We reserved a room at Ballys, but was given Claridge on arrival. We were put in a corner room that was small and dirty, our neighbors were a large crowd that loved to karaoke at 3 am, and loved to throw up on there sheets ( What a smell) and have them piled up in the hallway. On a scale from 1 to 5 and 1 being the worst, I would rate Claridge service and casino a 2 and rooms a 1.

We were originally put up in a different hotel that was booked through you we were in the Claridge which was not mentioned at all. We had to pay an extra 100 dollars per night to move to Ballys where the rooms were better but not best. The staff was rude and garbage was in our bathroom when the staff had just cleaned it and when I asked her to empty the garbage she was rude and indignant. The supervisors were also rude

Having stayed at Ballys before, I expected a level of accommodations comparable with previous visits. It is dishonest to offer rooms in the Claridge as Ballys since the level of accommodations are not comparable and expecting Ballys level I was extremely disappointed. I will not stay at this hotel again and will recommend anyone I know planning to visit AC to stay elsewhere. Ballys explanation was that the booking came through a 3rd party. I believe that it is also dishonest for Ballys management to allow a 3rd party to offer rooms as Bally's that fall so far below the expected Ballys standard.

Absolutely not…! I got to the hotel only to find out there was no more parking spots left in the parking garage. I had to shimmy my car sideways on the side driveway risking damage to it. I made my way into the casino/hotel only to stand in line for 30minutes to check in… one worker for a very long line. The receptionist was friendly I will say. I made my way to the elevator where I had to wait 20minutes for it to make its way down to the lobby to pick me up. To Slow!! I made it to the 10th floor anxious to relax… only to find the cleaning lady still cleaning my room. After waiting 15mins for her to finish I could finally relax. The room was small but fair… the coffee maker was a joke. The bathroom was old and somewhat clean but the toilet seat was broken. Sleeping was very bad… I could hear my neighbors all night and the AC was on/off all night.. Very annoying! Check-out was a pain… The TV checkout did not work it showed a windows OS computer error message asking to reboot! From the 10th floor I pushed the elevator button and waited 20 minutes it never came… tired me had to walk down 8 flights of stairs. There was an express checkout but I really wanted to tell the receptionist all my problems. The line was 30 people deep so I never did. Vegas… parking is free… here it’5$ a night. I would never stay here again unless I paid under 100 dollars a night for the room. Sorry.

Not very happy with size of room. We had a port-a-crib and a young child with us and barely had room to move around. The other rooms I booked were much bigger and had an ocean view. Sheets on one bed were not clean, I broke out in hives and housekeeping did not take bar glasses out of room for two days, even when they cleaned room. Rooms were much older and not well maintained in Claridge Tower. Very disappointed with our stay.

Worst treatment ever. Staff very mean and unfriendly.Having staff that can speak English would be a big help.Not having to stand in check in lines for an hour would also be nice.Total rewards not worth the hour and half wait to sign up.Came to play slots,what a joke very one sided. Better off to go to Charlestown WV. Atlantic City is a complete waste of time and money.If you are expecting service helpful,kind staff and a fair chance look somewhere else

It was a very disappointing experience from check in to check out.Was not informed we were going to Claridge Tower instead of Bally's Tower which I wanted.I asked for a non smoking area but our linen/room reeked w/smoke.I prefer for an ocean view & was given the back door view w/o even informing why I cannot get it.The place is too far from the restaurant & Bally's casino.The elevator wait was too long as we left,we have to ride up to go down.

The room was too dirty.The receptionist was too rude and urged me to leave the room earlier so that the housekeeper can start to clean the room earlier. The hotel man did not know where is "garden cafe" even though he pretended to know that and suggested us to go... The waitress of the Chinese noodle was too lazy to serve us. Anyway, everything was too poor for us to visit you again... Please improve your service first and invite us again....

I was under the impression I would be staying in the Ballys hotel. Instead I was put in its side hotel, The Claridge. The whole building looked dingy and ignored. Also there was construction of a new hotel being done in the next lot directly outside my window. The first room they gave me was extremely dusty and the tub was clogged. I requested another room which they did give me but that room was also very dusty. We needed to call housekeeping to wipe all the furniture down and change the dusty sheets. And that was after I waited 5 hours for a room to be ready. Overall this hotel experience for the price I paid was very unsatisfying.

The hotel was not very clean or updated. The smell of carpet freshener filled the air upon arrival. The front desk staff was less than friendly and the wait was long. Our room was big but the bathroom was tiny, old, and had mildew in the shower. The entire headboard wall of our bad abutted another room - in which there were noisy people early each morning. Room service trays were left in the common hallways between rooms all day. Other boardwalk hotels were much nicer.

Hotel was very dirty and disgusting. First after waiting an hour in line to check in they did not have a non smoking room for us and put us in a smoking room. The room was not clean and had cigarette butts in the ash trays and empty wrappers on the tables. The casino smelled of smoke and was not clean at all. Front desk representatives were not friendly at all and never said sorry for our unpleasant experience. We were very unhappy and will not stay at this hotel again.

The room that we stayed in was not worth the $800 we spent for the two nights. The carpets looked as if they had not been cleaned in a few years, the tub in the shower did not drain well and it smelled like people were smoking on our "non-smoking" floor. Perhaps this was a one time occurrence, but I would think that a multi-million dollar casino would be on top of the conditions of their rooms. We stayed at Ballys Park Place and The Wild Wild West Casinos because we like the atmosphere of the casinos; however, the room was a complete disappointment.
