We enjoyed every minute of our stay! They gave us a wonderful room on the 29th floor, with a view of the strip and the beach. We loved it! We loved being in the middle of all the casino's. We visited all of them but liked Bally's the most. The people were very helpful and guided us on how to play some of the tables. We would love to come back in a few months. What a beautiful place to spend a weekend!

The hotel is good for what it cost. It is convenient as it is right next to Trump Plaza and even connected to Ceasars Palace. I spent most of my time at Ceasars because the employees at Ballys were very nasty. I ordered breakfast to the room and it was cold when it arrived 2 hours later. I recieved an attitude anytime I called for service whether it was to order food or to ask a question. Basically you get what you pay for. If you want to stay cheap and don't mind being talked down to then stay at Ballys.

Nice location and worked well for a single night casino visit. The check-in assistant lacked basic area knowledge, but we received some last minute comp ticket that were enjoyable. Proximity to the boardwalk was awesome and surrounding shopping was fabulous. The room was super simple and we ended up in the Claridage Tower, which didn't seem to make a difference to us. I would consider upgrading next time with a longer stay, but with the limited use the room received, the 'basic' room worked.

My sister and I had a great time. We like to come for the fun at the casino. The room was very nice, we loved to be able to come and go as we pleased. I also loved the fact that you needed your room key to use the elevator. That made me feel more secure while staying there. I would recommend this hotel to others. I also liked that you could do the speedy check out by dropping your key off into a drop box. Please send me some discount coupons to use at the hotel for the future. Thanks Ami Cisney

The stay at Bally's was amazing. We stayed there for three days for my birthday weekend. The hotel was clean and everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. Everything was so convenient; the beach was steps away and there were restaurants galore. The staff was very knowledgeable and it really made me feel like everything was well taken care off. It was great to know there was nothing to worry about. The casino had a great set up. My boyfriend loves poker, so he went to the poker room and that gave me a lot of time to do the slots! It really was a really an amazing trip. There couldn’t have been a better way to spend my birthday weekend. We loved it so much that we are planning to come back within a month.

This hotel was very poor. I've stayed at a Days and Ramada Inn that was better and showed better caring towards the needs of the customers. The room was awful and had a smell, very noisy kids running up and down the floor slamming the doors. Hotel security not very helpful. Housekeeping was very bad very unsanitary room. Would never stay here again!! The front desk was very unapproachable and had attitudes when you asked questions or voiced concerns. The room contained nothing but a soap dish everything else like a shower cap and soap you had to call downstairs for.

When we first arrived everyone was pleasant. I had made the reservation on line. I did not check close enough because they substituted the hotels for a lesser hotel. At night we could hear the tv in the other room and when this was off we could hear the people snoring. when we checked out I told the hotel representative about this and they seemed to be reading there answer to me from a script which makes me believe that this is a common problem there. I should have spent a few more dollars and stayed at a trump hotel.

We won at the tables and more than paid for the room. Only negative was that we found out that the pool and exercise room was in the other tower(Claridge). Next time we will request that tower.
We like the green approach to sheets and towels. Room had a great view. Check-in and out was very quick and clerks were very polite and helpful. We would seriously consider returning next time we need to get away from the frustrations of life.

Hotel was fine, but the elevators were sometimes delayed and had to wait almost 5 minutes one time. Did not gamble here. Went to Wild West next door. Better atmosphere. Walkway to Caesar's is nice and you stay dry & inside. Dinner at at Morton's Steak (inside Caesar's) ...Don't go unless you want to mortgage your house for a "just better than normal meal". Service was great, but atmosphere was bad, very noisy and one out of two steaks were really tough.

I stayed there on December 30.nice place.It wasn't a lot of people there.I have 2 disappointments: paid internet Wi-Fi and Italian restaurant is opened till 11-12pm only.The 6Bistro looks like the nice place with bad staff, but very good food and nice menu.
and by the way, there 2 swimming pools, one of them free for guests and another one(from pictures) is paid.

This is a great hotel with a good location. The staff were friendly. There was a problem with the booking. The reception said that I booked two rooms, however, this was a mistake on their part. I am waiting to see if I was billed for the second room that was not booked. I was told that if I was charged, they would adjust the bill. Other than that, it was a great stay. Since it was Halloween Night, I was surprised that we were able to get a room at all. Pleasantly surprised.

It was my and my girlfriend's first romantic get away and it turned out very nice because the room was very nice and the casino was fun! I would recommend this hotel to any young or old couples looking for a nice romantic rendezvous! There was lots to do in the casino, and many nice restaurants. We went to the Virginia City buffet which was excellent. You are right there on the beach which is still really nice and romantic even when it is a little cold outside. Our room had an excellent view of all of Atlantic City. Overall the entire time was amazing!

Room delivered w/bathroom not cleaned. The proximity from parking garage to"Claridge Tower" is ridiculous. A total "hike" w/luggage.

Thought we were staying at Ballys.

We paid for room (no freebies)& we go to A.C. at least 3'x year,gamble at Bally's at ever visit.

No Keno room-big disappoint.

Boardwalk Cafe closing a big mistake.Ate there 2'x but were told that it was closing on our last day. The wait staff was great!

This place doesn't make accommodations for the elderly that are handicapped. My Dad has cancer and is limited to walking great distances and was forced to stay at the hotel next to the Wild West (owned by Ballys). I checked with the desk clerks on arrival and we were given rooms that required a great distance of walking to get to his room. I indicated to the check-in clerks several times that it was extremely difficult for my Dad to do a lot of walking. Nothing was close to the Casino without walking great lengths. Most of the time he stayed in his room to avoid the lengthy walk. We travel to Atlantic City twice a year and this is my Dad's favorite place to play the slots so we thought it was best to book rooms in the Casino he liked the most. We loved Atlantic City just to visit for his enjoyment but we are now considering other places with accommodations for the elderly and handicapped. Someone should have made suggestions on what was available because on our final day there we notices several scooters that we could have rented or at least have gotten a wheelchair to make his visit a little better. We spoke to numerous people there about accommodations to avoid walking such lengths and most acted like we were crazy and stated it is just up the hallway, maybe for them but not for an elderly man with a bad hip and one lung!! It was a great disappointment for all of us trying to find ways to get food and fun into Dad's schedule without him having to walk great lengths.
