My stay was great, but I asked for ocean view and wanted smoking. This bothered me. I paid over 800.00 so I should have had what I wanted, considering I booked 3 months in advance. I am going to book for next year and I hope I get what I ask for, if not, I will go some place else Overall, good stay. All I am asking you to honor my request. I play in your casinos so do me that favor.

First room was not clean. Then changed room 2 more times. Third time was put in Claridge. Room was extremely clean but far from our friends in The Dennis tower. Took us almost 3 hrs. to book in because of those problems. Workers extremely friendly. Service was very good. Impressed by the security personnel. Always courteous, pleasant and helpful. Fantastic people. The only disappointment was our room reservation. I do not know if I would go through that again. When I first made reservations 4 months ago I had hoped that we would be close to our friends so next time I hope that we can find a hotel that would accommodate us with 2 clean rooms in the same location. I was looking for a no problems holiday but was very disappointing on the first day of our arrival because of the room being so dirty. Then the second room was non smoking even though we requested smoking so we had to turn that one down, yet it was a much better room and then the third one was in the old Claridge which we took because I was so tired of moving around.So in all that was our biggest disappointment other than that the people were great.

Room was very good for the price. Ballys is one of the more fun casinos to play in. with the three different casinos all connected finding a table was not a problem. there was plenty of slots for my wife to choose from. we ate at two of the restaurants and enjoyed all the food. plenty of shopping within walking distance if you like that. the bikini beach bar was alot of fun and easy to get to. all in all it was a great trip.

It was a nice stay. Checking in and checking out was very unorganized and slow. The room was first class and the casinos and steel pier was very nice. We will try to come back some time in the future. we saw someone in a pool of blood and die on the pier. We gamble but did not get rewards cards because the line was way to long and we did not know when we would return. The bistro food was not very good as was the service.

I must say that staying at Ballys was quite an experience. I came to Atlantic City this past March and stayed at Caesar's Palace. That hotel was nice, but the abundance of casinos, shops, and resources through Ballys was amazing! I enjoyed how close the location is to the other hotels and the Boardwalk. Walking on the Boardwalk was both fun and great exercise. I also enjoyed how the valet service at Ballys was very nice and helpful. I would recommend that you stay here!

Staying at Bally's allowed great access to the shopping areas, the carnival and of course the boardwalk. If you want a quick and filling deli sandwich, Pickles is the place to go. The restaurant is conveniently located on the lower level of Bally's or just off the boardwalk. The food is great. If you have a big appetite then, the buffet will do just fine. The pricing is worth the good food they serve. I plan to return soon.

My room was not that great. Very thin walls we heard everything from the room next store. Also the air cond. unit was very noisy. The casino was very nice and the people were great. Room was clean but the carpet was worn.Overall my girlfriend and I had a nice little getaway. The beach was great and they had a bar om the beach which was pretty cool. The boardwalk was also great with a lot of new shops and some cool places to eat.

THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS. THE VIEW OF THE BEACH WAS BREATH TAKING. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. WE HAD DINNER AT A GREAT THAI FOOD RESTAURANT. THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD, BUT THE PORTIONS WERE SMALL. WE ALSO ATE AT A NEW RESTAURANT, IT WAS OKAY. THE CASINO WAS FUN BUT WE DID NOT WIN ANY MONEY AND OF COURSE I GOT ENGAGED. SO YES I LOVE THIS HOTEL. IT WILL ALWAYS HAVE GOOD MEMORIES EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT WIN IN THE CASINO.

On the whole I'd say that our stay at Bally's was enjoyable. I wasn't too happy with our room. Our windows obviously overlooked something not too pleasant because the windows were frosted glass. Next time we book into Bally's, and we will since it's so localized, we will insist on getting a room in the tower. To us, these rooms are roomier and have a nicer view.
The restaurants are GREAT, especially 6ix. Great selection of food and great service

Ballys is a very good hotel with perfect location, room was ready as soon as we got there. Front desk check in was quick, and easy.
Room was clean, liked little fridge-very convenient to store cold drinks.
Good idea would be to have fans in the bathroom, not just the red light.
Mountain Bar at Kate's parlor at Wild Wild West was great.
Avoid eating at Street Walk cafe-overpriced ($29 for two).Food was undercooked, did not look fresh (and this was the time when they just opened), service not as good also.We could not eat, just left hungry.
Find other places to eat even outside there are
a lot of nice places to eat, just don't go
to the Street Walk Cafe.

Unfortunately, when we were checking in the clerk had trouble finding our reservations. He said he did not have the room we had asked for in our computer reservations. We explained to him we should have the room we asked for a month ago. When he called over a Manager the situation was cleared up. Another problem was encountered on Tuesday. We left our room at approximately 9am and did not return until 4pm, and our room had not been cleaned. When I talked to Hotel Services they contacted Housekeeping and told them to rush clean the room. Approximately one half hour later I again spoke to Hotel Services and she(Kathy) told me the room had been cleaned. When we got up to our room, the cleaning had not been done. I went down to speak with Mr. John Kalaponis and he fixed the problem.

Overall the hotel was good, we had a problem at check-in, since i booked over the phone with a central booking agent the hotel did not have my reservation, had a bit of a headache but they found it. The room was very spacious but had no window i didn't like that.The service was good and staff very nice, next time i will call the hotel directly to book.The casino was great, and the restaurants were good. Would stay again.

No food after 10pm. resorted to room service which was expensive. Service was slow it took over an hour to come to the room. Casino was good won some money. Staff workers were friendly and extremely helpful. Not overly crowded. Only complaint was that all restaurants were closed and we walked for miles in circles to get to another place. Each restaurant told you to go to another. Rooms were clean. Buffet was excellent. Highly recommend the hotel to others. Will return for another visit.

Check in was effective, clerk explained options to us about hotel, breakfast, etc. Our room was not ready when we arrived but we were in it within 1 hour. Most importantly, the room was clean when we arrived. We have stayed at various other casinos over the years and by far, Bally's had the cleanest rooms.
The entire casino was clean and security was quite visible which was reassuring to us. Most of our time was spent in the poker room where my only complaint would come from. The table service was quite bad on a Saturday night. All tables were full but they only had two people bringing drinks. It took a minimum of 30 minutes to get a drink which was disappointing. That being said, the dealers were all very nice and very professional but knew how to joke around as well. There were a couple tables that had arguments over hands and the dealers as well as the pit bosses handled them very well. It was annoying to have to listen to the arguments and I would say that at least two of them should have been asked to leave but they weren't.
Overall, as many times as we have been in Atlantic City, Bally's is the only place we have decided to definitely come back to.
