlantic city.....

The room that I was in didn't look anything like the pictures they posted online. It was very dirty--when I asked the front desk to send someone to my room for cleaning, the maid came and didn't really do any additional cleaning and instead told me that the vacuum she had brought up was broken. Aside from the dirty room, no complaints. The check-in /out staff were friendly. Casinos to me are the same everywhere so that really didn't have anything to do with my decision to stay.

I was there for 3 days and 2 nights. We didn't have any maid service.When I saw the maid she said she was way behind. She would get to my room when she got a chance. She never came back.Every time I stay at Ballys I'm put over at the Claridge.Is it because I'm not a high roller.If that is the case why keep sending me the offers.I could stay at Trumps but I like Ballys location.

I asked for a specific type of room and was not accommodated at all. I asked for a non smoking king bed room and was given a double bed smoking room. It was not a pleasurable stay at all. Luckily my girlfriend did not mind at all. The only reason I would stay again is because of previous visits where I was given what i specifically asked for. I doubt I will use this website again though for the inconvenience that I could have been caused.

The bed did not have proper fitting sheets or a mattress pad, making it very, very uncomfortable. For some reason, Ballys chose to remodel all of the restaurants at once, except for Johnny Rockets and Pickles, so fine dining was out. I would not recommend the Wild West Buffet -- way overpriced.
Signage was poor and confusing (the restaurants signs said "temporarily unavailable," the same as th sign put out at the Sidewalk Cafe when it closed after lunch -- we only learned of the remodeling in a local weekly.)
Overall, I would say the place is not very "user friendly." Our check-in clerk was very good, and the room was beautiful. I'd go again if assured the bedding would fit the bed right and we could get a decent meal.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at your hotel. Whereas we find the rooms to be the cleanest that we have stayed at, there were some concerns. The check in process is extremely long compared to other places we have stayed. Our reservations have been made online, not directly with the hotel. Both times, we have requested a room with two beds, smoking. Both times, we have been put into non smoking rooms. We have also had to call to the front desk because our TV remote did not have batteries in it. Other than those minor discrepancies, we have enjoyed our stay. We are avid poker players so that is where we spend 98% of our time. The poker room has always been nice, the staff and dealers courteous. The table service is horrendous. It was literally 30-40 minutes until your drink arrived. There has always only been 1 or 2 servers for the entire room. Need to have more / better service available to those of us who spend 6-10 hours at a time playing poker.
Love the new promotion with the discounted room for playing 5 hours of poker. Good deal!!

I thought that the room would have been more lavish for the price. It was clean, but there was no hot tub and I went for a romantic getaway thank goodness I we were able to create our own romantic atmosphere. I really do not think I would stay at Bally's again. Because I'm not a regular gambler at Atlantic City and did not have any comp points I believe they put us in the room they did.

After we checked in,my room was in the Claridge Tower.I was not to pleased to see that,but I am one to at least give it a chance.The room we were given was very dusty,It really felt dirty.We did let the front desk know that we were not happy and the management did switch rooms for us and the second was alot cleaner and was dusted.I do commend the management for acting quickly and moving us.

I booked a room at Bally's online and at check in was given a room at the Claridge. I do not think the room was worth the amount of money I paid and I was not happy that the total amount was charged to my credit card even before checking in. I was under the impression that the credit card was to hold the room. I decided after to pay with a different card and was unable to. This has never occurred at other hotels in Atlantic City

The hotel couldn't find one of my two reservations. They made me pay for the second room again even though it was prepaid. I had to call central reservations afterwards and they located the second reservation and said I would be credited. I'll have to wait for my credit card statement before I can confirm that it's taken care of. What a pain!!
The non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. They did clean the air for us but that only lasted afew hours and the room smelled again.
When I made the reservation I made it for Bally but we ended up at Claridge. The front desk informed me that I couldn't have a room at the Bally towers because the rate would be higher. What a scam! They shouldn't advertise Bally when they put you at Claridge. I'll know better next time.
My experience at the front desk was extremely unpleasant and stressful. I felt like a sitting duck and had to do what they say or we'll be out of a place to stay. While they were locating my reservations,which took forever, they threaten to tow my car away. Explain to me how a person can check in fast when the front desk is so incompetent.

Well to start off the bathroom tub was dirty (it had hair in it), the cable was very fuzzy,and the card did not work well in the elevator. I stayed at a hotel last year for cheaper and it was cleaner , bigger room, and had no problem getting to my room in the elevator. People who were in the elevator with us were having problems too. It was hard to find the waitresses to get a drink.

I booked what I thought was a premium room. It might be by AC standards. But much smaller than most 2 star locations I've stayed, in the past. Bath towels and coffee packets were not replaced during my two day stay. No big deal but disappointing for the price of the room. Other than than thing were OK in general.
The lounge was pleasant, with attentive staff. The location was very good, just about center of the Boardwalk. Overall I'd rate my stay 2 of 5

Hotel did not have the room I requested, the price for the room on the week-end was a little pricey for the size. The hotel does not give good directions to the outside pool area. Outside pool was small and the lounge chairs were to close together. Boardwalk was nice, would have liked to have the beach bar opened later at night. The show "Ain't nothing like the Real Thing" was wonderful and everyone should see it, request a booth because the seating is to crowded.

Ceiling leaked directly over bed. Lucky we were not electrocuted. Took speaking to hotel manager to get into a safe room which was much poorer that the one we first had. Said it was a suite but it was not and lacked items in first room. Not happy.

In restaurant thought I would have to go to the Casino floor to get coffee with meal. Waiter said they were so use to serving drinks that coffee was a small problem. After three attempts and two people finally got a cup of coffee. Not happy.
