I was unhappy with this hotel. It was not clean. I had to switch rooms 2x before I got a semi-clean room. This hotel was bought by Bally's and is not apart of them but you are not told this on the computer. It pays to call the hotel and not us the internet. They didn't always tell you everything. I wanted a room at Bally's and instead got a room at the Claridge which is not owned by Bally's for over $300.00

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bally's casino. Check in was really easy, and we arrived a little bit before 1 and our room was available right away. As soon as my guests and I brought our things to the room we gambled for a bit and headed straight for The Walk. This hotel is very conveniently located right by the boardwalk, The Walk, and other casinos. I would definitely stay at this casino again, and I plan to! It was so convenient to be able to walk down into the casino anytime we wanted. Bally's was great!

The people that work at the hotel were very helpful, and very nice.the room was very clean,very comfortable, and very quite.even though it rained three out of the four days are stay was very good . i would stay there again, in fact we are planning are next trip wright now! i do not think young children should be there, only because it is an adult setting. that is just me! once more i can not say how much we enjoyed our stay. after a 6 hour ride it was so nice to be treated like we where important an not just more money they were trying to get out of our pockets and into theirs. Awesome time even though we did not hit it big!

It was hard to find our room in the old Claridge Hotel. Therefore we did not stay at "Bally's" and paid for Bally's. It took forever to get our room; Baggage check was confusing; the lobby is a zoo!
Bagel cafe has lines a mile long; pool was overcrowded so no one else was allowed in and the other pool was closed; The pool personnel were rude.
Our room was very small and very old with tiny windows. Next time we'll go back to a Trump property.

I enjoyed staying at your hotel. It's location Is excellent (about middle of boardwalk). Which saves me a lot of walking. The only thing Is the no-smoking room. Why can't you get a smoking room If you make reservations in advance? Thank-you for giving me a chance to express my thought. I will be looking forward to coming again. Hopefully will be able to get a smoking room. I like the smoking area in the casino it has a variety of machines. sue

The rooms are in great condition, very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for shopping and restaurant since it is close to the outlets and other casinos in the area. The personnel and security were very helpful in providing service and directing you to the right place. The parking was also very conveniently located and the cost was very reasonable ($10.00) for the whole stay. I was satisfy with the stay and the entire experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Ballys. It was a good experience. Everyone was so helpful. The room was great with an ocean view. A stroll on the boardwalk was great and quite relaxing for my husband and myself. The air show was great and people were friendly. Food was great and casinos were fun. The Motown 50's was a pleasant review of my kind of music. They were great.

I would definitely stay again.

Hotel did not have the room I requested, the price for the room on the week-end was a little pricey for the size. The hotel does not give good directions to the outside pool area. Outside pool was small and the lounge chairs were to close together. Boardwalk was nice, would have liked to have the beach bar opened later at night. The show "Ain't nothing like the Real Thing" was wonderful and everyone should see it, request a booth because the seating is to crowded.

I really did like the hotel. The only problem we had was that the housekeeping never came. We had to call downstairs and then waited 1hour for them to come. Otherwise the food, drinks, and service was great. Also we stayed in the Claridge, when we booked Ballys . So make sure if you want to stay in Bally's you double check where you are booking your room. I thought Ballys was Ballys but it is not. The cheaper the room than you will be at the Claridge.

We reserved a room at Ballys, but was given Claridge on arrival. We were put in a corner room that was small and dirty, our neighbors were a large crowd that loved to karaoke at 3 am, and loved to throw up on there sheets ( What a smell) and have them piled up in the hallway. On a scale from 1 to 5 and 1 being the worst, I would rate Claridge service and casino a 2 and rooms a 1.

Ceiling leaked directly over bed. Lucky we were not electrocuted. Took speaking to hotel manager to get into a safe room which was much poorer that the one we first had. Said it was a suite but it was not and lacked items in first room. Not happy.

In restaurant thought I would have to go to the Casino floor to get coffee with meal. Waiter said they were so use to serving drinks that coffee was a small problem. After three attempts and two people finally got a cup of coffee. Not happy.

I thought the room itself could have been better. The room seemed very dusty, and although I appreciate the attempt to shampoo the carpet, it probably should have been dry before we checked in. The bathroom floor also felt a little slimy, maybe from walking from the wet carpet onto the tile in the bathroom? For the money, it was a good deal but we weren't too happy with the cleanliness. I would have to say I "may" recommend this hotel to others, depending on what they are looking for. I also heard we were in the "older" part of the hotel so maybe the newer portion is better.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Bally's. My husband and I are return guests and have never been disappointed. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and the casino employees were fabulous. We typically play blackjack but wanted to try our luck at Craps this time. The "dealers" took us under their wings and taught us as we played. It was perfect. We will definitely be back! We are considering this a once a year adventure now.

This was the first time I've stayed at a high end hotel. I was expecting to have a classy room, especially for what I paid... The room was no bigger then the Howard Johnson we stayed at last time, but about 10 times the cost. We were unable to get a smoking room. We were misinformed of our view/window. We were told we had a city view, what we had was a view of a constuction site. We were told by whomever checked us in that we can open our window, the window was bolted shut. Over all I was not impressed with our stay. Next time I would not stay at Ballys/Claridge tower. I will just stick with a small hotel with the same quality room.

The hotel was very well kept and clean. One huge downfall was the long wait at check in and check out with only three or four clerks working the desk. With that said, the price was reasonable the parking was convenient and the casino was great with nice lounge bar and easily accessible to the beach, boardwalk and other casinos. We felt safe with plenty of security and staff available for questions. The room was very clean and plenty of toiletries were available. Didn't hit it big but had a great time.
