This was the first casino experience for my wife and I. My daughter and son-in-law, who had been gifted with a night's stay, asked us to stay at Bally's with them although we had to book our own room. Booking was accomplished easily via the AtlanticCity.com website. Our room was comfortable and air-conditioned; but, as we only used it for sleep, we mostly enjoyed our visit to the casinos where we found good fortune. We also enjoyed the magnificent buffet in the Wild West Casino. The food and service were excellent. We highly recommend Bally's to anyone visiting Atlantic City and the aforementioned website as the place to start.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. It was a little busy at check in time but the front desk moved along nicely. Bell service was a little behind so we took our things to our room. The room was nice and clean. I was a little worried at first because of things I read but we were glad we chose Bally's. It's very centrally located on the strip. Went to the beach right across the walk. Great time !!

The location is perfect and the staff are very nice. We stayed in Claridge which is part of Ballys. The room was a good size, however the bathroom could be updated.

We were allowed to check in early which was great. We ate at Virgina Buffet in Wild West which had good buffet food. The outlets are in walking distance and you can spend all day there.

The pool was very nice w/ a game room right next door. We would definitely stay there again!!

I had two rooms for two nights requested Dennis or Bally's Tower. When I arrived told all online booked trips are for Claridge tower. Then told rooms are based on first come first serve bases. My e-mail confirmation didn't say that. We spoke to Andrew at the front desk, he said nothing he could do until tomorrow,they have blocked rooms that they are holding for guest and we can't have those. We unhappily went to Claridge. In one room the carpet was soak and wet. I called the front desk to complain,they sent someone up who said they don't deal with floors. Spoke to Andrew complaining how it's 2 1/2 hours since I walked in an still not settled in a room. He moved us to the Bally's Tower 46 floor. We began to finally smile, our rooms were far from each other but he gave us a food voucher. We came to celebrate and have a good time and in the end we did. I learned a lot about booking on line.

Check in person was very helpful.

We were booked in the Claridge and when we ask to be switched to Bally we were accommodated. The very next day at 12:00pm we were given a room in Bally's with a wonderful view.

Room service was great and Housekeeping took care of the things that were asked of them without hesitation.

I would recommend this hotel to my family, friends and associates.

I would like to recommend that the Bally's place microwaves along with the mini refrigerator.

I thought the hotel was great. The only thing was that I thought we were stay at the Wild Wild West and when we went to check in we had a room at the Claridge. That turned out to be ok though. The room was great with on ocean view. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone. The hotel is at a prime location on the boardwalk. I thought it was great that we only had to pay $5 for parking for 3 days.

Great hotel. I appreciated the service, the check in and out was easy.At the price we received, we would use again..We live in Toronto and using this service was easy as well. There was an initial concern on whether we would use the service based on the internet but all the billing was correct . The hotel was mid way in the boardwalk which made it very easy to walk the entire boardwalk which was a great way to see Atlantic City.

Our experience at Bally's, was a pleasant one. Would like to have won in the casino! (lol) We asked for a room with a view and the staff had no difficulties accommodating my husband and I. Facilities were excellent for our needs. The view was on the ocean side and the room/view was actually more than we had expected. Large room, amenities were good and room was up to date and clean.
I'd recommend staying at Bally's.

Room was very nice - we got upgraded to a Jacuzzi room which was great & very enjoyable. The hotel was very close to the outlets (which my wife was excited about). It was also close to several restaurants & the boardwalk. The service staff (especially the font desk) was very nice and helpful. We really didn't gamble but will probably come back and do some more. Casino was very clean and well run and not too crowded. We stayed mid-week which was ideal if you're not into the crowds.

Our stay at Ballys was great. The room we stayed in was kept very nice and clean each day. I would stay at Ballys again in the future. My husband and I were married in Vegas and stayed at Ballys in Las Vegas on our honeymoon. I thought the rates were reasonable and the buffet at Wild Wild West upstairs (I can not remember the name of it) was great. I do regret one thing, I heard there will be no smoking in the casinos at all effective October 2008.

Bally's was the nicest hotel I stayed at so far in Atlantic City. I have stayed in Atlantic City four times now. It was easy to park my vehicle and was able to find the hotel lobby easily because of the good signage. After waiting in line for approximately 10 minutes, I was checked in and able to go to my room 2 hours before check in time. Once I got to my room I thought it would be bigger but it was clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. Overall I would stay at Ballys again.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in the middle of the week. We thought
that the pricing of the rooms was pretty fair
considering that we were in a beach view room.
The service was great as well, we were greeted left and right with smiles from people that worked at the Bally's. It's a short walk from the room to the beach, from the room to the casino, and from the spa to a restaurant. I'd
recommend this hotel to others if they are looking for an excellent time in AC.

My boyfriend and I were very satisfied with our stay at Bally's. Everything seemed clean, there were plenty of towels, and the room was bigger than our last stay, though that that big. You could tell that it hadn't been decorated in a while and the linens could have been softer. In addition, the walls are thin; I could hear our "neighbors" talking to each other, which made me uncomfortable because that means they could hear me too. Other than these few small things, we were very happy with Bally's and plan to stay there again in the future.
