The hotel has a nice location but it isn't the best place to stay. The bathroom was awful. The sink had rust in it and there wasn't any hot water or pressure in the shower. We didn't even have a toilet paper roll! The group that stayed in the room beside us was very loud and it was difficult to sleep. The only real upside to the room was that it had a comfortable bed to lay in.

I have never been treated so differently for staying in a section of a hotel. $5 rental fee for a fridge is ridiculous. No ice machine on my level and the bathroom was below par. In addition I left my cell phone charger and after weeks of hounding them I have given up trying to get it back with no return call from them, EVER. I would never stay here again and I would NOT suggest it to others, not even the other section. The whole experience was horrible.

The hallways were not well kept, but the rooms themselves were nice. It was a good place to rest your head between Casinos.

The rooms have outdated bathrooms, but everything worked fine.

It was a short walk to the beach. You do have to walk quite a ways to get to the other end of the boardwalk.

The hot tub wasn't open except when the spa was open, which was rarely. The pool was small and also had limited hours.

The diner was awesome though.

The Lobby was beautiful and check in was great. The tower at the Annex was not as great but that was expected for the deal. The elevator and halls in the Annex were a little trashy. The rooms however were clean and adequate. I can not comment on the state of the rooms in the regular Chelsea tower however, according to the lobby I would assume they were much nicer. The hotel itself was a really great location and the service was friendly. We went to party and gamble all night so the hotel served our needs just fine and we would definitely return. The location to Tropicana and the club in the Chelsea made it a great night.
