The stay was great. It was a 'Girl's Weekend.' We had ocean views. We were in walking distance to the outlets & boardwalk. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint is that the clock radio didn't work properly. After checking out, I realized that I left my jacket in the room. I was already on my way home and could not turn back. I called up Lost & Found and they sent my jacket via UPS. Thanks Bally's!

Everything was very nice except I had asked for a smoking room and did not get it other then that it was a wonderful time. I would stay again as long as I was guaranteed a smoking room. The casinos where alot of fun we did enjoy ourselves.The staff was very helpful everytime we asked for directions. Valet parking was great!! Great location, you walk right out the door and there is the boardwalk we really enjoyed ourselves thanks for having us.

While our hotel was older (the Claridge Tower) the public areas and our room had been renovated. We had a great view of the ocean. Our room and the public areas were clean and well maintained. We used one of the restaurants and one of the bars and both were good. The location was convenient to many attractions along the boardwalk. The only disappointment was that the pool in our building was closed for maintenance. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was nice. I didn't expect much for the price I paid, but ended up with a really nice room. I went to Atlantic city with my family and we all enjoyed the way they had the casino and hotel set up. Me and my brother went to clubs around there and easily found our way back to the hotel after a couple drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that goes and visit Atlantic city.

This was a great hotel and centrally located. We would definitely stay there again. The check in was fast and courteous. The rooms were a nice size and clean. To us, this appeared to be one of the nicer casino's on the boardwalk and was a short walk to the Irish Pub. Something the casino's could offer is free internet service. Although we did not spend much time in the room, it would have been handy to check emails in the evening.

Booking over the internet I booked reservations where advertisement stated if I paid another $7.00 over another internet offer I would received a $10.00 breakfast coupon toward what was described as a full breakfast opportunity. After waiting in a long line to check in I discovered the $10.00 credit was only good at the donut and muffin stand and NOT at a breakfast venue. Parking area smelled of urine, rooms were dated and typical of an aged facility.

I have not been to a.c. in years most times I fly to Las Vegas for a week,but this year I gave a.c. a try with the comps they offered,I do get comps in vegas also,I stayed at Ballys ,Claridge tower 21 floor,(smoker)I love the room ocean view,but the hallways had smoke butts on the floor,hallway just plan dirty,I don't think I would want to stay there again,clean it up.

Unfortunately, my stay in Atlantic city was a complete disappointment. A frequent visitor I stayed overnight for the first time and regret staying at Ballys. There were many things wrong with a room. For one, the lights did not work properly. Some lights flickered, while others turned on and off without us using the switch. Next, the tub in our room did not have working Jacuzzi jets. They were broken and did not work. Next, the location of the room was between the elevators so we were constantly woken up by everyone around us. Lastly, the maid did not understand the Do Not Disturb sign in the door and woke us up at 9:30am each morning. I was very disappointed with the status of our room and all the broken appliances inside.

My stay at the hotel was a great overall stay. Even though it rained the whole weekend I enjoyed the visit. The beds are very comfortable, the views from the hotel were great and its location was accessible to a lot of different activities. I'm really not a gambler but I enjoyed the different sections of casinos that I had to choose from. The staff was very helpful & courteous & the entertainment was great. I plan to come back sooner than I thought.

For an inexpensive, one night getaway,(we got a great week night off-season rate) this hotel was a great choice! The room was small, and the view was lousy (a concrete wall). However the bed was large, had good quality sheets on it, and the room was very clean. The room had all the amenities one might expect (fridge,iron, nice flat screen t.v., etc.) We came to AC solely to have a night out gambling, so we did not spend much time in the room. When we were in the room, it was just fine for our needs and we had a good stay.

I would not stay at this hotel again. I wanted to vomit, once we got into our room. The bathroom was so outdated, and not clean. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. The room smelled. The carpet was stained. The bed was comfortable and we did have an ocean view. The remote hardly worked. My husband and I were really sorry that we picked this hotel. We love the casino but were stuck in the Claridge Tower. I should have listened to all the bad reviews about the Claridge Tower.

It was our first time in AC, and we chose Ballys because it was the cheapest hotel-casino on the boardwalk. If you're trying to save money on a hotel, don't go here. We paid close to $300 for one night and it was absolutely disgusting: throw-up on the sheets, overall messy room. A fair price for this room would be $50-$75. I've stayed at way nicer Holiday Inns. Pay a little extra to stay somewhere else, that's what we'll be doing next time.

Unfortunately we stayed here and our room was in the Claridge Tower. This tower should be renovated or closed. There are marks on the walls, mismatched furniture thrown hodgepodge in the room. It is outdated, dirty and we would never stay there again. We did use the spa for an extra $20 which was clean and had a steam room and sauna that was in acceptable standard but the room was not. It was very disappointing and we will not return to AC for a long time. We will never stay at Bally's again. It was the worst casino we have ever stayed in.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend. The room was very neat and clean when we arrived. Room service was timely. The customer service desk staff was efficient and very accommodating. Don't really agree with how non smoking section is separated from smoking section in the casino but a very minor issue compared to the overall atmosphere.In general everyone was very friendly and willing to help when needed Overall this a very nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Bally's. The room was very comfortable.The place is very big and the lights are very beautiful. I would recommend Atlantic City for business meetings, some place just to get away, and alone time. The experience of being there bought so much joy. I haven't been in such a lovelier place. I do not like to gamble, but I would definitely take more trips out to Atlantic City. At least I know, I would have fun there... Thanks for such a good time..
