The Tropicana offered many stores and shops but at times seemed too big. It is also a bit far from other attractions in Atlantic City. Walking to the Taj, where there is a fair, took more than 30 minutes. Lastly, room service was terrible. We were placed in a room with a broken toilet and had to call 3 times before someone came to fix it. Then it broke again! Overall, we had a nice time. All staff were helpful and polite.

The hotel and staff were extremely professional. The hotel offers more shops and restaurants than you could possibly imagine The room was immaculate. The shops were all clean and open all hours imaginable. There is one market that carries all things exotic and interesting. The staff could point you in any direction you would want to go without hesitation. There was no rush at check out and at the same time check in took very little time. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Our stay was great! We had such a good time,the shopping and spa was fantastic! Restaurants were great too!The best is the ceiling in the Quarter it really made you feel like you were outside! It was amazing! The only thing I would change is how dated the rooms are, but other than that it was really a wonderful stay and peaceful break. We will definitely stay again in the near future and we've already recommended this resort to our friends!

My sister and I had an affair to attend. We booked the Tropicana Casino and Hotel because the cost for the room for one-night was the least expensive of all the casino/hotels in Atlantic City. It would have been nice if the rate were much lower, We would have the stayed the entire weekend, instead of just one evening. Service was good, Our hair dryer didn't operate and it was replaced quickly by the staff.

The maid service was great and the the rooms spotless. We will go back again, this time, with my husband for a week day trip.

We had to request a room change because the people at the front desk did not ask us how many beds we would like to have. When I booked the hotel, I specifically asked for 1 king size bed. When we got to the room, we saw 2 beds. The second room we got was significantly better than the first room. There was a living room, a second bathroom, and a make up counter. We don't know why we got a better room, but it was pretty awesome. At night, the people next door was making a lot noises, but I guess that's not the hotel's fault. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Their was lots of attractions to do alot of shopping, restaurants,bars,beautiful casino and right at the boardwalk. You really don't have to go anywhere else this casino has it all. The out door pool is good in size, lots of chairs and a bar pool side. The indoor pool is heated, and it also has a fitness room. They also have a Imax theater in the hotel which is a great feature for the kids. I enjoyed my stay and definitely will stay again in the future highly recommended.

Overall my experience was satisfying, my only complaint was my room view. I stayed on the sixth floor of the South Tower. Looking out my window I saw the roof of the enclosed pool. The area surrounding, appeared to be a outside deck with raised flower beds that were not maintained and had trash accumulating around them. The Room was Clean and Comfortable, the Employees were Pleasant and Helpful, the Food was Outstanding (Carmines). My only other complaint would be I did not win a Million Dollars, Ha! Ha!

Our stay a the Trop. was delightful We were treated very well and we extended a day because we had more fun than we anticipated. Hotel dealings were very smooth even with extending a day procedures went very smooth. Closeness to stores, beach, and easy access to shows made it a super time. Casino experience for first timers like ourselves was very user friendly even though we were not big winners we still very much enjoyed the experience, and the friendly casino personnel enabled us to enjoy ourselves even though we were 1st timers.

We found the Quarter to be very nice. Lots of good places to eat. But would prefer to have smaller portions and less expensive. The Tropicana is a very confusing place to get around. It is too large. We lost a lot of money at the slots, but that is gambling. It was very crowded and loud. Would we come back? Probably, but would do things a lot different. We would have to bring more money next time. We cut our stay be one day as we were on a limit. Thanks

The hotel was very nice and the rates on the room was very good.The staff there is very polite, professional and helpful.I think the casino is one of the best,your chances of winning there are great.The casino is also located in a great spot,on a nice day you can walk the boardwalk or get a ride in a carriage that run along the boardwalk. I only stood there four days but I did not want to come back. It is worth the money and the drive or bus ride.

This was my first visit to AC for Casino purposes (I'd been there for concerts before, just not gambling). I went with my girlfriend and my best friend and his girlfriend. It turned out to be one of the most fun nights I've had.

The room was very clean, and about what you'd expect for the price (Summer mid-week price of $109). Had the typical amenities, and while the view wasn't great, that wasn't why we were there.

Lastly, the casino was nice--on the small side, but that was fine with us being our first time there. We had a lot of fun, and the staff was very friendly. The Quarter was also a nice place to walk around and check out when we wanted to be out, but not gambling.

When I went on-line to book a room for the July 4th weekend, I didn't realize that all the hotels would raise their rates for that weekend. We paid over a $1000 for two nights and we had no wash clothes, too few towels. The room wasn't worth $1000 for two nights. I will never come to Atlantic City on a holiday weekend again. I have been to Atlantic City before and have never paid that much for a room.

15 of my friends were here for a bachelor party. They put all of us in consecutive rooms which was great. We ate at the Palm which is located in the casino. The service and food that we got at the Palm was top notch. The bars and other restaurants are great and all together in the Quarter. The Quarter is a great place for bachelor parties due to all the different bars in one area. In addition, the Trop is located between many other casinos, so its easy to walk to another casino. I highly recommend the Tropicana!
