The room smelled of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The AC/heater unit was louder than a Boeing. The toilet was not bolted or plastered to the floor. There is an intersection nearby where all the cabs like to get together and have a honking and screaming party at two in the morning. The mattress left something to be desired, as I got less than four hours of sleep despite not setting an alarm. It might be tempting to stay here because of the low cost, but I'd strongly advise finding something else.
