It was a very good experience both for me and for my boyfriend...we stayed at the Tropicana the night before we stayed at Showboat and the service was much better at Showboat then it was at Tropicana and also the rooms were much better...I will def. stay at showboat for the future....the service at front desk was great except for the man who was at the guest service desk...(I didn't think that he knew how to provide a good costumer service)...

This was my first overnight trip to Atlantic city and it was very relaxing one. It probably would have been a little bit better if the front desk would have been more hospitable, the waitress at the coffee shop would have been more courteous, and if the shuttle that runs from casino to casino would have ran more frequently. there was also an issue with the pool (its too small). other than that i had a great time and the dealers were very personable.

Everything was very nice,we especially liked the pool area it was great,nice plants,we just wished that the life guards would have enforced the rules more. no jumping or diving,or running !the other things that did annoy us were when we checked in the girl didnt listen to me we needed 3 room keys she gave us 2 and walked away,we had to wait 15 min for 3rd key,and the water pressure in the shower sucked,but everything else was great!

I enjoyed my stay at the Showboat. The room was clean, I like the quaint feel of the hallways leading to the guest rooms. My only complaint is with the elevators. They were too slow in arriving at our floor and at one point I thought I was going to get stuck in one of them. Other than that I enjoyed myself. I especially liked the House of Blues and the shows. The check in was efficient and hassle free, thanks to my booking with you all. I would recommend this hotel to couples, I was there with my son celebrating his birthday. We enjoyed the hotel and Atlantic City.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at the Showboat. We had stayed there a few years ago when we were on our way back to Ma. from Va. We make plans to stay for a few days. This year we met my sister & other family members from Pa. We like a bright casino & open space. There were so many up to date slots,but the comps were not very good. Our room was very nice & comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful when we asked different questions. We would not hesitate to stay at the Showboat when we return to Atlantic City.

The stay was absolutely wonderful but the restaurant cafe was awful. I would recommend this hotel/casino to friends and family but not the restaurants.I really wanted to get a hold of the spa but it is no longer their. this is why i was coming their. although their was no spa the stay was fantastic. another thing was the night life, I only saw things for older people in their 50's to 60's. I felt a little uncomfortable but I got over it.

We came to spend some time laying around and being on the beach, but the beach was not up to our expectation. Water appeared dirty. We thought from the advertising we could go right out on the beach and imagined the beach to be like a Florida beach.

Entertainment at Atlantic City is not up to our expectations either. No class entertainment was available during our stay. Did enjoy 'The Bodies' next door. It was enjoyable enough that we may return for a night or two.

I liked this hotel because it was right on the beach and close to several other casinos. It was easy to always find something to do. The House of Blues was a great venue. It was not the most romantic hotel, but it was great for an entertaining time. At night jugglers, magicians, and musicians come around. The only disappointment was that the casino was not as well organized as others. I would recommend this hotel for young and old singles, and for fun with friends.

Very nice, but information from employees about restaurants etc, was less than satisfactory. One call to try to make reservations revealed that the employee on the other end didn't even know about one restaurant -- and it was the House of Blues, the most marketed restaurant in the hotel. The person thought you had to be a member, which was true for the HOB Foundation, but not the HOB restaurant. Abysmal. Also, there was no info available about where the pool was and how to find it, not in the hotel guest book, nor were there any signs that we could find. We had to ask another hotel guest.

I thought that the location was wonderful. It was in the center of the nicest area. It was close to the best restaurants and shopping. It was also right across from the beach, which was clean and just beautiful. I also had gone into the downtown area for shopping which was also very nice. We went to the Bikini Beach Club as well as the the other outside bar and had a wonderful time. I would definitely come back to Bally's for my next stay, as well as recommend it to others.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. At my check-in none of the hotel services were explained, such as Total Rewards Card, shuttle services to other hotels and self-parking. I learned about all of these through another guest. Once in the room, the bell hop was rude, hairdryer broken and the view was of a construction site (which you could hear at the early hours of the morning). I asked to be moved ... I was offered a smoking with King Bed, the complete opposite I was staying in. The restaurants were decent, but I ended up going to other casinos for meals. The beach was not as good as was if you walked down the Boardwalk a little way. Also, the roof-top pool is terrible and not what was expected. It was small, round and could only hold twenty people comfortably. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason.

This was a great place to stay. The check in was fast and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I do however have one negative comment. There was only one place to have breakfast , we were on a time schedule, and with a long line , we were unable to eat at the hotel.
We do have children , and noticed that the hotel had a lot of entertainment for the
children. For instance, they have magicians and different characters walking around the outskirts of the casino floor.

I think the rooms were very clean. The rooms were bigger and cleaner than other hotels I have stayed in Atlantic City. It was close to Boardwalk and that was a good thing too. One bad thing was the parking. Coming down from the parking was like a carnival ride that makes you dizzy after couple turns. Coming down from 6th floor to the exit has made us sick for an hour. Other than that I think the hotel was great!!
