The hotel service was great the casino was great room service it's an all around good hotel I will recommend this hotel to anybody looking to book a room in Atlantic city the food in hotel was great it was also great service from the waiter's and waitress..the Trump Plaza Hotel is exactly what I was looking for on my romantic getaway and I will be coming back more often...so thanks to the staff at the Trump Plaza Hotel for helping me enjoy my vacation the right way.

The Trump Plaza was a great casino to stay at, from the moment we arrived - everyone was so helpful and kind! We went for a concert and the hotel was right next to the concert venue! We were able to check in early and had a great dinner right in the hotel! We were also close to all the great shopping - the new outlets and the high end shops. Checking out the staff was very courteous overall a great time and highly recommended!

When we arrived at 6, our room was not ready and they asked us if we would have liked to wait an additional hour and a half for it to be cleaned. Check out is at 12, check in is at 4, we arrived at 6, so you tell me how it would have taken them over... more

When we arrived at 6, our room was not ready and they asked us if we would have liked to wait an additional hour and a half for it to be cleaned. Check out is at 12, check in is at 4, we arrived at 6, so you tell me how it would have taken them over 7 and a half hours to clean one room we booked back in October. Not many room amenities either. Very disappointed! We are not staying there again.

The hotel interior was nice and beautiful but interiors are not enough, also, staff and services should be equally nice and beautiful. We had bad experience in the Casino with a supervisor by the name of Jim who was not as courteous as others and was a bit rude, also, the no-smoking on gaming tables was a bit too much which killed the fun for smokers. The funny thing is that, gaming tables where smoking was allowed one day became a non-smoking table the next day (same table). This created some confusion among players who were embarrassed when they lit their cigarette. Lastly, on the day of our check out, the front desk lady gave me the bill. The bill only showed the amounts we spent at the restaurants and when I asked for the complete bill, the one that shows the room charges, taxes, etc., she said, I cannot give you this bill because you did not make the booking through us, you made it through another company. Make a long story short, she did not give me the bill and I cannot tell at this stage how much this trip cost me, go figure!

My stay at Atlantic City Hilton was very nice. The room was big and fancy with a lot of mirrors. The bathroom was big as well. They do need to change the tv it's outdated and very little and I wish the hotel was closer to the other casinos, instead of riding the jitney up and down pacific avenue. All in all it is a very nice place to stay for 130 a night. I will be sure to book this hotel again for my next visit.

My wife and I had never stayed at this hotel but chose it because of the rate. We were visiting friends and just getting away for a leisure overnight. In our opinion, the hotel needs major renovations. While the rooms were okay, you could see where they needed upgrading. While checking in was crowded, it went fairly quick. Checking out, another story. I was waiting at the counter when someone finally appeared and took people behind me because I wasn't standing closer to her and she said, "this is where the line is." Doorman and Valet people were very cordial. No furniture in the lobby to sit and relax.

Would def give it a 10 for my experience and we will be there again! The restaurants very nice esp likes Sammy D's! My wife had a Swedish massage and she said it was out of this world!! We loved it!

We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere upon arrival and the friendliness and courteousness of the check-in staff. Our room was clean and very accommodating. The casino is easily accessible from the Harbor Tower where we stayed. We ate at the buffet and the food choices were varied and very good. The coffee shop on the casino level was also great for a quick breakfast the next morning. All in all we genuinely enjoyed our one night getaway at Harrah's!

Was there to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. The weather was nice and for the first time I was able to enjoy other activities that Atlantic City has to offer. My hotel room was nice and clean. However, I was a bit disappointed that the House of Blues Restaurant was not open (was there Sun-Wed), I wanted to have my birthday dinner there. I did enjoy Johnny Rockets as always though. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Overall I had a great time.

My stay at the Showboat was a good one, but the room was very outdated. We stayed on the Orleans side of the hotel. Room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Room curtains and bathroom shower curtain had bad water stains. Last day there water was brown had to let it run for a while. Hotel staff was very helpful. Their buffet was closed for most of December not good. Value wise stay was good for what we paid for.

The room was set up very nice. I was a little disappointed at check in because there were a lot of people checking in and only two desk clerks were working. We did have to wait a few minutes to make sure our room was ready. Overall I had a great time and will go back again.

Restaurants are good, great access to boardwalk etc. Had a good stay. Would recommend to others. Room was surprisingly quiet, and we were there New Year's Eve and didn't hear noise in hallways. All in all a good hotel.

My only true complaint I could say about my entire stay was that it took close to two hours to have someone come to our room with a plunger when the toilet was clogged but besides that I could not come up with another displeasure about my stay here.

I liked the hotel because there were many things I could do inside the hotel without going outside in the cold. I went to the movies, swimming, and casino which made for a very easy getaway. Also, with the variety of eateries, I had a good selection of foods to satisfy my palate. The room that I stayed in had a nice view and was very comfortable. If I come to Atlantic City again I would definitely pick the Tropicana again. I would recommend the Tropicana as a great place to stay and play.

I go with my boyfriend to Atlantic city at least twice a year and we can personally say that Ballys is one of the greatest hotels we have been to besides Borgata, and Hilton. The staff was great, room service was amazing and unlike average hotels, room service wont take as long as you think after you order. Although Bally charges you to use the pool, internet, and other activities I think should be free just by the cost of the room and food overall. Bally is a great getaway and I would recommend anyone to stay at Bally. Great room, great food, great view, fantastic bathroom, comfortable bed, I can go on all day about how wonderful Bally is but by then u should have already booked a night or 2. Enjoy your stay a Ballys because I did.

Our stay at Ballys was nice. We stayed in The Claridge Tower.They've done some upgrades to the decor, but the bathrooms need serious renovations . However, it was clean and we had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and courteous. There were plenty of places nearby within walking distance to eat and shop. There was access to other Hotels via the sky bridge. Overall, it was a nice stay in an ideal location. We look forward to staying again. I would like to stay in the Ballys tower the next trip.

The Casino and all the restaurants were busy with a young and energetic clientele. While I was in the Casino all of the table games were completely full. If your budget allows it and you don't need to be on the beach/ boardwalk then there is no better place to stay.

I have stayed at most Atlantic City casino hotels over the years. The Borgata is by far the best for gambling, restaurants and entertainment. The environment is very enticing with a lively atmosphere! The staff is extremely professional and the service was excellent. In addition, the clientele is very desirable, the rooms are spacious and cleanliness is definitely an attribute. I highly recommend the Borgata specifically for any couple looking for some adult entertainment! So, check out their website and book a great experience!
