I appreciate the experience in Atlantic city we enjoys restaurants, the pool, the service and the kindness of all employees. The room was wonderful, we were very surprise about the quality of the food that was better that we experience in Las Vegas last ear and we were close from the beach, the boardwalk, other casino and the outlet. We also like the night live in the casino, How it's easy to go from one casino to a others like Baily to Wild Wild West to Caesars.

Beautiful ocean view,Nice place to stay If your looking to get away for some peace of mind.my girl friend loved the sunset view and the pillows,the casinos are nice you should give it a try they are fast with the drinks you order.This hotel is a nice place to stay with the whole family,Me and my girl are planning to go again with the kids so they can enjoy the same things we did. Our stay was great.

We had a good stay mid week at the hotel it very big and it meant a lot of walking to find the various features. We were not happy with the restaurants in that we decided to have our evening meal at 7.00pm the buffet restaurants had a 90 minute wait the of the other restaurants on the 6th floor only 1 was open out of 4 possibles and that had a 30 minute wait for a table. the eventual service at this restaurant was poor and unfriendly.

Location, Location, Location! That was the best advantage to staying at Ballys. Also it has great casinos to choose from. The rooms were nice enough with great views of the ocean & boardwalk. Only problems were at check-in, we arrived after 2am and our reservations had been deleted therefore delaying us getting a room for 2 hours! Front desk staff were not eager to assist with it and offer any suggestion requiring hotel management to get involved. After lots of negotiations we were finally given a room that we had already paid for. It was worth the headache we loved the amenities, and the wonderful proximity to the boardwalk, outlet shopping, high end merchants, restaurants, action packed top notch casinos. I would definitely go back and very soon.

I came here to enjoy one more time at the Casino's, for I have Lung Cancer. I enjoyed my time here with my son. But it was a lot of walking and it tired me out, but it was nice. I did win a little. The rooms were ok, but I stayed in nicer ones. But in all it was worth it for the time I have. My son had a blast and it was his first time. He played quit a while on the tables until they switched dealers. Had a great time even though it was a short stay.

A/C has something for everyone. You can get great deals on hotels, I don't gamble, but had a great time on the beach, the outlet stores nearby are GREAT, lots of restaurants from affordable to gourmet. Everybody at every shop, restaurant, hotel is extremely friendly and willing to help. A/C has an older "crowd", so it's great if you don't like vacationing with wild crazy teenagers! We Went again this summer. Had a great time! Would go back for sure.

The hotel was not what I has expected.My room was not clean when I came.I had to wait almost one hour to check-in.Only one restaurant available after 8 pm that was not too expensive and we had to wait in line so be seated for 30 minutes.The pool was small for everyone to swim in at the hotel.What entertainment do you have at this hotel at night besides casinos? This hotel had the lowest price when I was looking for rooms and this is why I stayed here.

We stayed in the old Claridge instead of Bally's. We had requested a handicapped room which we did get however, it was shabby and not clean. We had no drinking glasses and were short towels and face-cloths. The front desk called a very helpful young lady from another floor (Roberta) to correct the problem which she promptly and cheerfully did.
We would like to stay in the Bally's and not the Claridge next time we visit. We did enjoy the casino and the Italian restaurant as well as the Lounge6 for breakfast.

Since my husband and I only go to AC once a year and because of the economy, we decided to stay at Bally's, or we thought we were. We checked in with no problems, but they did not tell us that the room was in the Claridge House, not Bally's. Well, the room was very old and looks like it needed a bad makeover. It was very noisy and the low class people staying there were slamming doors and talking loud at all hours during the night. There were no security guards at the elevators so you have to be careful that you don't get mugged getting on the elevators. So it you do plan on staying at Bally's, make sure at check-in that you don't wind up in the Claridge House. It was just a terrible stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time, we'll stay at the Borgata.

Employees & staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. It made my husband and myself very comfortable. I will come back in the near future because I felt very welcomed. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The resturants, shops were very convenient for us. The staff were able to give us directions when we needed them. The food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the buffet at Wild Wild West. The only thing there was alot of walking to get to the buffet.

Overall, we had a very nice stay at Bally's. It was a good value for the money. The room was clean. Room service was good. Staff members throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Jasmine was a great cocktail waitress. One constructive criticism is that they need more restaurants serving breakfast. When you have long lines waiting for breakfast at the Bistro on a weekday during September, that is a little much. Once seated at the Bistro though, the food and service were excellent. Brian was a particularly good and friendly waiter.

Although the check-in experience was lengthy, the stay was very enjoyable. We enjoyed the friendly service, shopping, gambling, live band, and good food. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff in the hotel and the casino was polite and personable. The casino attendants were helpful and friendly. After a long day, we really enjoyed sitting in the Martini Bar and listening to the band play a variety of songs. We look forward to returning in the future.

The check in was very slow due to bus traffic- which we were part of. But the staff is friendly and the dining options were good. A bistro open 24 hrs with a really breakfast and excellent service; plus a bagel outlet and upscale dining.
Stay away from Johnny Rocket on the Boardwalk and avoid the casino ATM machines, if possible.

A great value is the Atlantic City Bar and Grill on Pacific Street; near the Boardwalk for seafood and a fun time. Ask for Gino.

This was the first casino experience for my wife and I. My daughter and son-in-law, who had been gifted with a night's stay, asked us to stay at Bally's with them although we had to book our own room. Booking was accomplished easily via the AtlanticCity.com website. Our room was comfortable and air-conditioned; but, as we only used it for sleep, we mostly enjoyed our visit to the casinos where we found good fortune. We also enjoyed the magnificent buffet in the Wild West Casino. The food and service were excellent. We highly recommend Bally's to anyone visiting Atlantic City and the aforementioned website as the place to start.
