During my stay elevators were not working correctly which proved to be a hassle as unfortunately it was a comp weekend and hotel was very busy. Find walls too thin - heard too much to be comfortable. When checked in, reserved room for king bed was not supplied but a call to reservation line made transition to correct room possible without too much delay. Found staff in gift shop too rushed and unwilling to explain comp points but selection in shops was good.

Check in was horrible - people were standing in line for 45 minutes to check in. Only two clerks were there to check in people on a Friday night with a very long line. Casino crap tables were very crowded so that it was very very difficult to be able to gamble. Hotel room was only a very standard hotel room - I have had much nicer rooms at Holiday Inn. Location on the boardwalk was good. Too bad check in left a sour taste in my mouth.

Although the Ballys hotel is very nice and well kept, we stayed in the Claridge Tower and this section of the hotel needs serious refurbishing. It seems that Ballys took over the Claridge several years back, and has not invested in this section of the property. I would recommend when reserving a room to ask not to be put in the Claridge Tower.
The Ballys Tower and Wild West sections of the hotel appear to be well kept. Overall we were only in Atlantic City for one night.

The check in was lousy. The room wasn't ready & I had to come back 3 times. They make you check in at 4 pm but be out by 11 am. I've stayed at other Hotels in the area & have checked in by 11 am. Also, the gambling is so-so. The Martin Bar Lounge was fun, as was the connecting Wild West Casino. Location wise it's good, it the middle of the boardwalk, close to Caesars Mall Shop & some of the other casinos. The parking was lousy as well. The garage is not built for SUV's. You are forced to use Valet Parking.

The check-in process was very slow. There were not enough people to assist during a busy time. The room was not clean. Even after calling the housekeeping and asking them to vacuum the room, it was not done. In addition, dirty glasses were left in the room and the bathroom garbage was not emptied. Dust was all over the television. The room was extremely disappointing and not what I would expect at this caliber of a hotel. We chose this hotel for value and convenience and it did not live up to our expectations.

After I proposed, I brought my fiance to Atlantic City for a romantic evening / celebration. I picked Bally's due to the price on the internet and its central location. Bally's upgraded our room to a room with a living room and ocean view. The view was beautiful. We ate dinner at Bobby Flays Steak House at the Borgata. The steak was phenomenal. I would definitely stay at Bally's again and would recommend this hotel and this website to everyone.

The hotel is old and in need of updating. We had tickets to a show at the Hilton, and it was less expensive to stay at Ballys. The last time we were at the Hilton in
Atlantic City, we were disappointed in the room. The room at Ballys was much better. They gave us an upgrade and we liked the room. My husband uses a cane and needs a chair in which to sleep, and we were given a room with a divine. It was lovely.

The location and Casinos were fantastic. The hotel was on a great stretch of the boardwalk which gave us lots to see. The Casino service was great. The service was great and the people were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable except for the bathrooms. The water was brown in the first room and the tub did not drain. The second room was much better but it took almost a full day to get the chance to change rooms.

I stay in this hotel for the first time. I enjoyed every minute of it. I will stay here every time, when I am visiting Atlantic City. You can find anything easily. There is no single thing that you will miss. All employees are friendly and helpful. Check in and out take only few minutes. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time with my friends. I will back next month again. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

The room was clean and very cool for a very warm day. All the amenities were perfect. The bed was comfortable and the internet connection worked without any issues. We used Room Service for two of our meals and the food was delivered in a timely manner, was still hot and was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to whether you need it for business or simply getting away for the weekend. The boardwalk and beach are right outside the door and the casino offers plenty of gaming options.

Clean, friendly staff and almost perfect but while we were there the air conditioning went down in a lot of areas which made it uncomfortable and unpleasant to wonder around the facilities. We were forced to just stay in the cool areas if we wanted comfort. Limiting our gambling fun. We would have stayed longer if not for this issue. We recommend the bar at the Wild Wild West, that's where we had the most fun for our stay!!

The room was not clean. Dirty bedspread with stains and the jacuzzi was filthy. I had to buy tub cleaner to clean . All the knobs on the jacuzzi were broken.
Room was big and could have been a really nice place to stay . Construction was going on and as I came out of the shower there was a man on a scaffold looking at me. Disappointing that the Claridge Tower was not the Bally's we thought we booked. Valet and Bell folks were helpful.

The staff were hospitable, accommodating, and very clean. The suite was fantastic! Will recommend Bally's to all my family and friends. The location is accessible to get to the boardwalk, outlets, restaurants, and beach. this hotel for me a wonderful experience and stay. Will be back soon with either family, significant other, and friends. It was romantic, very clean, accessible to get to the casinos and connect to other casinos. It was

I enjoyed my stay at Bally's and thought the service was great and the front desk was accomodating. Check in and check out was very convenient.

The restaurants were only open on the weekends so we had to eat at the diner which is ok but I would have liked a nice meal at least once.

I had about 30 minutes of work to do on my laptop and it cost me 12.99 to get a wifi connection which I had no choice but to pay so I was not too happy about that.

I wish there was more entertainment options like more shows or live music

I booked the room in advance for a better deal, only to get the oldest room in the entire hotel. The corner room had access to two other rooms. This wasn't comfortable. The room wasn't updated at all. The bathroom was extremely small and felt like you would fall through the tub.
On the casino floor there were a couple of dealers that didn't know the payout on extra bets placed on blackjack. They were new and should have had a little more training.
In the Claridge tower section of the casino, there was a pit boss that had no concept of being professional. She didn't take care of the people spending their money.
Have a great time if you go.
