I do want to comment on my overall stay. I have not visited Bally's in 3 years, I was very shocked to see how much it has changed. First the restaurant I really liked the Sidewalk Cafe was no longer there. No outdoor pool and no buffet breakfast restaurant. The buffet restaurant you do have there The Virginia Buffet had such long lines that I stood in for 45 minutes and then gave up. I was very disappointed in the changes and I hope things would change for the better. I do not see myself visiting Atlantic City for quite some time.

I came to Ballys for my birthday weekend and I had a great time! Despite the little bit of trash that was left outside of my room door the inside was beautiful. I called about the trash and maintenance came immediately to remove it. The staff was very pleasant. The view from the room window was beautiful as well. I was very comfortable staying at Ballys and I will definitely stay here again! Thanks Ballys see you on my next trip to AC!

All staff that we encountered were extremely friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Rooms were very clean. The view was awesome. Never had to wait for an elevator, signs everywhere in the building to direct you to almost any destination you were trying to reach. If you couldn't find something by the signs, there were plenty of very helpful security guards or hotel staff to direct you anywhere you wanted to go. This is the third year that I have visited Atlantic City, and would definitely stay at The Wild Wild West again.

Check in, check out was fast. There are always security at the elevator. That is good thing. We only stay two night. It was a great very great price. We have no problem at all. we love the king side bed and the mattress was soft. We went to the karaoki bar and had a great time. I won some money from blackjack and when we came home we bought ourself new mattress :-) thanks to the ballys park palace :-). I will receommended to friends and will come back soon.

This casino does have re modeled rooms, although in order to get connecting rooms I had to take an older section of the hotel.It was not clean, and very dated.Although I would stay in one of the newer rooms, love the hotel just for the Wild West Main Stage.The staff was very friendly, and the gentleman at the front desk did try his best to accommodate us.Also, we did try to go to Pickles on Saturday for a light meal around 6:30Pm and they were closed.

I had a room that was supposed to be a luxury room in the Tower but it was anything but luxury. The room was not clean. It was dusty. The furniture was covered in thick dust it was also in the bathroom. My guest and myself have allergies so we were very uncomfortable.I took pictures and showed them to the front desk. After that I got a new room and they gave me a $40 food voucher. I hope to never go through that again.

Unbelievable! No Hot Water for the shower. Not a big deal until I made the appropriate notifications and all I received was, "Ok, thank you." I'm not even going to mention I was placed in a room next to the elevators. If you are looking for some rest, do not accept a room next to the elevators. That's my poor judgment for not saying anything so please be aware of where the room is if you want some rest. What ticks me off was the nonchalant attitude when I reported there was not hot water! All that money they have pouring in and not even a comp!?! Ridiculous! If you want shady service, go ahead stay here. If you do not want to take a hot shower or bath, by all means, stay here. I will not be staying at Bally's again.

I loved my stay at Ballys. There was a water main break and they gave me another room with a meal voucher for my inconvenience. The spa was great and I will come here again. I had a good time in and out of the casino and it is convenient to the mall. Next time I travel here my family will be included on the trip. If you are looking for a great spot with activities for everyone this is a great location for children and adults.

I have stayed at this hotel many of times and it is truly a good place to stay. It is in a convenient location on the boardwalk, attached to Caesers and the Pier. We had a great time and will definitely be going back to them. We went for my birthday weekend and the room rates were reasonable. We did not have trouble getting to any of the tables, however we wished they had some more tables for certain games available. Enjoyed it highly.

This was our 26 wedding anniversary weekend. So it was very special. The hotel staff was awesome. We initially got a room that faced the parking garage scaffolding. It felt like a tomb. Talked to the Front Desk Supervisor and he was very accommodating and found us a wonderful beautiful room. Really like the Wild West casino area. Snowed like crazy that weekend so it was tough walking outside, but it was very nice that the outlets were very close by.

The room rates varied from 40 to 55 dollars. The rooms varied for same rates. Hotel is good for gambling and parties. Location of the casino is excellent. There are few good restaurants. Staff was very curiousness. Parking should have been free for over night staying guest. It is ok to charge for parking for casino goer. Breakfast could be provided free. Breakfast costs more than dinner. I could not find live shows in the hotel, providing live shows could have made the stay better.

My first impression of Bally's was great, it's so big, and fun and the atmosphere was really exciting. However, when my boyfriend and I, and the other couple we were with went up to our joint rooms, we were not impressed. The room that they gave us apparently hadn't been renovated in a really long time. The curtains had stains on them, the dressers had dents in them, the tiling of the tub didn't look so nice, there were dents in the ceiling, there was a hair on my sheets and wrapped up in the toilet paper holder, and my friends room at makeup on the sheets. There was construction going on outside, so the outside of our windows was disgusting, it looked like someone splattered dirt all over them or something. When we called the front desk it took over an hour to finally send someone up and all they sent up was room service to change the sheets, but it wasn't like she could fix any of the other damage in our room. So after the really nice room service woman left, we called the front desk back, and finally she told us we could switch rooms the next day and get a free upgrade. Thank goodness we did that, our room that we got was beautiful. My suggestion is to make sure when you get there that the front desk gives you a renovated room, because if it isn't, it is not very pleasant. Overall though, I would stay at Bally's again as long as i got a renovated room for sure. The wild wild west casino was amazing, and they had really good priced drinks. The location of Ballys is also perfect, it's right in the middle of the boardwalk with easy access to the other hotels and a really gorgeous mall that you don't even have to walk outside to get to.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The hotel is centrally located to shopping at the outlets and the pier mall. The room was nice and comfortable. The gift shops had nice items reasonably priced. Everyone was friendly and helpful with directions. The casino was nice but I had hoped for more table games that were open. The entertainment and music were pleasant. The hotel was recommended to me by a good friend and I would do the same to my friends.

The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. I would go back again their is so much to do that one weekend is not enough time to experience all that BALLYS and Atlantic City has to offer. My wife and I went to Atlantic City for out 6th Anniversary and we were sure glad we stayed at Ballys. Everyone was so polite and made our stay a great one. We will go back next year!!!
