the phone didnt work and rooms were not that great worse than what i expected being on the boardwalk across from the tropicana next time i will spend the money to stay at the tropicana it was my husbands and i anniversary and i never been to atlantic city and thats where i picked to go and the hotel was the worst i ever stayed in it was no days inn or anything like that and the free breakfast was muffins no remote for the tv the headboard on the bed was broke and coming off the wall it was bad

This motel is right across the street from tropicana casino and pf changs restaurant and its only a block away from the boardwalk and beach. Front desk and service are ok and rooms are ok too...not spik and span but clean enough. It is noisy until late nights... honking cars, shouting people, etc. Bathrooms are very small. But afterall it is the cheapest motel that I could find online that is that close to the boardwalk...and I am not disappointed in anyway. So, no complaints. I would stay at this place again when I go there by myself.

This motel is right across the street from tropicana casino and pf changs restaurant and its only a block away from the boardwalk and beach. Front desk and service are ok and rooms are ok too...not spik and span but clean enough. It is noisy until late nights... honking cars, shouting people, etc. Bathrooms are very small. This hotel was under $40. We went to Atlantic City planning to enjoy the casinos and free drinks. This place was just somewhere to crash after a long night of drinking and gambling. Our neighbors were shady, you may have seen this place on COPS. If you don't have high expectations, then you'll enjoy the stay. The room was so-so, the bed was nice and the staff was friendly. This place is not 5 stars but was worth the $40 we dropped not to have to drive under the influence. We were being cheap and this hotel was in the right place. Close to the trop and hilton, i'd probably stay there again.

The place was from 1920 and was never remodeled. Carpets were dark, to hide who knows what! Wanted to get to sleep as quick as possible for the morning to come to check out. The breakfast was burnt coffee, bagels in a bag (probably from convenient store) and OJ. For the money it was less then 'ok' at best. For a few more bucks, get a room that doesn't have a door where the cold can get in from as well as horns honking ALL night.

There were dirty socks on the floor when we checked in. the bed closest to the bathroom had a sunk in mattress. It had so many lumps, I slept across the bed not in the bed. I felt awful for my friend who traveled with me. We were there for 2 comedy shows, Friday/ Saturday and it embarrassing. I didn't even want to take her half of the money because we did not get what we paid for. Paint chipping, plaster cracked, Poor up keep. I am so embarrassed.

There were a lot of hookers walking all over the hotel and what seemed to be drug deals also going on.It did not feel like a safe place to have a family or anyone at that matter.The rooms looked like they were in the 60's and the tv didn't even work.The savings of fifty dollars a room was not worth it.The bathrooms were barely big enough to fit a shower let alone have room for anything else.

It all started when I checked in they said I never made reservations an I had to pay them $458. I then pulled out my confirmation sheet that I printed out. It took them about 10 minutes to accommodate me. They said my room wasn't available yet, for me to come back later I then replied you have a lot of vacancy rooms available. Then they gave me a room. They were renovating, so there was alot of noise going on during the day. The next day I went out shopping and my friends came down to help celebrate my birthday with me. One of my friends stayed in room 199 and I was room 212. My friend wanted a beer from my room so he went to the desk clerk and lied and said my sister is in room 212 and I need to get something from there. The desk clerk gave him a key to my room with out him verifying my name or anything else. When I returned back I then confronted the desk clerk and he said was that a problem. I then replied yes that it is a problem, you don't know if we were together and you didn't verify anything. So the next day I left and stood at the Tropicana.

I would not recommend this property not even to my worse enemy. Towels were dingy and they did not leave enough. for the amount of money they wanted and If my husband did not try to surprise me with a getaway and I saw this hotel I would have demanded to get my money back. I felt bad for my husband who tried his best to do something nice for us to getaway. I will returned to Atlantic City but I will not stay there. The only thing good was the location to the Boardwalk

I stayed in a two double bed room with 3 other guests. The stay was ok, but not great. The room was outdated, and the window would not close. The carpets were dirty but the beds were fairly comfortable. On the upside, staff was friendly and the hotel was conviently located near casinos and the boardwalk. I would only recommend staying here if you are looking for a last minute place to sleep after a long day/night at a casino.

I decided to try a motel at the last second because most of the casinos were priced at over 300 for the night. Ascot was 100. Just wanted to go out and have a good time. The room itself looked like what i paid for. Bed was lop sided. Bathroom was ugly. Shower pressure was great but the towels were like sand paper. Over all room was ugly. While trying to sleep you can here everything outside. People talking, yelling, being drunk. Now this was at 5 in the morning. The good thing about this place is that it is right across the street from the tropicana. So if your looking for a clean quiet place dont stay here. This is a good place to get a nice water pressure shower( bring your own towels) and relax for a bit and go back out and gamble. Dont expect a good nights sleep for the long ride home.

Okay, here we go! This place was absolutly gross. Where to begin? It was expensive for the deplorable conditions. The room was very dirty. You had to where flip flops in order to walk on the floor! The sink was stopped up and the water would not go down. We had to brush our teeth in the shower! The towel was thin and small. The complex was old and falling apart. The head board was falling off the bed, the mattress had a huge gully in the center of it. It rained that evening and the lobby of the motel flooded. We were the only English speaking people in the complex (both guests and employees. I can not believe the amount of money I spent to stay in this place! It was close to the Tropicana and in walking distance. However one must be completely drunk and unable to drive home in order to stay here! This place was so nasty that there was not even a bible in the room! That's bad. The pool was green and slimy. (not that we went in it) The only redeeming part of the stay was the close proximity to the casinos. I still would not recommend it for the money.

The location of the motel was great just a 1/2 block away from the boardwalk and all the Casinos. But when we checked in I was not happy!!!!! I stank and it was just all around bad. The furniture was all stained and ripped, there was mold and mildew on the floor near the bathroom door, the shower curtain was grouse and the bathroom was scary. The shower did not work well, the water hardly came out. I was afraid to sleep in the bed and I was sure I was going to see a coach roach. When my husband and I checked in there was a younger couple with a little baby, and being a mother of three children all I could think of after seeing our room was that little baby crawling on the floor. Hopefully there room was much better. I am not sure if our room had water damage or what, but for the price we paid it needed alot of work. I am not one to complain but I would not recommend the motel to anyone. My husband and I had did have a wonderful time at the casinos and at the shopping outlets despite our terrible room.

My biggest complaint about this motel is that the bathroom was rather disgusting -- so much so that I decided to wait until we arrived at our next location to bathe. The showerhead (which should have been silver in color) was encrusted with some sort of black residue (I have a picture if you want to see it). Also, the sink had no stopper in the drain (which made taking out one's contact lenses a rather fearful experience). This is NOT a hotel for people who have ANY regard for personal hygiene.

My stay at this motel was not what I expected it to be at all. It's a complete hole in the wall. This particular motel seems like its more for a drug exchange or criminal activity. When I took the elevator Up to the room there was alot of cigarettes in the mini walkway as soon as you step foot out of the tiny elevator I was completely turned off the second I walked in the motel. By the way the complimentary breakfast was a old toaster left by the front door. I thought that was a joke.
