I was a repeat guest. I don't frequent Atlantic City, but when I do I like to stay at Bally's. I've been there before when my children were younger, for sporting events, and I stayed at Bally's then. Call me a creature of habit I like to stay where I've stayed before, so that's why I chose Bally's. I took my daughter with me this time and she enjoyed her stay there also, she thought the hotel & restaurants were fine.

Bally's Casino was wonderful. The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The Motown Show we saw was fabulous and well worth the money. The casino, deli, restaurant, and hotel management staff were great. When we when went to Atlantic City previously, we would always stay at the Claridge. We were very surprised to see that the Claridge is now a part of Bally's. Not a bad thing. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay at Bally's the next time we go to Atlantic City.

The view was beautiful, the service at the front desk was great. I would stay again maybe for a little longer. The casino was wonderful, very clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. The location was great as well. Just a short walk to just about anywhere you wanted to go on the boardwalk. All in all a great time to just get away and relax. I would recommend Ballys to everyone that I know to have some relaxation.

The Ballys Park Place was an excellent experience. The location was perfect!! I traveled with family and the experience was wonderful. My two younger daughters were able to enjoy themselves in the various pools offered within the hotel. The Hotel is conveniently located on the board walk. The mall is within three minutes from Bally's. Another wonderful amusement the hotel has to offer is the Beach Party. The service was wonderful and it has a beautiful view of the beach. It was overall a wonderful experience!!

Rooms & services restaurants are all superb.
Extremely friedly & helpfull staff.

Thanks for the great stay.
I would return in a heartbeat. I recommend Ballys to all young & old they will make your stay an enjoyable one.
The security & in house safes make for a secure stay.
We took advantage of the rewards & comp cards which made it even more enjoyable.
We spent an evening in the Blue Martini lounge which had a live band & as many combinations of martini's as can be imagined

First of all, Bally's is the most Beautiful Hotel in Atlantic City. We stayed at the Tower one time, it had to be the Best Hotel stay in Atlantic City without a doubt. When we went to reserve the next 8 times, everything changed.

We were told THE TRUTH for the first time, in person on my last business trip October, 2006. "THE TOWER" wasn't REALLY sold out, but that we were NOT high rollers. The front desk informed us "not even bother to try", because we would NEVER have gotten it anyway!!!

The truth was a relief. Also disappointing to know we were NOT as important as the people who were achieving the Tower. This issue STILL puts people like us on the back burner. We tip EXTREMELY well, love the hotel, but it is still an issue that definitely made us stay at other Casino hotels in Atlantic City for our business trips. It's a fact that Bally's is very classy, but as 2nd class citizens we feel that Bally's may have lost touch with the people who love this hotel as much as we do.

I thought I would have a room in Ballys Park Place or even Wild West, instead I had to stay in the Claridge which is now part of Ballys. But the rooms and the hotel layout is still the old Claridge and never my preference for hotels in Atlantic City. Had I know ahead of time that I would be given a room there I would not have booked with Bally. Now I am very specific when booking by requesting only Bally Towers.

I liked the room we stayed in because it was spacious and bright.Also it was very comfortable sleeping. We ate at the buffet which was very good and also the shopping is right up our alley. That is why we are staying at the Bally's again. I like to play the pennie and nickel slots and sometimes the quarter slots. Then we went to the lounge to have some drinks which was very relaxing and being with the family.

Our kids are both out of the house now and my wife and I are getting a chance to do things for ourselves and really enjoying it. We have done a few bus trips with a senior group, but the Bally's experierence has made us think about doing more for ourselves. We have even joined the total rewards club and have benefitted from it greatly. We will continue to do other trips, but I am sure that we will be spending more time in Atlantic City.

I love to go to the casinos and Bally's is my favorite place to stay and to play. I won $1200. dollars last week June 23, 2007. This made me very happy. I also ate at Animations and Arturo's and their food was excellent.

I would definitely stay at Bally's again and I have stayed at the Taj Mahal, Showboat and Caesars also and I love all four of these casinos.

Thank you all so much for making our trips to Atlantic City a time to remember.

Very enjoyable... would stay again. some of the restaurants were not too friendly and had to wait a long time for dinner. we liked the central location of the hotel. the Casino was not very lively but we enjoyed gamling on some of the slot machines.. We did enjoy going to the shows that were offered, I think Frank Sinatra Jr was there and we really enjoyed him. The staff at the front desk was helpful , but not overly friendly. We would come back.

We were left dirty towels by housekeeping, our bags never arrived, we had to go to the bell desk and get them ourselves in their back room, could not call restaurants extension, no one would pick up,no one would pick up at the front desk. Had to call an outside line to get anyone on the phone. No fitted sheet on the bed, molding hanging off in the room, tub was stained. Very dssapointed, tried to get something for our horrible stay, hotel apologized and asked us to stay again. No Way

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Atlantic City. The room we stayed in was beautiful and very clean. Restaurants were wonderful. The casino staff took very good care of us. They were all very helpful and eager to help. In the casino, we did not go thirsty. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was fantastic. We did not have one unpleasant experience. My husband and I look forward to going to Atlantic City again in the very near future.

We always look forward to getting out of our hectic and stressful work even for a few days or even just a few hours to unwind and relax. Atlantic City is the closest that we can get out to on a weekend to enjoy and relax. We also like checking-in at the Bally's Hotel not only because of it's wonderful service but also because of its' proximity and ease of getting to enjoy other activities that Atlantic City can offer.

I neded some time off so I decides to go where I knew I would be able to relax and enjou myself and this was the place. It offered me everything I needed and good food. The service was the best I didn,t have to wait even when I called for room service. I will be back more this year to enjoy the hospility and great service of BALLY"S and the WILD WILD WEST. Although my stay was short I plan to spend more time there this year and invite some of my friends and family to join me.
