I definitely liked the Rapid Check In/Check Out. I think that is amazing! Everything was to what I wanted thank you very much! I did not deal with the staff as much because we didn't need to with the Rapid Kiosk however I am sure they were great. I liked not having to deal with anyone, or any lines. I would definitely come back! It was definitely a great night at this hotel and like I said, I would come again!

The hotel is in a great spot, and very affordable. I would definitely stay there again! The people who work there were very nice and willing to help. There is great shopping, restaurants and night life. I have been to Las Vegas many times and I can honestly compare this hotel to a hotel in Las Vegas. It is clean and modern. Probably one of the more nicer hotels that I have been to in Atlantic City. The decor is very tasteful, not gaudy.

Good value. good location. The new "Quarter" is neat looking, but way too commercial in the end. I didn't appreciate the smoking in the casino. The concierge was very helpful. I would have liked there to be more restaurant options, especially higher end restaurants. Also, some classier lounges would be appreciated. The Trop cannot compare to the Borgata. The reason I stayed at the Trop is because the nightly room rate was $69. You can't beat that price!

My experience started out bad but turned good so I recommend this hotel to family and friends.Customer service was horrible until the real manager showed up and showed her skills (Ms. Ashley)was very genuine and respectful and took care things in a professional matter. There were a few mix ups and mistakes but was taken care of. However I'm still waiting for my credit hopefully it will show up on my card soon. The good part is that the clubs,food, and my new room was a blast I WILL BE COMING BACK SOON !!!!!!

This my second time in Atlantic City but my first time with my fiance and we enjoyed it the people were very nice the room was beautiful, we had alot of fun at the casinos ,the pool,the movies and the food was great, me and my fiance did alot of shopping, we played golf. All i could say is that the Tropicana was the best hotel we stayed in and I would defiantly go again just for a getaway and to relax and have fun.

This hotel was great!! Everything was easy to get to, and the staff was more than happy to help you if you ever needed help. I liked how there were smoking/non-smoking areas in the casino because it allows you to chose where you would like to be. It's definitely not a place for kids who are younger than 21 because there isn't much for them to do, they would be bored out of their minds. But, I would recommend this hotel to anyone ages 21 or over to have a good time!

In the past several months I have made reservations to stay at the Tropicana, after each time I noticed on CNN that the Tropicana has filed for bankruptcy, have lost their licenses, etc. But, each time I have stayed at the Tropicana I have found the accommodations to be outstanding, the help is always courteous, the physical condition of the venue is tops and the Poker Room personnel always have things under control. I hope that whatever you may be experiencing regarding the above concerns gets straightened out so I can return at a future date.

I had a GREAT time at the Tropicana! I thought the hotel was very clean from the room to the Casino. The value for the room was a very good deal considering it is on the boardwalk too. The associates were helpful and courteous. Also it was the easiest check out with no hassles I have ever experienced. I already told my family and friends about this place, that it's the place to stay. I will do again and soon hopefully!

We ordered i.e. razors and they needed a long time till we got them. And I don't really like the long way through the casino to the room but I know that they are doing that, so that the people already started to play when they arrive. Why did I had to pay the room already 3 weeks before? But the whole stay was great. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Nice room! And it was perfect for celebrating my 30. B-Day and the B-day of my boyfriend. THANKS!
The room was very clean and huge. And check out by phone was also great and easy. The restaurants, bars and shops are great.

Great get away..Very friendly people will stay again. Food,Board Walk,Shopping I will call it a mini Las Vegas, Rooms very comfortable check out a breeze multiple choices to check out TV has entertainment for Adult,children video TV tell you whats going on at the Hotel.Also I saw a lot of Sr. citizen enjoying themselves at the Casino Spa Food Shopping Great for them. Next time I will bring my family to enjoy with me this summer.

This is the second trip we have taken there. We enjoy it a lot. The one thing we would like to see is bars in the tubs in the rooms. We are not disabled but we have a hard time standing up from a seated position when taking a bath. The rooms are a good size but the beds are too hard. We do enjoy the eating. The buffet is the greatest. I do enjoy playing cards and the dealers are very good. They are courteous and polite with no sign of attitude which is very we like. We do reference the Tropicana as our hotel of choice to our friends.

I would stay here again, although I would upgrade to a nicer room. I wasn't in my room much, just to sleep, but it needs and upgrade. The price was right. I ate at the Ri-Ri Irish pub and the food was horrible. I would recommend just stopping by for drinks. If you like to shop there are plenty of stores. We had a very nice breakfast at Corky's and the staff was very friendly. I would eat their again.

Took my teens to swim while I played in the casino. But my sixteen, fourteen and twelve year olds were not old enough to go to the pool without me. So I had to sit with my three boys at the pool. Also, it closes too early, at 8pm. But the Imax saved me. I was able to send hem to see "Speed Racer" while I hit the slots. The valet and check-in was quick and check-out was easy.

The hotel was very clean and the people were friendly.There was always someone to help when help was needed. It was not over crowded. The restaurants were very good. I love the non-smoking areas. The cash machines in the casino were every where and that was very good. The hallways were always clean and the garage was huge. Everything was very convenience, which made our stay relaxing and fun. We will visit the Tropicana again in the near future
